Had a delivery scheduled for 1-5pm. No call, no show... Called office and they apologized and assured it was still coming. The call was at 6pm... after 7pm the office closed and no communication was available after that. Awful!

Giving 5 star for service, but 1 for parking place and dock, its very tight to park here on dock with 53...

Scheduled to have a delivery made from 1-5pm. After 5pm, I called the company to see where my shipment was and the person on the phone said that it was not going to be delivered today. When I asked to re-schedule the delivery, he told me to call back tomorrow and try to re-schedule then.

Horrible customer service. It took them 2wks to deliver my item.

We were stood up on the delivery of a large playset ordered from Walmart. An appointment was set up from 11-3 on Friday. I never received the 30 minutes out phone call and figured Id give them until the end of the day to arrive (assuming they were just running late). They never called and never showed up. I called Saturday to check the status and see if they were going to to deliver that day but was told Id have to wait and call back on Monday to schedule a new appointment because they dont do that for large items, referring to delivering without a specific appointment time regardless that they are the ones who completely missed said appointment. I had to ensure that I was home for this delivery so this sort of service is unacceptable.

Horrible delivery service. My grill was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago between 11 and 3. At 3 I called to find out why. 2 calls later I was told the delivery guy had said he couldnt make in time and took it off the truck. 2 days later and I have not even received a call to reschedule delivery.

Worst moving company!! Stay far away from them.. SCAM!! Offer services they can’t or won’t do
