Parts counter people are very helpful and Belinda Hall is always willing to go the extra mile to insure your visit is pleasant. I needed a credit application and she was able to get it off the computer..she deserve a 5 star.

Pretty rude service, Jeff Wagner always tried to hide more costs and charged more. Their delivery guy damaged our building door, hold over 6 weeks not to respond for repairing request, only wanted to pay half price of repairing cost. Ridiculously, that repair cost only apply to next rental discount. also very arrogant, refused to provide the detailed bill information. it sucks.
