I took in 3 devices, and they fixed them all promptly without any issues after I put them back in operation. They were very friendly and a joy to deal with. They also took great care to give me back immaculate looking devices. It is rare to find such a genuinely caring detail-oriented service company these days. They are one!

They fixed my smashed iPad 11 and were able to keep the facial recognition working and straightened the frame enough for them to get the replacement glass on.Problem, a line showed up across my screen and it goes on and off.We’ll see if they’ll fix it again. It’s still a hassle having to go back though.UPDATE: YAY! these guys are pro. They fixed the issue perfectly! Im going to them again for my surface pro 3. Thats how much I loved their service.

Fix UR Gadget to the rescue...again!!! I would give this business even more stars if I could, like an A+++! I had an iPhone 6S that was dying. The charging port had become wiggly. On my last 14% of charge I called and Tori and Laurie got my phone fixed up until I could get a new one.Then when I got a new phone, I was stumped trying to back up the old phone to the cloud and put all of my information onto my new phone. I didn’t want to lose my precious photos, music or contacts and didn’t want to have to start over with all my apps. The back up to iCloud wound up taking almost 24 hours because {cringe} I had never backed it up before. But Tori and Lauri soldiered on and got ALL of my old phone onto my new phone for me.I was doing a snoopy dance when they handed it to me. I felt like they had handed me my life back.I am soooo grateful for Fix UR Gadget!!

I just took my phone there today. I seriously was thinking to myself, there is no way this thing is salvageable! The screen was cracked beyond repair and was pretty much unresponsive. To my pleasant surprise, that turned out to not be the case. I was greeted by Tori and she explained that it should take about 20 minutes. So we chatted for a bit, and before I knew it, my phone was ready after only about 10-15 minutes. Top notch customer service and really good work! Thanks yall!

Actually this places deserves the 5 stars because the employee that works here is very nice and good looking. Venezuelan I think. BUT the screen that they put on my iPhone 7 Plus was working fine until a few days right after the 30 day warranty period that they give you. Definitely you can see the difference in quality between the original screen and the one that they use.

I am a returning customer, doing business with them for the third time. First two times didnt involve insurance or warranty, when I had to change my screens on Iphones that had before. I am returning to them because they are nice, fast, professional at what they do. So the first two times, they did it at the spot while I was waiting less than an hour. To top it of, they use high quality spare parts, and thats important because if the spare parts are cheap then you would end up having more troubles before you came to fix your issues. N trust me, I had bad experiences with low quality spare parts before I found FIX UR GADGET. Additional, thanks to Tory. She is the owner of all branches in Houston. Fix your Gadget really went the extra mile in fixing my girlfriends keyboard on her Macbook Air.They diagnosed that the keyboard had been corroded, and drove across town to find a part for us (rather than having it shipped) since we were leaving town in a couple days. I will definitely be recommending them.

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. I went on a Tuesday in the middle of the day, no wait. This is THE ONLY PLACE to go for phone repairs. First, the service is incomparable. No apple “genius” trying to upsell you for an arm and a leg, no 200-300$ price tag, just fast, efficient, kind service. Mario was quick! He replaced my iPhone 6 screen in less than 20 minutes. I just had my iphone X repaired and it looks GREAT!!! I was worried that the color would be different but it looks exactly the same. I poured milkshake on my Macbook, and after desperately trying to fix it through repair shops near me and even Apple (btw Apples price was ridiculously expensive 750$! Might as well buy a new laptop :p), my fiancé recommended FixUrGadget. Even though I do not live in Texas, I mailed my laptop to their address and payed everything through the phone. I have to confess that I was a little bit scared due to the fact that I live in a different state, but I followed everything that was going on as if I was there. They constantly called me to give me heads up. The guy working on my laptop, Daniel W, sent me pictures of what he was doing and he even showed me the areas where the liquid did the most damage. They were able to fix it in two days and as soon as everything was done, they mailed it to me. Everything works perfectly and I have to say that the price was waaaay cheaper than what I expected. I highly recommend FixUrGadget. It has been two months that I have my laptop now. I wanted to give time to see if my laptop was really fixed and yes it its!

I went to the Fix Ur Gadget off of Kingsride to fix my iPad because Apple wouldnt replace the screen and my only option there was to buy a new one. I spoke with Daniel at the counter, dropped off my iPad with my name and phone number and was out in less than 5 minutes. He called me within the hour to let me know it was ready to go - everything is working perfectly and the pricing was more than reasonable for how bad of shape it was in. I would definitely come here again if I ever need any of my devices repaired in the future.
