My experience with Rudy Export has been excellent.Although, I was a little apprehensive, after reading some of the reviews, I decided to give them a try anyhow. So far, with no regrets.I have sent many boxes to Caracas; Maracaibo; Barcelona and Valencia, throughout the last couple of years, with Rudy Export and have not had any problems whatsoever.Their employees have been super courteous and attentive, to us here and to my friends and relatives, in Venezuela.My boxes, so far, have always arrived intact and in a timely manner.I do recommend Rudyexport to my friends; relatives; and anyone.

This freight company is not only wonderful with the service, it is HONEST! Those fake names getting here and writing fake bad reviews about credit cards stolen, etc, just to hurt this company, are either competitors whose business are not going well or people who dont like see others succeed! I work with Rudy Export for 12 or 13 years and I have never had any problems with them, I know there are more shipping companies but I prefer to play it safe, they give a very good service and attention, keep going that they are doing a great job, Sometimes shipping by sea and it takes 2 or 3 weeks, I wish you the best and thank you for being a responsible company and it would be.

Bad attention at the time of asking by phone, Maracucha bad educated lady, if they are here attending to the clients is to offer all kinds of answers in favor that they use their transports. If you do not want to work with clients, it is preferable that you seek another type of work and thus avoid treating people poorly.

Very bad service, I recommend NOT downloading your future shipments in the cargo area before getting the price for the office, since you can be surprised of the costs of the same, although it is true that each company has the freedom to place their Prices according to your needs It is also true that we as customers have the right to seek other options that are adapted to costs and services to ours. That is why after going through the office with Mrs. Helen and receiving a very expensive budget I decided to ask in the competition that they have only 2 sheds of them and to my surprise the price was much more economical with the same conditions ($ 25 less to be exact) that is why I decided to withdraw the box of Rudy Export to deliver it to the other company, but not before receiving the news that I must pay $ 15 for the withdrawal of the box that only had with them as long as I could have been slow to turn around the loading area to the office (2 min). I understand that there may be a minimum charge, but NO $ 15 for having stuck only 1 Sticker. For them it is an endorsement the time they have in the market what wrongly makes them think that they should charge more for their services, something that makes them feel proud (clearly their clients, to whom they owe, are below their interests as company).I can not get them to charge me the $ 15 but I have the peace of mind NOT to have sent the load with this company and also be able to write this note to avoid the hard time to many of you.Very bad service, I recommend NOT verifying your future shipments in the dock before getting the price for the office, since you can be surprised of the costs of the same, although it is true that each company has the freedom to place their prices according to to your needs It is also true that we have the right to seek other options that are adapted to costs and services to ours. For years I have sent boxes with Rudy Export in Miami, after moving to Houston I have been doing shipments with Rudy Export Houston and I am very happy with the service they have given me, I would dare to say that they are the best compared to other companies, you know what they do, they are reliable and responsible, although in other places they charge less I do not recommend them to another company that is not Rudy Export. Mr. Gustavo and Ms. Helen are very helpful and friendly and have treated me very well. I hope they continue like this and that they continue to provide good service to our Venezuelan community.
