Their service is amazing, unlike any other I have ever experienced! The laptops they have their has the best specs that you need and they sell them for a great price. They also work with you to get the laptop, so if you have bad to no credit that is perfectly fine because you can still finance the laptop based on how much you make. I dont even have words for how great my experience here was. The manager contacted me almost immediately after I submitted my request on their website. I came in today with my water damaged laptop and thought I was doomed. Davon was so kind, he asked if I had time and I did, so I sat there and watched as he fixed my macbook pro. In a matter of 30 minutes my macbook turned on like normal. He did explain to me that if his method did not work that I would have to go to apple for the repair. I am so glad that it wasnt the case. Nope, just called me a day later to say, “Yup it’s a water damaged motherboard. Might have to replace it, might be salvageable.” And gave me an unhelpful estimate.But I guess it looks like they know what they’re doing so yeah, that’s cool 😃

What a great experience! I called JustMac on Monday (yesterday) for repair of a blown speaker in my 2014 Macbook pro. It was fixed on Tuesday (the next morning) in less than an hour at my home. Khizer arrived at the beginning of the 1 hour time-frame quoted, fixed the speaker, helped me with my ipad, and answered lots of questions I had about all my IOS devices. He was very knowledgeable, capable, professional and personable. I will definetly engage the services of this company again. Before I found this company through Google search I had contacted the Willowbrook Apple store - I would have to leave my lap top for 1-2 days just to get it diagnosed, Simpley Mac in Katy - they would have to keep my laptop for 3 weeks to diagnose it, and Microcenter - they would diagnose it for $40 if I brought it in and it would take 1-2 days and they were not customer friendly. What a difference it was to deal with JustMac! I highly reccommend this company!

Just had a great experience with JustMac. Bottom line: they worked fast, were honest, and reasonably priced.My wifes old MacBook Air wouldnt startup, so I brought it into JustMac based on the reviews. Although the music was a bit loud inside the shop, the guys were attentive and eager to help. The repair was done the next day. However, upon bringing it home, I discovered another issue with the computer. I brought it back in, and once again the team at JustMac worked quickly to resolve the issue.I was very happy with the service I received from JustMac!

Watch out for a possible Rip-Off! I got a quote to replace the GPU, which MUST have thermal compound applied on it. They called me to say that they had to increase it in another $70 dollars if I wanted the compound applied. I told them the compound was only $5 dollars, that I would provide it; they said, I would still have to pay $70 more. When I said I would not pay extra because they knew in advance thermal compound is a MUST, not an option, they threatened with withholding my iMac, unless I paid for opening the computer. They probably thought it over and called me later to say I could pick it up. I felt they were trying to force me into paying more, regardless. They should not try to fool people, underestimating their knowledge.

I was clueless about all the things wrong with my daughters 2011/2012 MacBook, which there were several MAJOR things wrong. Nonetheless, DaVon was very helpful and explained that it needed to be Diagnosed to know exactly what issues needed to be corrected. Within 3 days EVERYTHING WAS FIXED!! Before receiving help from JustMac I was considering purchasing another computer but my problems have been solved in a much affordable manner. I will DEFINITELY be using these guys again in the future!

I know. I know. Perhaps it is just me; however, I accidentally found this location. I was sitting in my car parked at a distance towards the UPS Store and there it was. I was tapping on my phone and looked up and was like Where did that come from? How long had that been there?I went in and meet the Fantastic Four. I mean these gentlemen were awesome! The Apple Store at the Memorial City Mall location had done a diagnostic on my Mac AirBook stating it was the logic board (i.e. fraud) attempting to charge me nearly $500 for repair. Contrarily, in a word, the young men were Honest and integrity means a lot when you are a customer doing business dealing with technology, automobiles, or anything that is beyond your comfort zone.Thus, the Fantastic Four listened to my concerns, informed me of it not being such a challenge as the Apple Store had indicated; looked into the issue; repaired it in a reasonable amount of time with the price being as affordable (i.e. $100 or 80% VALUE!!!!) as the relief employed. In other words, I did not feel as if I was being cheated or overcharged for repairs. In fact, there were other great deals that were offered to me such as trade-in value and more.If you have yet to visit JustMac it is probably not your fault inasmuch as it was a challenge for me to find this breath of fresh air as well. It is in the corner of the parking lot about two doors from the UPS Store near the WellsFargo Bank. There is a HEB Grocery Store and Family Dollar in the same parking lot too.NOTE: Excellent service is an understatement.Furthermore, I observed these guys educating an older lady and gentleman on how unfortunate it was and not their fault yet, their concern due to Apple Store selling them a MacBook Pro that was defective and began showing signs shortly after the warranty had expired. As a result, they had informed the couple that the diagnosis to the computer would be free of charge. In addition, the guys explicated all of the possibilities JustMac could provide that would be in the couples favor if (and when) the Apple Stores price for repair had prove to be too steep for their budget.JustMacs empathy and compassion definitely has me looking forward to being a repeat customer with plenty of referrals to come.

Absolutely terrible business in all respects. Sold me a computer that still reads that the boot drive needs to be ejected, which it didnt until I got home. Misrepresented the price of the unit and then failed to keep any records of the transaction. TOOOOTALLY misrepresented the finance charges so Ive paid $1600 for a $799 computer. Treated me terribly on the phone as I was trying to get information to work something out with the finance company. Shouted, insulted, interrupted, lied and completely disrespected me. Its hard to get me mad, but Shahir did it in record time. If you do business with these people you WILL get cheated in some way. Stay away! Stay FAR away!

I took my laptop in to be upgraded and to diagnose an issue that occurred where I was only getting a white blank screen. Turns out I needed a graphics card reflow to fix the white screen. This place is amazing! I went in with a Mac Book Air mid 2013 that got corrupted. I was thinking about buying a new one but saw this store and gave it a try. The people who work here could not have been more helpful and accommodating. After two trips they were able to restore and update my computer to better than new. Needless to say i had a dusty old knickknack into my go to computer that I can trust and doesn’t get viruses are 6 months of use.The pricing is very reasonable and the customer service is exceptional!
