Three different delivery dates and they blew everyone, called for two hours never talked to nobody. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT EXIST! PERIOD Update, I finally got my packages but they forgot one at the warehouse and came by the next day with it The driver was professional and very understanding his name was Mr. Bell they have a great employee in that man, give him a raise or at least a bonus.
These people are terrible. They dont deliver your order at the scheduled time. They do not call either. There Houston number doesnt work but yet the 1800 number customer service keeps directing me there. For all I know, my order could be lost or delivered somewhere else because I cant speak to someone. I have called the website i ordered my furniture from to report them.
This delivery place is horrible, theyve been having my order since sept13th and today is now October 6 and my tracking still does not say in transit. They wait until the day you should receive your order to basically tell you that you need to reschedule delivery and thats after you contact them to see whats going on. Im not seeing how this company is still in business. They honestly dont deserve any stars thats how horrible it is.
Would give zero starts if I could. Horrible company to deal with. Non-existent customer service. They lost my monitor for weeks and when they finally found it and attempted to deliver it they sent a driver with no credentials and then blamed me. Reaching out to customer service does no good...they give you non working phone numbers to call. Avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!!!!
Don’t EVER do business with this company! My bed was supposed to arrive yesterday and I had a scheduled window for it’s delivery. It didn’t show up and NO ONE CALLED. It looks like I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. How inconsiderate to schedule a window with someone, they take off work, and you don’t even tell them you’re not going to be there. What’s worse is I moved meetings with important clients to be available. No one answers the phone when you call and I have no idea when my order will get here. Horrible.
Absolutely abysmal company. Threshold delivery does not mean its fine we will just drop it on the street bc its too heavy when in reality you just sent one guy with busted equipment to do a delivery that multiple people should have handled. Spend more somewhere that uses an actual logistics company. CEVA is absolute garbage. They frequently take payment from retailers for services they know they will not provide, and most people just accept it, while CEVA pockets the money for the premium service.
Lets start with 5 day ground is 15 days still waiting ON delivery. Attempted deliver place was closed its now 4 DAYS LATER AND STILL NO DELIVERY AND PHONE NUMBER IS INVALID ON WEBSITE. STAY AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY
Dude. Why are people still using this shipping company? They are super unreliable and super difficult to get in contact with. There is absolutely no communication and your items are guaranteed to be delayed or never received.
Ordered a dining table from overstock and half of it was delivered. I was given no timeline for the rest of my delivery (tabletop) but was told I would be contacted by CEVA to set up delivery. Of course I was never contacted and was given multiple phone numbers to CEVA by overstock to schedule my delivery. Tabletop shows to be sitting at warehouse for 2 weeks now, waiting for me to schedule delivery. I called multiple times a day for 2 weeks with not a single answer. Overstock attempted to contact them with no luck as well. Going through return process with overstock now.
CEVA is unable to locate their own drivers.Delivery missed third time no contacts. Local phone numbers dont work.I dont understand how these guys stay in business.
Terrible tracking and difficult to get ahold of an actual customer service representative. Have had packages not update status for days without any way to follow up. Scheduling process is also unreliable, both for pickup and delivery. Missed two appointments without any prior notification, or even notification after appointment was missed.Unfortunately, this review by itself doesn’t really matter because this is a company manufacturers and retailers will continue to use to ship oversized items. However, giving feedback to the companies and manufacturers that use this company will help them know what’s going on.
Horrible experience. Will be calling Amazon to complain. I suggest everyone that has bad experience with this product should call the retailer and complain.
If I could give this company no stars I would. There customer service is horrible. Hold times for customer service are long. They do not update their system correctly and I have no idea how they are still in business. They only delivered part of my bed and the driver claimed the rest might be to me by the end of the week. Someone needs to really take a look into why this company still exists and companies should stop using them for shipping.
The only reason that Im giving five stars is because I was lucky enough to find Ms. Longoria. She was able to help me even after hours, a person that cares about serving customers. if it wasnt for her I will give no stars, its true nobody picks the phone up.Once Ms. Longoria scheduled my Mr. McCoy did a formidable job on the delivery being on time and super nice person.CEVA needs to seriously work on customer service, starting by picking up the phone.

The fact that this company has the word logistics in it is a complete joke. This company contacted me to set up delivery of furniture from Overstock.com on a specific date during a time window they provided. Not only did the items not get delivered in this time window, the customer service could not locate the item, stated it seems to be lost, and told us we should just sit at home at wait for two to three more days for delivery. I shouldnt need to explain to anyone how ludicrous that is. This companys primary mission is logistics, and it fails miserably.

I have pave placed numerous calls, providing the number they issued to the seller. Every single time I called was at least 40 minutes on hold. When I finally got through, I spoke with rude or incompetent agents. This woman told me I need to call the local branch and gave me a Portland area code number. I explained Im from Houston, however, she assured me that this is the number to call. When I called, the agent from Portland gave me the Houston number but it was a disconnected number.The pick up was scheduled between 9 am and 3 pm, its after 3 pm already, and they did not arrive yet. I am at the end of my rope.. I cant talk to anybody, there is no email address or other communication method listed on the website, I am basically stuck.After seeing the reviews, all I can do is repeating several times:DONOTUSETHISCOMPANY !!!EVER !!!
Horrible customer service. No one picks up the phone and they do not honor their own delivery times. I don’t recommend at all. Unfortunately got stuck with them because Costco decided to ship through them.
They do not deliver on time. If you place an order and don’t mind receiving your package until December 31, 2099 then go for it. Other than that, avoid this company at all costs.
Worst customer service ever. It surprises me this company still exists. Delivery updates dont make any sense, no way to speak to someone and figure out what is going on with you shipment or whatsoever. This company really blows my mind.
One of the worst available. I had an office delivery scheduled to which they never showed up for, then when I called them, they blamed me for it saying they came by and no one was there. (Its an office, we had at least a few people there including myself at the time they claimed they came by.) I could have excused this, however to make matters worse after we rescheduled the delivery guy calls us complaining about the one flight of stairs outside they have to walk up, saying that they refuse to walk up any stairs. Once they finally got the shipment to the office door, the continued to complain until I called them out for it. Thoroughly unprofessional, hilariously incompetent. It would bring joy to my life if this company went bankrupt. If you ever have the choice to do business with a competitor, definitely take that option.
CEVA is the absolute worst carrier I have ever worked with. It takes them forever to deliver, and you cant get anyone on the phone. If you have the option to pick CEVA or anyone else, pick anyone else.

The worst logistics company on the planet. Payed an extra $70 to have my 70 tv delivered in two days on may 3rd then i get told it wont be here til may 9th. Of course they never offered to refund me my money for the two day shipping had to have walmart help me with that part.
By far THE WORST company I have EVER had the misfortune of dealing with. Very unprofessional as Customer service does not exist at Ceva. I ordered something from Academy online, it was supposed to be at my door on 12/21/2017, Ceva lied and said they called me to reschedule, and as of 1/1/2018 I have not had any response from this awful company. DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE SERVICE, unless you like not getting what you pay for. I cannot stress enough the fact there is no customer service, or accountability. Ceva doesn’t deserve the star I gave them, it was the only way to comment on this horrible business.

By far, the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Ordered a table on Amazon to be delivered on the 15th - 20th. Never heard from them. Spent hours trying to get a hold of them to find my table (is this some sort of scam where they hope you dont call?). Had to schedule a delivery. Scheduled for the 24th. 12-6PM window. They were going to call 30 min before delivery. No table. Call them. Another bogus answer why they couldnt deliver my table. Scheduled again for the 28th.Problem is, I just moved into a house and bought my first nice, large table. I had invited my entire family to come over and eat on the 25th. Scheduled delivery was 15th - 20th, so I should be fine, right? Nope. They are truly an awful company who Amazon NEEDS to sever ties with.I also told them I would just pick it up myself this evening. NOPE, you have to get permission from Amazon. Im baffled by how incompetent they are. Stay far, far away.
I should give 0 star. Persons on phone do not even know how to answer calls. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Made an appointment and CEVA didn’t showed up and no calls either. When you call the office, 8 out of 10 no one answers calls. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE.
