I have used Sunbelt for 2 years and theyre equipment is always in good shape, never had any problems.

Called to see if they had an engine hoist available and they said they did, told the last we were on our way and drove the 40+ Minutes out from cypress only to be told the lift had a leak 😐 After the lady (who wasn’t very pleasant) took our cards and her time. Waste of gas and time

I cannot say enough good things about the people at this Sunbelt location. I’m doing a project around the corner and have use them for multiple items, and they have gone out of their way to accommodate. I would truly be in trouble without them. They are absolute professionals and super easy to work with.

Hours of operation differ.... Looking at this location at 7 am and its obviously not open at the times listed... Someone might want to change the companys hours of operation.

I had placed an order for a rental on Friday 10/06/17 for a job the following Monday. The equipment was an X600AJ by JLG. It was the only lift capable of reaching where we need to get to and under our 8000 lb weight limit. Monday comes around and I call to confirm and they said it would be delivered at 2 and that they would call to confirm when it left their facility so that I would be able to accept delivery and coordinate the area to store it. I call the store at 1230pm and was told it was on its way for delivery so I leave for the location. but then I received a call at 1pm and they said that the machine broke while loading and that they had 3 service technicians working on the matter. I was waiting at the site for several hours and spoke with the manager a few times. I kept calling once an hour to check in on the status. This work was supposed to be days before the grand opening on 10/12/17. The manager sent me a text that they would send me a sales rep (Perry) at 8am the next day to see if they could help figure out any other remedy. Next morning I was running about 15 min behind schedule due to houston traffic but I informed the rep that it wouldnt be any longer than that. He informed me that he left already and was on his way for another appointment at 9. I asked why he didnt tell me that he left. I am not even sure he was there when he said he was. Well you can see from the text what transpired next. The smug sales rep finally shows up around 9am and tries to shake my hand. He then tried to act like if I was unsure of the reach when I clearly had the spec from engineering. He brings out some laser that works off his iPhone to give me accurate distance That device couldnt give a distance over 50. I specifically needed a 60 or greater within our weight limit. So after going through his iPad of what was available he t couldnt find anything that would work. But then he said lets try a 50. At this point we have to attempt something. I tell him fine to go ahead and bring it. We get this arranged for delivery for 12:30 pm. He tries to apologize to me and shake my hand. I left to go back to work. On my way I call the Sunbelt to speak with the manager over the unprofessionalism in dealing with that individual and to file a complaint. He then gets an attitude with me and asks rudely if I want the equipment or not. I did need the equipment and told him yes that it was very important. He responds than my situation is handled and slams the phone on me. After that I reach out to their corporate offices to make a formal complaint. I was reached out to by the regional manager and he was a very courteous gentleman. He assured me that sunbelt was going to try to make things right. He made a promise that his employees couldnt keep. The 50 didnt work and that was time and money wasted on that effort. Then on the next day 10/11/17 I was contacted by sunbelt that they had gotten the lift working again and that they will send it out. I ask them to do some testing on the unit since I was concerned about my workers safety. They said they would test it for a couple hours before sending it out. I give them the same time and place. When I told them that I was contacted from the GC that they have new solution ready to go. But after some good rhetoric between the regional manager and the lift working again I went with the Sunbelt option. That was a mistake, a couple hours later Im contacted by the sunbelt that the machine broke upon loading again! At that point I was stressing out. I called the GC and the chance I had to secure the lift through his contact had slipped through the cracks. But then a miracle happened and Sunbelt said that they had sent it out and that it was working and then GC contacted me and said that they got the one from United and that it was coming that evening. So I canceled the job with Sunbelt and went with United instead.

Very bad service! The fat lady not give you info and hang the phone! United rental is so great!

They are always helpful and have competitive rates for their rental equipment. Make sure you check that your equipment is in proper working order before you rent it.
