Customer service was very professional, and the environment overall is welcoming. I had placed a printing job order online and picked up in store. I wasnt 100% happy with the size of one of the prints, but Mr. Junaid (manager) was able to fix the issue easily.

Poor customer service, wouldn’t even call it customer service because there wasn’t any. Employees are just talking amongst themselves not interested in helping customers.FedEx you need to employ some new more excited people at this location. I won’t be coming back to this location due to the poor experience.

Mr Dave is extremely helpful. I walked in with no packing or box requirements, and barely an idea of what I needed. He helped me choose a perfect box, good packing, fragile handling, and I was in and out in under 10 mins. Good customer service is harder and harder to find, but Mr Dave is a great example of what customer service should be.

My printer broke down and it will take a long time before I can get my new printer because of Covid19. I do a lot of shipping for my supplement business so I have to print a lot labels. Juntaid the manager and his people are really good at what they do and are so helpful every time when I come there to print my shipping labels. Great Customer service and will use them when I have printing issue or other office needs.

I think it is fantastic to have a local FedEx storefront. However, in all the years this location has existed I have recieved consistently poor service, mediocre at best. But this week I was well received by one young man initially, he then moved on to another customer while his associate Victoria, looked for an adequate box to pack my items into. She was thorough and professional, made the experience fun and painless. Hope FedEx listens and continues to employ quality staff.

Faxes are $2.49 a sheet for long distance. That is just ridiculous. I wont be back to fax here!

The customer service at this location is bad, no respect for customer especially the skinny light skin guys that works behind the counter...

Damage package and they dont know what to do, just saying... sorry about your package but we cant do nothing to it .. customer service say it will take about 3 weeks to file a claim.. just ridiculous

Horrible customer service. Employees talking to each other instead of actually helping customers. Sent prints to be printed for a pick up for my business only to arrive and be told they werent doing prints only self printing. Waste to have employees that arent actually going to work. I suggest if your business needs prints done find another location.

I have been here several times and the staff has always been professional with me. I like it because I can get in and out of the store in a breeze. Then again I come with my stuff prepackaged And just need to pay for the shipping lables. Parking is small in front of the store.

I came here to do several things, print documents from online, make copies, and fax documents. Both Nyesha and Victoria were very helpful and although they were the only 2 people available they moved very fast and were very pleasant. Thanks ladies!

I brought in a birthday present to this store to be shipped via FedEx. The gift was in a gift bag with tissue. The black female clerk that assisted me was rude and inconsiderate. She had an attitude to begin with, but took the gift to the packaging area and started shoving it into a box and stuffing paper on top of it. I was at the counter saying, NO! PLEASE DONT DO THAT! She completely ignored me and continued to stuff the gift bag/paper into the box. Im having a cow, waving my arms, trying to get her attention. Note that the store was not crowded, and it was quiet. Finally, when I got her attention and asked her again to stop, she said, No, I have to do this. I asked her to give me the box and gift. She did, but my gift bag by then was all bent and wrinkled and the Happy Birthday note that I had written on the bag was smeared all over the bag. My beautifully wrapped gift was destroyed. I tried to show her what she had done, and again, she completely ignored me, turned her back to me, and went on to assist another customer. Another clerk proceeded to check me out and rang me up at $161 for overnight FedEx. I took the package and left the store. I sat in my car and cried. Was so distraught that the gift I had taken great care in preparing would be received in such a sad shape. Furthermore, I got online and shipped the package myself at $77... overnight... FedEx.

I would recommend this place. Great CUSTOMER SERVICE. FRIENDLY STAFF AND MANAGER. Everyone so professional. Thank you so much for your service. May God Bless all of you.

Customer service sucks. Clerk lacked motivation. Did not greet me as I entered the store. Did not thank me for my business. But, I am grateful that I was able to pick up my order well before the time I originally scheduled to pick it up.

The WORST experience ever! I called specifically to ask can I scan and email a document here? replied with yes you can! Itll be .45 a minute. (I called from the parking lot btw) when I walk in, theres only one person working the front. Once the worker (who was a black African American female) gets to me, I let her know what Services I need and she replies with you cant scan and email here. I can scan your document to a flash drive and you can email it from there. (That was not what was mentioned on the phone) then before leaving I asked are you positively sure theres nothing you can do to help me? She nodded her head, with an attitude, no. Not sure why she had the attitude when Im the one that was lied to and wasnt helped! This reassured me why Ive never gone to FedEx. New, knowledgeable employees should be hired not those individuals who feel they should be owed something for a customer service position.

Rude and refused to take my FedEx package claiming it was usps. What? I ship packages for work. We only ship FedEx.

Im an employee for FedEx ground & i decided to be a customer at this location since its near my home i paid near $7 to ship overnight a letter to harris county jail i used my employee discount I was new back in Dec so idk that harris county jail only accept USPS mail so they return to sender I made a claim to get a refund or a credit i wish theyd informed me about this at the store

They tried to charge me 50$ for a letter to Colorado, the employees obviously dont care about the people that walk through the door. Ive typically had great experiences with FedEx however with employees like these it wouldnt be surprising for other potential clients to be turned away from ever working with FedEx.

I need to send a fax in a hurry they definitely got the job done. Friendly service

I went and specifically mentioned that Fedex gives my company employee discounts and the guy quoted me full price saying that was a discounted price and later I found out he did not even bother putting in all the information he asked me to present to get the discount . Not shopping with them again at this location

Manager refused to print my gift certificates; called another fedex location and they had them printed before I even left the parking lot. I wouldnt recommend this location to my worst enemies.

An African American women here its very rude, my wife asked here a question and all she says was what, we found this very rude. luckily we did not needed her help
