Beware of the hidden upsell. I got a quote for renting a plasma cutter for a week. Paid the $1500 deposit. Used the machine for a day, returned it two days early. Then they charged me more than double, informing me that they did not have the machine they quoted me for, but did provide me with the next machine up the chain, which costs double. They did not refund me anything to honor the original quote. They are deceptive, so get anything they say in writing before you do any type of business with them.UPDATE (1-28-19): Manager Christian made good on the overcharge. Very nice and understanding about the whole incident. (4 stars is the highest I rate anything, because nothing is perfect.)
