This place is AWESOME. I brought them huge parts that I didn’t not know how to pack and the owner helped me pack all of it. On top of that he tries to get you the best price possible. I will be going here for all of my shipping needs. If I could rate 10 stars I would. I left as a very very satisfied customer.

Would give a 0 if possible! One of the WORST experiences with a professional package/shipping store EVER! Collectible worth over $2000 arrived like this ... packed/shipped by these folks! AND they blamed it on UPS ... will not accept responsibility and/or reimburse me for my losses. Charged me $245 for supplies to ship ... tried to charge almost $350 to ship ... actual shipping was $100!!! WARNING NOT TO USE THESE PEOPLE!!! Taking legal action ...In response to your claim, having a $2000 collectible broken cannot be resolved with were sorry. As you stated, nearly 20% of what you shipped was damaged. For a collectible, ANY damage is MAJOR damage. A collectible has ZERO value if broken.Your lame excuse about not declaring a higher value is just that - lame. UPS determined that you - the packer and sender - did not provide sufficient packaging materials to protect the pieces. It has NOTHING to do with the declared value. There was no damage to the boxes, so there is no liability to UPS. The larger figurine was completely shattered. That kind of damage occurs when an item is POORLY packaged. By the way, ALL of the items in the one box containing the large figurine were damaged - that ONE huge piece which is worth $2000. So your point is irrelevant.Your offer of compensation was to reimburse the shipping for the four items - which would have amounted to $20. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!You are an official UPS shipping outlet ... yet you completely trash their services. What does that say about you? UPS provided $300 of liability, yet they still determined that you were at fault. That was their official ruling ... yet you now say it was their fault. SOMEONE is to blame - and it is YOU!Legal action plus reporting you to UPS as well as the BBC and State Attorney Generals office for fraud. You have a guarantee on your website but now no action on your so-called guarantee.This isnt going away until I am reimbursed.

This is easily the best place to mail packages. They are always so helpful and make sending or returning packages so simple.

Pack n ship + copy is a true gem in the Memorial Villages. Very friendly and professional customer service - they go out of their way to help the customer figure out the most economic, reliable way to ship. They also have a box recycling area which is super helpful, and if you do need to buy a box, its a fraction of what UPS charges.

I am an avid online shopper so have many returns, therefore I frequent Pack NShip + Copy often. They are always so helpful! I actually look forward to my trips there. They are so friendly and always have smiles on their faces. They go above and beyond to make sure my deliveries are out in as timely a manner as possible, at the best rates and that they are delivered exactly where they are supposed to be. Im so grateful they are just up the street, but if they werent, I would gladly drive the extra mile!

I brought in a shipment with an incomplete UPS label (label was provided by the company where I was returning product). The person at Pack NShip+Copy informed me that the label was missing the bar code. He then offered to keep the package for me and gave me his email address so I could email the full label, thereby eliminating the need for a return trip. Then a few days later I received an email from him informing me that my package had been delivered by UPS. This is service above and beyond. I highly recommend them!!

I recently shipped several heavy boxes for a personal move from Houston to NYC. The service was excellent--they came to my apartment and helped me load all the boxes into his truck free of charge and re-taped and secured all my boxes. Moreover, the quote was almost 100 less than most of the nearby competitors. Others were asking me to secure my boxes to a palette and deliver them to their office for shipping on freight, and PacknShip was able to send everything via Fedex at a very reasonable price. Very responsive service and the items arrived very quickly (~3-4 days).Highly recommend!

I went in because we were out of town on vacation and I thought it would be easier to pack up and ship home some things that we purchased. The gentleman behind the counter help just box up everything and when it was time to purchase we realized it would be so much cheaper to just pay for an extra box at the airport we felt badly and offered to pay for the tape and time and box but the owner was so wonderful and would not except a penny. What great service!!!!

Exceptional customer service! I was unable to print the return form for a large (and heavy) Amazon return. I lugged the package in before realizing they were not a designated Amazon UPS return location. I was in a hurry to get to work and didnt want to leave it in my car (because it looked like it might be a flat screen TV). The owner took my return to the right drop off in his personal vehicle! What a huge help. Super kind and friendly people.

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Received an interstate quote (over email) 3 weeks ago for pickup, packaging, and shipping, at which I accepted the estimate. What a waste of time! They neglected to make the first pickup because of a broken-down truck (no notification to myself). After calling and finding out via phone, the male working there seemed bothered by my request to nail down a specific 2nd attempt day/time. Called them again last week with notification that the owner will be available all weekend and here we are with no attempts made for subsequent pickups by PACK NSHIP COPY. Someone named Malik (male) is useless and Hina (supposed Manager) could care less and doesnt return phone calls.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. I used to dread going to the post office or any postal services establishment because I was often met with awful customer service and long lines. Let me assure you, Pack N’ Ship is the exact opposite as they are incredibly accommodating and extremely friendly.It’s a family run business and they certainly treat their customers like family. I take my four young children in there all the time and the owner, Malik, is so sweet and engaging with them. He always puts me at ease so I’m not panicked about the kids being disruptive or me feeling pressured to hurry up and get out before the kids destroy something. In fact, my 4-year-olds ask to go see Mr. Malik now every time we drive by.He and the rest of the Pack N’Ship team are professional, efficient and friendly—truly the epitome of an incredibly run small business.

The owner is rude,does not treat people nicely, all she care about is money, and do ot have ups dropoff service, last time i try to tell her to let me dropoff my ups shipment she charge me $10, but in fact i can go across te street and dropoff for free, all the shipping is over priced, where i can get it sginficantly cheaper elsewhere, and okay, if she has good servces i dont care paying more, cuz im not doing business shipping, but there is no service, will never come here again!
