DO NOT LEASE HERE! I was promised to get a brand new renovated suit in Feb 2020 and the lease lady promised me to have the suit ready for me but when I moved in I had damaged blinds that looked terrible and unprofessional. I asked for the blinds to be replaced 4 times and it never happened! Finally I got upset and went to the office only to be told that the lady had quit and because it was not in writing that they would not give me new blinds at all. You signed the lease as is sir . That was the first slap on the face! The second came when I updated my payment information online and their internet which is part of the lease kept stalling out. Later I found out my payment was not saved via an e-mail from Jessica Thompson after late fees were applied which I replied to her e-mail immediately but never got a response, I followed up with 3 more emails concerned for my suite. Finally I called left a message with no response, I called again and again until a lady in the headquarters got a hold of her. Long story short they denied receiving my messages and forced me to pay the lock out fees and late penalties even thou it was their lack of response and internet service that caused the issue. In the Midst of COVID-19 companies like Boxer property are out to prey on their tenants not help them or support them so DO NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY IN THIS ORGANIZATION!
My company recently expanded to Houston and we needed an office in a short time frame. I gave the specifications to Stephanie Hughes with Boxer Property and she came up with a solution immediately! We have been in this office space for 4+ years now and are very happy with our office space and the building maintenance. They respond to our requests quickly and we are always satisfied with the work they perform.
Jazzmine is always so helpful and upbeat. If an issue comes up she takes care of it promptly. I would recommend this building to anyone. I have been here for almost a year and I have yet to encounter a issue in or around the building. If you need a space to grow this is the spot to start.
Building 340 is well-kept and clean. The staff (property manager Gary and leasing agent Jazzmine) are professional and helpful. They are doing a good job of maintaining the building and keeping the tenants. However, the rent keeps going up every year, higher than market value and inflation and comparable properties around the area for same type building.
I thought I would be looking for office space forever. But Diana was very nice and we found something that worked perfectly. The building was very clean and quiet. I am definitely going o refer her to my friends
Just leased some nice office space for an extremely reasonable price. I was very happy with the entire experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for affordable office space. A+
340 is always clean, and Ms. Jane is always patroling and looking out for everyones cars and watching out for everyone. The office staff is friendly and Frank always comes promptly as needed.
