Quickest big freight service I been to in a while

Had a 06:00 live unload. Upon arrival checked in with dispatch and was given a door. Once back into the assigned dock I was unloaded within an hour. Professional and courteous people. Nice well maintained facility with easy access.

Very poor customer service, they lie a lot to their customers and they have a very bad attitude

Wont ever try booking with them again. They said they could pick up a pallet by 5pm. At 4:30 I called and they said the driver has one more stop and then hes going to take lunch so he wont be here til maybe 5:30, I cancelled because like most businesses we close at 5.

I do not recommend using Southeastern Freight Lines (SEFL) for your deliveries. My experience was horrible. I used their online scheduler to schedule my delivery for Weds, Jan 22nd from 7am-7pm, on that day I called them at 5:30pm to followup and they said that the delivery was still on the dock. I rescheduled for Thurs, Jan 23rd 7am-7pm, same thing on Thurs so I rescheduled for Friday. On Friday at 8am, I called and found that it was left on the dock again. I spoke with the manager and he, after asking where it was to be delivered, stated it would have to be transferred to their main terminal and then it could be delivered by Monday. I lost my patience and confidence that they would deliver my fryer in a timely fashion, and instead coordinated to pick up the delivery myself on that same Friday which is an hour away (2hrs round trip). Bottomline: There was NO communication or coordination from SEFL. For 3 days straight, I had to followup, coordinate and ultimately take the delivery myself. Horrible service. I also notified the company that used SEFL to warn them of the horrible service.

I have dealt with LTL companies in the Houston market for about 30 years. The past few years, SEFL has been unequalled in their callous disregard for their customers requests. Particularly the Orem Dr./SE Houston loc. Will only call SEFL if mandated by my customers. Would avoid them like the plague if I could. They are the absolute worst!

Terrible service they took 25 minutes to just come and get my paper work to get my order and I cant believe it take almost 1hr to get my package when its alot people working and just talking this is lazy people

If youre a forwarder, broker or importer that picks up freights from CFS warehouses like STG, you might want to know that theyre not picking up their trailers the same day its loaded since last week. where all other major carriers are still picking up their drop trailers the same day. That forced me to switch to other carriers and I will not be coming back to SEFL for anything picking up in Houston area. This comment is only for SEFL in Houston and has nothing to do with their other terminals.

Worst company to work for when youre new you are on the bottom of the seniority list then when the senior drivers start taking vacation they expect you to take their position and pull doubles they wont ask they will FORCE you. They gave me two options to pull doubles or they will show you the door.

Horrible service. Delivery between 12 and 6:00 pm every day, no phone calls, just wait and wait and wait.

I worked here for a while.i may be an unsatisfied employee but believe me i have good reason.the dock supervisor is as rude and crude as most teenagers.the shipping manager is as childish a pre schooler. steer clear of this place.they have issues in customer service attributed to damages and shortages and these issues will not be fixed for a simple reason. favoritism and racism.be ware and stay away at your own risk.

Very bad pick up service

This shipping company is the worst in the nation. Everyday they tell me my shipment is out for delivery and it never arrives. Their system shows my freight is at the local dock, but for some reason they will not deliver to me. It has now been 3 weeks and still no delivery and they keep telling me tomorrow.

Helpful people showed respect.

They have not loaded our shipments twice while we had a crew waiting on it. Totally ridiculous. Dishonest company!

Worst freight company. They have been coming for collection for FOUR DAYS. Two drivers show up in one day, one not having room and the other driver REFUSING to take the load because of weight when the weights and dims were given. This company is a JOKE.
