This is a great place to work and office! The office is conveniently located to Highway 290 along with an easy jaunt to both Beltway 8 and Highway 249. This was a great location for all my trips in/out of the George Bush airport. Kathy, the office manager, was wonderful; professional, friendly, and quick to assist to help make your business run smoothly. The offices suites are well maintained and has plenty of parking for your clients. I would highly recommend the Steeplechase Executive Suites!

I had my office at Steeplechase Executive Suites for many years until I downsized and moved my office to my home. I was with Katy before she relocated to her existing location. She is the consummate professional. Can multi-task and support the large number of tenants she has as if you are the only one she works for. She is probably the most organized person I know. It was an enjoyable time having my office there. It was reasonable, as well but, of course, having a home office is more reasonable since I no longer had clients come to my home. She has always set up two conference rooms so theyre readily available to use for meetings with clients if so desired. And if you need extra storage space, she has that too. A good place to work!

Kathy was the perfect fit for my business for over 10 years.I traveled a lot and needed someone I could trust to go thru my mail and answer my phones.I also had three remote employees that when calls where received Kathy routed the calls to the correct employeesWe also trusted Kathy with company confidential correspondence which was a big plus.I would highly recommend Kathy to any Business for her processional which cannot be match and hard work.I retired in 2018, but I would still be using Kathy if I was still in Business.Thanks Kathy for all your GREAT work.Gary Olson

Steeplechase Executive Suites have a great location, easily accessible,complemented by reasonable monthly rates. The suites are superblymanaged, staffed with helpful and friendly office assistants. Verysuitable for a rep office or start-up.

Please note, first of all, that I am not related to the owner of Steeplechase Executive Suites though we share the same surname. Such things happen.I have enjoyed an excellent relationship with the company for over 30 years, first having an office when consulting in Houston and later when I required a US presence while working in West Africa. All in all, my relationship with Steeplechase began in 1986 and ended when I took retirement in 2014. However, I still use the service on an occasional basis and can report that nothing has changed over the past 30 odd years.The Executive Suites contain excellent offices and meeting rooms and Kathy and her staff provide round the clock support for those who travel overseas. Charges have always been reasonable and the service 5 star.

I first came to this office in 2005. The staff was amazing but I left in 2009 to be closer to the courthouse downtown. As soon as my lease was up, I returned to Kathy and Steeplecrest. She CARES that my business succeeds. She will spoil you for any other executive suite experience. I have been practising law for 30 years and I have always been in an executive suite. Despite his executive suite being very affordable, you will feel like you are receiving the best service money can buy.

This is a great place to have an office. Its clean and quiet and Kathy, the office manager, is about as professional and friendly as it gets. She keeps the place humming. I only left because we moved. It was the most pleasant and easiest office experience Ive ever had.

This office is conveniently located near Highway 290 and the Sam Houston Tollway. Easy to get to. The Office Manager is a professional and is very helpful to all of the tenants. A recommended location for a small business in search of just 1-2 offices.
