Although I thought it was very unprofessional of him, he should have been courteous to reach out to me and let me know the employer was not interested.

I understand the nature of Covid-19 and all the burdens it has caused throughout the world. However, this Staffing agency is a waste of time. Megan had me go through drug screening and background check then say there was a hold on the position. Ok cool, totally understandable. I followed up with her every week almost for like a month before I stopped. She seemed bothered that I would follow up when I feel she should’ve followed up with me. Even though that particular position was on hold it would have been nice for them to seek other positions available that I qualified for. Honestly I think they just get all the people they can on their roster to save face. Communication is definitely not this company’s strong suit and to successfully run any business communication is a must!

This was my second time getting a contract with Randstad. The first lasted quite a while however this second one has become a perm. position. Slater, called and emailed every week to check on me & to answer any questions that I may have. He was super fast when responding to emails. My pay was always up to par with my experience & education; but most importantly always on time. :) Randstad will always be my go to agency and I have recommended several people to go there.

They also have contracting options so they offer a variety of opportunities depending on your needs. I have been blessed to be able to work on the same assignment for the last 3 years and for the most part treated well. The only down fall was when they took our PTO away from us after telling us the company allows you to earn paid time off then 2 mos later received a letter stating they will no longer pay for holidays, sick days or vacation time. This was very disappointing. I do not understand why they do not negotiate PTO for us in the contracts with their customers. Also with the amount of monies we make for the company, I feel they could offer us the PTO as a benefit if nothing else but to keep us happy and want to stay with the company. I have referred a few people to Randstad but again the downfall is not being able to earn PTO or receiving it as a Randstad benefit.

I want to tell you... I have worked for other staffing agencies before and none compare to Ranstad Staffing in Houston Tx. David Carraway and Jacob and the whole staff are extreme experts at what they do. They were able to set up an interview for me right the next day and got me hired quickly with a great company. I was from out of town and that was no biggie. David called me and set up a video call interview. He got me working asap. I cannot thank them enough for all their help. Mind you the set up was all done online. Very efficient and no hassle. I am glad to know there are people who work hard to help others! So if your seeking employment or employees I give this company here way more than 5 stars. They take the hassle out of seeking employment and are there to help every step of the way. All my questions were answered and all my needs were met. So do yourself a favor and give them a call. You wont be disappointed!!!

Fast efficient great work

If I couldve given 0 stars for this company, I would have. I got hired through a ranstad recruiter for a manufacturing company. I completed a full 8hr day and a partial day. I was physically unable to stand on concrete for 8 hours a day, due to medical condition. I asked the recruiter if she had another available position. She said she didnt. I apologized to her and told her I was unable to keep the job. I waited 6 weeks for a paycheck or a call from the company asking where they could mail my payment.. I heard nothing. I called the recruiter after the 6 weeks, she had the nerve to tell me that I wasnt getting paid because I didnt physically work 10 hours of myself physically there means work to me!!! She offered to maybe giving me a gift card out of her own budget.. Smh... By far this is the most unprofessional company Ive worked for.
