I wish I could give them a 0 star rate. Really horrible customer service. Very rude from the start without any reason. I do not know why they have this business if they cannot answer simple questions or have information available on their website.

These guys gave me a fair price. I found that their price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved and the parts. These guys were honest and I recommend them to others. My car now has a rebuilt engine.

I wish that I could give them 0 stars. This company is a complete SCAM. They asked for a money order instead of a credit card which should have been my first clue. The engine is junk. They had me fill out a long warranty questionnaire and now will not return or take my phone calls. Will be filing a small claims suit to try and recoup some of the money that we paid. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!!!!!!!!!

PURCHASED A SET OF POWERSTROKE 6.0 HEADS FROM THESE GUYS. FAST DELIVERY AND THE HEADS WERE PERFECT CASTINGS ACCORDING TO MY MACHINE SHOP. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I AM ABOUT TO PURCHASE SOME 6.4 POWERSTROKE HEADS NOW BECAUSE OF THEIR QUALITY AND SERVICE. NICK IS THE BEST!

So was told I would have my order in 8 to 14 days. Refused to refund when they could not deleiver in time frame. When I talked to mananager he argued with about another account. Then when I said I would like a refund because they would not have my motor for another week. He started arguing again. This is the worst customer service I have ever had. Do not deal with this company go some were else. Then stated he would email and check his recoreded lines that if i was told it would be done in 14 days then I would get a full refund. Well I just got my refund of 80% even though the very rude and agressive manager stated it would be 100% if any one said that the deldivery dates were 12-14 days, yet no answer.

They got my vehicle back on road. Best machine shop I could recommend.

Terrible service. I have been waiting for my transmission sense june. They refuse to refund and i am still waiting for my transmission. Now they wont answer my phone calls. Horrible service !!!!!!

Purchased a re-manufactured Subaru engine from this place. Less than 1 year after getting the engine installed I have a major oil leak and my mechanic tells me that basically all of the seals are leaking oil. Warranty was only for 6 months. Buyer beware!
