Super friendly and out going staff. The new receptionist is very nice. Dont be afraid to ask questions or be informative with them that way the process is smoother. The place is very neat and clean. When you show up at the office they do ask you for your ID, social, and a resume and or to fill out an application if you dont have a resume.

I have to say the staff was very professional and courteous I have no complaints. The office building was very clean and sanitary, beyond my expectations. I had an interview with Larry he was very easy to talk with professional and understanding of my needs and was treated with respect. SO NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! I had to miss an interview that i had with AMY because of a last minute emergency. I couldnt even call had the time to let them know Then I call back nicely to explain AMY the reason and if i can reshedule it and she said so rude UM NO IM SORRY THANK YOU and when i started talking explaining what happened she interrupted me saying NO and hang up on me! I do not recommend this company specially her if she doesnt accept emergency excuses or give you another opportunity. So unprofessional!

The front desk ladies have an attitude most times that you call. They are over their job. To be fair, I give them 3 stars instead of one because of Kourtney who I was able to bring up the issue of racial discrimination in the reviews before our interview. She was nice and open about that discussion. Though the company she got me hired with was a very unorganized one. There was lots of misinformation or lack there of, attitude and absences. They treated bad employees great and dedicated ones picked up the slack. So I called to get assistance finding another position somewhere else and received half-ass help. Was set up with one interview that was so rushed and interpersonal. Called to check in with my next recruiter Larry and he never called me back after and stopped answering my emails. Now Ive been waiting all January for my W2 for 4 months of work and they are basically taking their time with no date as to when well receive it. Overall, I wouldnt recommend but if you need a job bad they can possibly get you on somewhere for the time being. Just know you will run into the issues mentioned.

Best experience from a staffing firm yet. Rodney was my recruiter and he was awesome. Rodney did not talk to me like a typical HR person or recruiter. It was more of a conversation instead of a bunch of blah blah questions. He made me feel relaxed and really easy to talk to. One thing I really appreciated about Rodney was how he treated me and how honest he was. He explains things very clearly and communicates with you very well. Even after got me a job he stayed in contact with me the 1st couple of weeks to see how things were going and is very easy to get a hold of.

Super unprofessional call handling from this staffing firm. I referred someone a job from Zip-recruiter where the job posting was. An employee called the candidate to offer a position, once they asked for the location in which the candidate lives, they stated it was 45 minutes too far and hung up the call without a closing statement or anything. As an HR recruiter, I am so sad to hear this level of service. I also recruit and match people to their dream job all day. It is more disappointing to see this behavior from a staffing agency that are there to match candidates to a job. I understand that workload and matching criteria goes hand-in-hand with stress though customer service? What happened to that? Calling a candidate and not even letting them get a word in to state their interests or even do a phone-screening, why would you even spark false hope in that way in someone in distress and wanting to find new employment? So terribly disappointment.

Had a great experience working with AmeriTech. Everyone I spoke to or interacted with seemed to be nice, caring, and the most professional firm. Kellye is an extreme asset and wonderful to work with. Great customer service. A+++, would happily work with this firm again in the future.

They called me the next day after applying at a job posting they had on indeed. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming, and made sure to answer any questions or concerns I had. They surely go out of their way when it comes to customer service. Thats a big plus considering most staffing agencies have terrible staff that dont ever acknowledge you most often. My recruiter Jade Landry was extremely helpful and great at what she does. She gave me so much info about what I had to do that i left knowing my next steps after the interview. She was professional and fast when it came to communicating through email or phone. I start my new job tomorrow and all I can say is Im enjoying the service and helpfulness I have got from this agency. Would highly recommend.

Had a bad experience. My interview was terrible. I forgot his name, but hes the older white guy with a white mustache. He basically downplayed my entire work history and was told that Im not going to be successful in my work industry because of my background. And he thought I was lying to him when I told him I could pass a drug test. That interview was a complete waste of time. But, I been going to this place for the last couple years and still to this day have not received a call back. Theyre always posting available positions all over craigslist, and when you call them they never answer the phone, or the position all the sudden becane filled hence the ad said it was posted less than 24hours ago lol. I also see alot of negative reviews on google about this place as well. So Im not just a bitter guy here Im just telling what Ive expereinced.

I had a good experience with them. Ive been working for a company for over 5 years but was ready for a change. I sent my resume and the next day received a phone call from a recruiter by the name Kortney Gill. She made the transition so easy. She was very professional yet friendly. She explained to me what she had available, and where she thought I would be a good fit. Im a no-nonsense type of guy who likes to get straight to the point, i dont like grey areas, and communication has to be clear & continuous. Kortney was able to do that well.Long story short, i got the job. And it was exactly what i was looking for, from proximity to size of the company. I gave 4 out of 5 stars. The only thing that i was unhappy about was the drug testing policy that AmeriTech administers. It was an observed drug test. Im not on parole or probation, and im not a truck driver. I felt it was a little invasive. Other than that it was a overall good experience! Thank you AmerTech!

I was employed full time by another company when I was called out of the blue and offered a better paying job. So I decided to take the job. Immediately I started having issues. I called my contact person and I was only told she was in that day. So after several more attempts, finally I was told she quit. This was almost a week after the fact. Bottom line was the pre employment protocol wasnt followed and I needed to make sure I would be paid on time. Everythingg went well for a couple of weeks then on day I got a call telling me not to return to that assignment. Stacy asked did I leave any property there and I informed her I had. She told me not to worry she would retrieve it and I would be contacted for my next assignment in a day or two. After 3 days and everyday thereafter I called and left voice messages but I was constantly told she was out or with a client, or generally given the runaround. These people are some of the biggest liars Ive ever come in contact with. They lied about my pay rate, about my property and, a new assignment. The turnover rate at the headquarter office is very high.My advice is to stay away from these liars and, they do post fake comments by office employees.

They discriminate on behalf of their clients by violating Federal and State discrimination laws.In my case they violated the FCRA and forwarded inaccurate, illegal information to a third party knowing that party would discriminate against me.I confronted Zack Henson about this in his office, he admitted to doing so to make sure his clients got the best people.BBB has private complaints on file.

I was able to work on assigments for Ameritech really quick.They interviewed me, consulted which jobs would be best for my skillset, and were able to find me a job quickly.Ramon was my recruiter and he was great.He helped me with two different assignments and I didn’t wait long to hear from him.Highly recommended if you’re looking for a staffing agency that can help you find what you’re looking for in your career/jobs.

I’ve been searching for a new job for the past 3 months and I haven’t had any luck until Ameritech Staffing. I saw an add posted on Craigslist for a Receptionist position, and I immediately contacted Ameritech to see if the position was still available and it was! When I called the staffing agency the lady who answered the phone was more than helpful, she directed my call over to Jade. Jade let me know the position was still available and she set up an interview with me the next day. I had been so discouraged because I hadn’t had any luck finding a job so I thought that this was just another dead end until I met Jade! In my interview she immediately lifted my spirits encouraging me to keep looking for a job. She asked me the basic interview questions and a couple fun facts which I thought was cool, then she let me know that she thought I was a perfect fit for the position and that she would be contacting me within the week to let me know the outcome. Jade gave off such a positive vibe I don’t even know if I got the job or not I was just happy to be given the opportunity. Thank you Ameritech Staffing and thank you Jade! Y’all are amazing.

I dont understand why theres a lot of bad reviews but my recruiter was ramon and he does his job well. He tries to help you out any way that he can always looks out for you and accomadates your needs to the job hes giving you. I give ameritech 5 stars only because of Ramon. Racist Company. If you are black good luck getting a job through them. I have a friend who works at McCorvey Sheet Metal and was told to go over there because they were hiring and to take my driver license, social and high school diploma because I have some sheet metal experience. I get over there and was told that McCorvey was not hiring at the moment but they would get my information and get back with me. 2 days later another friend of ours (latino) went to Ameritech and boom got a job at McCorvey. I called my recruiter and ask what was going on and the response was let me pull your information and I will get back with you. Nothing!!!. I ask my friend at McCorvey if he know what was going on and he said joking around probably because your Black. Come to find out he was 100% correct!!! Went to another staffing firm and boom, I got my job at McCorvey!!! Cant wait to find out the results of how many black people they employee.

Ameritech Staffing is one of the hardest working employment agencys in the business. Not only do they go above and beyond for their customer but they strive to find the perfect job for all the candidates. My favorite thing about Ameritech is they actually want to and are willing to sit down with the applicants so they can get to know the person they are trying to place. Most staffing places just ask you to send them your resume, in my opinion its hard to fully understand someones strengths, capabilities and desires when your limited to reading a 1 to 2 page resume.All-in-ALL: Ameritech is awesome and Cindy is a fantastic recruiter!

They run illegal, unauthorized background checks that violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act and open up clients for lawsuits.Use them if you like breaking federal law.

This staffing agency just gives you the run around and the clerks are very unprofessional, like answering the phone is so exhausting or just a bother to them. The recruiters just make empty promises and never get back to yo . This is the reason I hate staffing agencys.

People working there are RACIST. Font desk rescptionist is a RACIST twoards lation people and will talk down to you and hang up the phone on you. They think that there SURPERIOUR. AND THE ALRIGHT.

When a contract is ended or terminated the recruiter literally talks down to you in a voicemail through email and by text after a phone call. Very professional. All the contracters they have pay really low with no room for pay advancement because the companies use 80% illegal immigrants that dont speak English and thats a true fact. Dont believe me try them out.

COMMUNICATION ...............Ramon called and called for a interview. Claimed he would send me a email to confirm and never did, but call the next day like It was me who didnt show. He was calling me like I had the job, so I showed up and spoke to him and he was like great I can get you in and all that good stuff. I will call you Monday and set up a interview with the company. Never got a call back going on day 4 and Yes I did call everyday just to check the status but never heard anything. Every time I called it would go straight to voice mail so I left a message each time. I have my other job no problem but where is the COMMUNICATION. If I didnt get ok fine a call back doesnt hurt

I registered with this agency back in April after I e mailed a resume and received a call from a recruiter who is no longer there. She had contacted me about a position that I didnt have an interest in. After not hearing back from them for over a month I contacted them and found out that recruiter was no longer there, they referred me to another person who called me back and said that she had no jobs at the present time. I have not heard back from them since. Complete waste of time in my opinion, I was not impressed with these people at all.

The attention of the receptionists the girls are excellent ... no longer wait for anything when you go to the interview or you are desperate looking for work to pay your viles. They do paperwork, then they will call you and notify you. UNTIL THE SUN TODAY I AM WAITING 🙄 AND WITHOUT KNOWING THE POTENTIAL THAT I GET TO WORK SKILLS. They told me that the Rosemberg company had accepted me for a position, and that they will let me know ... they never called me.
