One of their drivers nearly caused an accident. They were driving on 59/69 north in the rain at high speed for the conditions. I put my signal light on to change lanes, while they were in the lane to right of me. They sped across two lanes, without signaling to beat me to the spot. I didnt get the truck number because they were driving way too fast. But it was a small truck with the company name all over it. Please tell your drivers to slow down in Houston rain and to be courteous on the road. Im sure whatever emergency there is, it can wait until they make it there safely.

Im a fire alarm tech and i needed access to an elevator shaft. I called them up and they were very helpful. I ended up not needing to get in the shaft but they had a tech near by if i did. Thanks for the assistance. Very professional.

Staff is polite but a total pain to deal with. Reception will ask you everything but your what your blood type is before letting you speak to the representative you requested. Can’t get a straight answer out of anyone when it comes to timeframes or schedule or anything.What’s the point of having a service contract with a company if you have to go through all of the red tape and back and forth each time you need something as simple as a door key?
