Despite the negative reviews, I had an excellent experience with Timeline. They were helpful at the Main Office, very professional and courteous. The delivery driver called to give notice when he was on the way, was on time and was so nice in person. I hope this is the new norm for this company, a reliable and customer friendly freight delivery company is hard to find!
This company doesnt even deserve one star. I ordered an 8-piece dining set through Wayfair who hired this third-party delivery service, Timeline Logistics, and the company did not deliver within the scheduled delivery window BECAUSE the company sent the delivery man out to deliver ALONE even though they knew what was in the set as well as the fact that he would have to delivery up three (3) flights of stairs (the invoice had these notes). I insisted that he load my SUV and let me bring it upstairs through our apartment community garage (because his truck wouldnt fit), and after pleading with him, he finally agreed (probably thought he would get in trouble). Towards the end of the delivery, he took a call and became very upset. When I asked if he was okay, he told me that the company hadnt paid him for a full month! This is an older man who probably has a family to feed. Not to mention those boxes were heavy! The man was drenched in sweat when he arrived and he was wobbling through my living room to set the boxes up in my dining area. When he left, I called the company directly and asked to speak to a manager and they hung up the phone on me! I called again and someone picked up saying the calls were being rerouted because the lines were busy. Horrible customer service. They dont deserve anyones business.
This company has the worst customer service. I received an email stating my delivery would be between 9:00am and 1:00pm, with a call 30 minutes before delivery. At 1:05pm no delivery, so I called the company and after waiting, I was informed my delivery was still on the loading dock! They were now loading it and I would have it by 6:00pm. Needless to say I was somewhat frustrated, but had very little choice The only bright spot was Robert and his helper arrived at 4:15pm and were very professional. I would suggest if you order from All Modern, and you are shipping to Houston, Tx, you might want to ask if they have another local delivery service.
Had a delivery scheduled, no one from Time line called to say that it missed the truck and would be delayed OR seemed to care once I notified them off their error. Completely unprofessional and will make me not purchase from Wayfair again.
DO NOT USE this Company!!!!! They are rude, inefficient, careless and will delivery staff behave like gangsters. Wayfair used this company to deliver a bed frame and after asking to 2 delivery staff to open boxes outside bedroom as I had a white carpet their answer was: Sorry we have to push box inside meaning they didnt care one bit do things right. Boxes were obviously filthy dirty from the shipping and so opening them outside the room was the right thing to do. One of the guys looked at me like ready to pull up a gun and shoot. His desire to please, attitude,, manners were horrible. Because they refused to complete order as originally I requested to Wayfair, I was asked to refuse order and they took merchandise back. Wayfair were kind enough to try a second attempt and were confirmed from this horrible company for the following Monday. I took day off to receive my merchandise and dispatcher Priscilla to revenge letting her know how rude her delivery crew was she placed me on hold for 1 hour and 25 minutes and counting. I cannot believe owner of this company gives so much freedom to be so insulting. I read this company reviews and pretty much confirm my theory. This company sucks!!!! The worst delivery experience ever. I paid for white glove delivery which included setup and haul away. The crew they sent out was useless as only one of the two could lift the boxes to load or unload. I took the afternoon off for this delivery so when they wanted to reschedule it really upset me. I ended up working my @#! off doing their work. This isnt the people you want delivering your goods.
Horrible company! Its funny that while on hold the recording talks about meeting customers needs and how experienced their drivers are. Really?My delivery window was 10-2pm. At 2, no delivery and no phone call. I called them and after dealing with a female manager that has no idea how to call people back when she says she will by a certain time of day, I was told the dispatch manager would call me back. They must use that title loosely. The dispatch manager called me back to tell me the driver was held up and my new delivery time was between 4-8 pm.... Um, what?, I then called back at 4:30 to get an update and that same female manager left me on hold for over 7 minutes. She then tells me that the driver will be calling me shortly and hes on his way. Its now after 6 pm and still no phone call or delivery. Where is he driving from? Another state? Now Im wondering if Ill even get my delivery and if I do what shape it will be in.Ill make sure to bash them on social media and let Wayfair know of the horrible service. If youre ordering from Wayfair and youre in the Houston area, make sure they dont use them!!!
MRS MATOS IS A TIMELINE EMPLOYYE . VERY FUNNY. ONLY GOOD REVIEW .This company is the worst . If I was you I would steer clear unless you support exploiting employees. I have filed a labor claim because I still havent been paid for work I did with this company from June to September. So if youre wondering why your packages are missing pieces or torn or just dont show up. It got something to do with the company not paying employees so freight comes in damaged and it goes unchecked then supervisors ask you to deliver anyway . Your stuck explaining to an angry customer that the company is like this no leadership and nobody will talk to you because they owe every employee at least one check. Its standard operating procedure . Then they moved locations to get away from the people they owe saying that they went out of business . The truth is they need to be put out of business. If you have a similar situation please contact me to get your money through the labor board. I have an open complaint that timeline is trying to ignore because they think the changes of addresses will confuse everyone Emilio F Castillo needs to be investigated he has a long history of this type of business practices
