I have been requesting copies of lumper receipts from this company for months. They always respond in a timely manner and have even helped me confirm that loads have delivered when the customer is saying that they havent. & They do it all with a smile. Thank you especially to C Reyes, who has been vital to paying all parties on time.

Dont use this unload service for your company!They operate in H.E.B warehouse in Houston,TX unloading trucks, they take 45mins to unload and 6hours to give the drivers there paperwork then that driver can leave, this cost your company more money then necessary because after 2 hours truck drivers get detention pay which can go upto 60+ dollars per hour over the 2 hour grace period, so if a drivers appointment is at 5am and they finish with that driver at 11am thats 6 hours in which you have to pay 4 hours detention at $60 per hour thats $240 dollars + the load cost + the N.L.S service fee = having to pickup the price on goods (customers pay more to shop at your store) and customers go to where prices are cheap, like Wal-Mart...N.L.S is bad for business do not use them, H.E.B go to there reviews and see all the bad comments that people have left about the lumper service, price and time frames. Bad service.
