If you order a GE appliance from Costco, just forget about getting on time. On my 3rd try getting a fridge delivered from Costco and they never show up when they say they will. Horrible company, BEWARE!

If I could go less than 1, I would. Based on previous reviews, they dont care if you like their service or not. The home warranty partnership needs to be CANCELLED. I have been a month without my washing machine. When I decided to go buy my own, I was then charged a $90 restocking fee.

Nice enough place to pick up a shipment. I arrived they helped me immediately, and helped get my load into the truck. So for a typical Distribution Center, I have no complaints, thanks guys for the help.

I had Clint and Larry (hope I got the names right) deliver my huge refrigerator and they got it in through a very tight opening at the front door. They were very friendly and professional and I was very happy with their work. I have seen their reviews for this company prior to them coming and was a little nervous. But they did a great job.

Their techs half do jobs and always find a reason to why they can finish and reschedule you for a week later. Seriously contemplating about having my lawyer send them a legal notice.

No contact from automated system when they were suppose to deliver. Only time frame given was from Home Depot, which they did not want to honor. Once I went back and forth with a few manager I ended up speaking with Shaun B who tried to continue to not take responsibility for their mistake. When asked to speak with his manager he put me on hold for 4-5 minutes and he was able to deliver with the only time frame provided to me. Fixed, right? Wrong. Once it was off the truck two quarter sized dents were present on the doors tried to get a replacement but no go there. They had to get another one shipped in from Dallas? Nice to have a warehouse that doesn’t function as a warehouse. Sorry guys. You’re losing my business. Go look for an appliance somewhere else. If you’re in Houston Best Buy Galleria is the place to go. Don’t waste your time doing business with Dupar.

I purchased an appliance through Home Depot for delivery. This distribution company refused to bring the appliance into my home due to the fact that I am a healthcare worker (I had paid for installation as well). They dumped the appliance at the end of my driveway after ringing my doorbell and determining that I would expose them to the COVID virus. I was not under any quarantine and was actively returning to work as a healthcare worker. I repeatedly spoke with managers at Dupar and they indicated that they had no screenings or policies/procedures in place to protect customers or staff during this unprecedented time and refused to help me in any way. I am appalled with the undisguised discriminatory behavior of this company.

This company delivered an LG Fridge, which was purchased from Home Depot.Delivery arrived to our house within the allotted time frame. Fridge was delivered with no damage and installed without any problem and the old fridge was taken out for recycling.Delivery was done with no damage to the fridge or property. All in all a great experience from this company.

I wish I could rate them zero.They delivered a fridge and a microwave.1. The delivery guy was rude and dismissive2. They ripped out our door without seeking permission first.3. He tore down the old vent (for the microwave) before they found out the microwave they brought was broken. Instead of fixing the vent back up, he just left it unfixed and departed leaving us:A. without a way to cook and vent food air outB. AND also leaving a hole leading outside so ANY thing could come in. Which is dangerous!We went to Homedepot to report this and HomeDepot called the Dupar delivery guys supervisor. The supervisor said the delivery guy said WE PULLED THE VENT OUT. HE LIED! I CANNOT AND STILL CANNOT BELIEVE HE LIED!!This was on the eve of Thanksgiving. We had to cook and had to deal with this mess for hours at Home Depot.VERY disappointed.

The first time they came, they BROKE our fridge and had to take it back and reorder another. We bought a brand new home and were without a fridge. The delivery guy was rude and at one point, he told me that he needed to explain what was wrong with the fridge to my husband because I “wouldn’t understand”. Then he apologized and had the nerve to ask me to give him 5 stars on the survey!The following week rolls by, and this company never showed up to deliver our $2k LG fridge. I have no idea why Home Depot would even contract with them. They clearly have no regard for customers and had the nerve to put in the system that they CALLED US when they NEVER did. BTW, they are supposed to call 3 times anyways and take a photo of the home to prove they are there. They couldn’t do any of that because they stole our fridge!They are unprofessional, ghetto thugs. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! You will regret it!

RACIST! RACIST! RACIST! Absolutely vile customer service! My husband & I had made an appliance purchase from Home Depot & it was delivered by Dupar. My husband & son were home to receive the delivery. My husband is Hispanic & was working around the house prior to the delivery. The delivery driver (who was white) came to the door & told my husband, The homeowner said there would be someone home to receive the refrigerator, You obviously are not the homeowner! He wasnt even going to deliver the fridge until my husband told him he was the homeowner! WHAT KIND OF BACKWOODS INBRED MOTHER TRUCKERS DO YOU HIRE DUPAR?!? Since my husband is Hispanic and carrying tools he cant be the homeowner? So disappointed that Home Depot uses a company like this.

First time dealing with this company (the job isnt even done yet), and I am already very disappointed. First, fair warning to anyone else that may be stuck dealing with this company, they only give 8 hour window appointment times. The girl I spoke with said that they cannot give more information on delivery and install time until after 9am the day of. So you basically have to put your whole day on hold for them. Then, they cant give a timeframe for how long install will take. WORST company I have dealt with so far. Would not recommend wasting your time with this company. Like I said, the install job has not even been completed and I am already irritated with them. Parts were ordered 2 WEEKS ago. We were told that it would take 7-10 days to get the parts. You would think that they would go ahead and set up a tentative install time when they found out how long it would take for the parts to arrive. Nope! Instead they wait and then set up a time ANOTHER week out. Again, dont waste your time people. Find a better company that actually knows what customer service is.

The one star is for their answering operators, they lack the skills to speak professionally to the customers. I had no problem with getting my appliances delivered but trying to get them to come back and finish the installation has been unresolved since December, I called left a message, they never returned my call so i called thwm back because apparently they cant but saying they did call me back. Any business reaching out to you will leave a message to make sure there is proof that you did try to reach me, but there is no voicemail from you therefore you did not call me. Why would I lie its not like my appliances will be free Reading at all the reviews lying is their thing to do. They forget the number one rule of a business the customer is always right!!!!

This company delivered and installed a dishwasher for me through American Homeshield. They were professional, on time and efficient. I asked that they call one hour prior to arrival, which they did. The two gentlemen were courteous and thorough, removed and discarded my old dishwasher. They made sure the new one they delivered was installed properly and operated.

DO NOT HAVE THIS COMPANY DELIVER ANYTHING EVER - This company installed a refrigerator we ordered from a BIG Retailer (which I wont name at this time pending a claim).. Their install crew left me with a leak that was so small it went undetected for 3 months.. The leak went into our wall and only after my wife and I came back from serving on a humanitarian trip in Ecuador for a week did we notice some discoloration in our brand new wood floor around the refrigerator.. I pulled the refrigerator out only to now see the mold that has festered and now spread to underneath my lower cabinets on both side of the unit.. OF COURSE they DENIED my claim today.. Not their fault.. WELL WHOSE FAULT IS IT?? There was no refrigerator and no leak there before they installed and SOMEHOW not their fault there was a leak when they left? My wife has severe allergies and respiratory challenges as it is and now we have dangerous mold growing in our kitchen.. This company cares about no one but themselves.. I am praying the the BIG Retailer cares more about their reputation than this horrible company and their horrible service..

Wow... I just had my first experience with this company. We ordered a dishwasher from Home Depot along with full installation, which was left to Dupar Incorporated to make my Christmas satisfactory. They brought it in and kept saying things like want us to put it under the tree? We were confused and said, no, please put it in the kitchen. Then they went on to say they arent the ones that install it for us, they simply deliver it to our house. We were very confused... They said we need to call Home Depot to sort it out and they dont know who would install it for us, then they left. Guys name was Rudy by the way... So we call Home Depot and they said that those guys WERE supposed to install it, and their excuse to Home Depot (over the phone) was that wed need an electrician, a plumber, and lots of time to install the dishwasher. WOW! Are you kidding? If this was true, why couldnt they explain that to us instead of lying to our faces and ignoring their job. I gotta say, theres scum on this planet, and that proved even more so today. Thanks for nothing Dupar Inc. (needless to say we got a refund on the installation)

I specifically wrote on the order that it need my dryer delivered after 4:30PM. I can’t take off of work to wait all day for the dryer to arrive. I was looking forward to my dryer being delivered all day. Then, I get home to find that its because they didn’t read the order properly. Now, I have to wait an entire week until I get the dryer delivered. Do not use this service!

This is what happened to mu uncles order. They say will call the night before and 30 min before delivery. The driver never called the phone no my uncle gave them and he reported that he called and left a message. I checked my uncles missed calls and voice messages. Nothing. The guy delivered the stove without opening the box and rushed my uncle to sign for delivery and took his old one and guess what after he left he found the wrong item and he had to stay without stove . customer service is the worst they never solve a problem all they say it is not our responsibility and drop it on Home depot or the manufacture.

No time and date on the note.Now my delivery that I’ve already waited a week for is delayed another two days. Terrible service. I ordered a cook top from Home Depot and waited a month for delivery. Dupar then said that the driver had to reschedule and pushed back delivery another week. I had to pick up my own package. Dupar is only 25 minutes from me. They act like theyre on the other side of the world.

Horrible experience! Purchased a dishwasher at Home Depot and was told wed expect a call the day before the scheduled delivery / install date to schedule the time - well that call NEVER happened! Then the delivery guy knocked on my door at 6:45AM the date of the install!! No one is awake and my dogs are going crazy...I opened the door and told him that I wasnt expecting them THAT early and told him no one ever called to schedule the delivery! Little did I know, he did actually call before hand - but at 6:15am! Who is awake that early to accept a phone call? Not us! So they come in to install the machine but then informed me that they cant install due to unsafe wiring. Every plumber Ive talked to says they can hardwire a dishwasher...these guys were WAY too early and then couldnt complete the job. No deliveries should be scheduled BEFORE 8am!

I received a call from Jessica a week in advance that I would have to wait an additional day from 8until5 for the delivery of my microwave, after having been told by GE that the entire process would only take 5 to 7days. This started on the 3rd of the month with an expectation now to end on the 21st. Customer service or satisfaction are no longer necessary. Sorry that I could not rate both Dupar Inc. and GE a zero. Incompetent & unprofessional company!My second & last experience purchashing appliances from Home Depot because they use Dupar Inc as their delivery company.The delivery date & time promised is NEVER the actual date you receive your appliances! They consistently change the delivery date and rarely if everinstall/connect the appliances correctly & without damage.On this occasion,my dryer exhaust that is in the wall was hit numerous times with a screw driver & bent so badly that Dupar could not correctly attach the vent hose.I watched thus occur in person.When I used the dryer the hot air/heat was going into my laundry room. I called Home Depot they sent out GE, the wrong person. Had to call HD again, they had the manager, Aaron call me from Dupar & I sent Aaron pics of the issue.He said it could NOT be properly installed now & he could only tape it!!!! This will not pass home inspection.BTW, Aaron was 30 minutes late for our sceduled appt. I texted Aaron, he immediately stated that Friday was not our appt day. I sent him a screen shot of our texts to confirm Friday was the date. He then admitted he was wrong.I called a professional to complete the job that Dupar couldnt perform due to laziness or incompetence or both!Absolutely no excuse for this tumultuous experience!!!Please please, when you purchase appliances, ask who the delivery company is before you have to put up with this experience. Dupar is sloppy, inconsiderate, incompetent & could careless about good cutoner service!!!

The 1 star given is truly just because Im a Christian woman! I dont say this often (thankful) but this has to be 1 of the worst companies Ive ever dealt with! From the racist undertones to the belligerent site coordinator, I was truly taken a back! Prior to allowing them in your home, you will need to video record the event to have proof of liability for installation damage. I entered an inaccurate address. The delivery company had me cancel the order. Home Depot explained that someone once accepted an appliance that was not theirs so this company is careful. The person would not give it back. I am having to start over which is not fun but I’d rather start over then have it delivered to the wrong address.

The one star is me being generous with this review. Simply, Dupar installed my new LG washer and caused a leak to my downstairs neighbor. After many phone calls and emails and explaining over and over again that it was a faulty install from their installers. Weeks later after i submitted my claim I had to call again to find out my claim was denied. The told me that the installers didnt connect the hoses!!!!! when they did!!! And this is why I am writing this review. Do not use DUPAR INC. They will screw you over and act like its not their fault if anything happens. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Truly the worse company I have ever delt with... Home Depot has lost my business forever because of this company. They have wasted 4 days of my life. DAY 1: Delivery man insisted on doing installation even though another company was being paid to do it. This resulted in a damaged installation. After 6 weeks of waiting for my first dishwasher, I had to wait another 4 weeks. DAY 2: Automated message said delivery would be from 9am - 1pm. I missed my best friends birthday party waiting around until 4:30pm. I finally got a call at 4:30 and the delivery man said theyd be there in 1-2 hours. At that point I got angry and explained how I had missed the party and I wasnt going to wait any longer. The delivery man lied in his notes and said I was a no show because I was at a party. DAY 3: The delivery was scheduled another 3 weeks later due to scheduling. Delivery man was quick but did not take defective unit. DAY 4: Dupar scheduled this without communicating with me at all. The night before I got an automated message saying they would arrive between 9am-1pm. I left them an angry voicemail and got a call the next morning saying they would be here between 2-6pm or they would have to reschedule. I have complained multiple times to both DUPAR AND HOMEDEPOT... a manager has never responded to resolve my issue. 14 weeks and 4 lost valuable weekend day of my life have have been wasted. Due to this experience, I will never use HomeDepot again. I have had much better experiences with Lowes, who is cheaper and still offers a 5% discount for card holders.

I purchased an oven and range from Costco, and unfortunately this company was assigned to deliver and installed my oven, i have had numerous issues with my installation and dealing with this company. The installer refused to install the oven claiming he is a driver and has no knowledge of installation, he removed my old oven, breaking cabinet base and trims, left new oven with wires everywhere, and left, when calling the office, I received the worse unprofessional answets and excuses from incompetence staff, three days later no resolution, and had to call and pay for local installer to finish the job, and repair the damages,Looking at other reviews I am not surprised, I think GE, Costco are hurting their business dealing with this company,

This place is horrible! My oven was delivered days late, installed incorrectly and was tagged by the gas company. As a result I was unable to cook for Thanksgiving and my sons birthday because I did not have a working oven. They were rude when I called about it and the managers lacked consideration or concern in solving the problem that they created. Home Depot should work on getting a new delivery company contract or this company should working on getting a new customer service/management department. Inefficient and disappointing.

Terrible Service, rude people! Waited two week for the delivery, supposed to call the day before, but didnt. They called at 7:00am, said we will be there in 20 minutes. Called back 5 times over the next 30 minutes, driver refused to answer my calls. They let a note and phone number on the door when called, they said wait another week. Had to deal with this company through our home warranty and was extremely disappointed & frustrated through the process. Was originally scheduled for delivery on Monday (but they couldnt find our stove which rode around on their truck for a day), called Tuesday to deliver Wednesday. Was assured that it would be after 4:00 - after work - after all my husband was off Monday to take delivery - only to get a call from technician at 1:00 to say they would be at my house by 3:00 to install. Everyone I dealt with was unprofessional, incompetent and poorly trained.

I recieved your denial letter which is not short of insulting, question how does one spill paint on the bottom of a shoe they are standing in? Simply your staff is being untruthful! To top that off not only did they damaged the dryer by denting it up, they also incorrectly wired the dryer which caused an electrical fire. Had this happen when my family and I were sleeping the obvious results could have been catastrophic. I have forwarded the information to Home Depot corporate along with the pictures of the varnish damage, the two large dents in the dryer, and the burned plug and wall where the dryer was plugged in.Its unfortunate that inspite of all the mixups caused by your staff the only response I recieve is an absurd accusation that I caused the damage and would be so deceitful as to falsey accuse your staff.This has been an horrible experience! I truly wish that you would have complied with my request for the same delivery personnel that delivered three of the six appliances we purchased on the 5th without incident to return to deliver the second three. I took the time to call your company the day of the previous delivery to commend them and request that they deliver the remaining appliances.Men of integrity as I, do not lie on hard working people to get ahead. Im writing this review for my mom. Bought a new fridge for Mom from Home Depot, always a pleasure doing business with Copperfield Home Depot. (Whom also gave her a loaner fridge. Thank You Home Depot!) So this Lady whom did not leave her name from Dupar called to schedule the delivery. My Mom just had a total knee replacement three days ago. Every time a solution was plotted and remind you having no empathy what so ever to Others schedules she could only say, thats not going to work; thats not possible; we dont do that in such a rude way that this Lady with Dupar made my Mom cry and after figuring the date to be delivered just hung up on my Mom. Now, Im involved Lady from Dupar so Ill be heading to Home Depot this morning to make sure you and Your Company loose this business. And just a thought Dupar, I am a Business Owner that does a lot more than personal business with Home Depot so you will be very lucky if Your Company holds Home Depot as one of your contracts. Horrible Customer ServiceOrdered a fridge from Home Depot - first delivery was damaged, replacement was delivered to someone else, 2nd replacement was lost in the warehouse for a week. All the while I received horrible customer service from the ladies in the office. I never received calls when expected and you could tell they just didnt care. They were actually rude. We ordered a full kitchens worth of appliances from JC Penny and DuPar was the delivery company. We had to wait a month to get the appliances delivered. It was postponed and we never heard from them, we had to call back to find out when they would be able to deliver again and wait an additional 9 days. My husband said the process was rushed and they could not install the dishwasher due to a plumbing issue, which I can understand. We needed to have a different life be set up for the type of dishwasher we bought. They installed the refrigerator and didnt verify the settings or bother to see if it was working appropriately. Two days later it is still not working. We called JC Penney and they contacted DuPar to come back and make sure it was installed appropriately. Now we have to wait 4 more days for someone to come out. I called DuPar myself to see if we could get someone out sooner and spoke to a lady by the name of Lori. Please note that DuPar is less than 2 miles from my home. Lori could care less about our problem and told me we just needed to wait. I asked for a supervisor or manager and was told no one was in duty. This is the worst service I have ever encountered

This company has poor customer service making Home Depot look bad. My apartment number was wrong on the order when I called the driver back to advise him he didnt answer I went downstairs to see if the driver was still there and he had already left. I called the main number to Dupar and they could not get a hold of the driver. I still called and text the the driver to see if he could come back and did not get a response. Now I have to wait 5 more days and take time off from work so I can have my appliances delivered. I have been without a washer and dryer for a week and now have to wait 5 more days. This company doesnt even deserve 1 star for their bullshit lame customer service!!! As a consumer no one gives a dam as long as theyre making their money. Customer service is not a high priority for this company.

Ordered a refrigerator from the Home Depot and received calls the night before and 30 min before delivery. Anxiously awaited the delivery, but it never came. Called the Home Depot, and the Dupar driver falsely claimed he had attempted delivery and we were not home . . . wanted to reschedule for 5 days later, but we werent having it. After raising hell with Home Depot (GE schedules appointments for them) and the Dupar regional manager, they finally agreed to bring it back out the following morning. I will hesitate to buy appliances again from Home Depot or any other company that uses Dupar.

Its ironic you would say, we did not get a call the night before as indicated we would get, nor did we get the 30 minute call prior as indicated. The technician claims he call both our contact numbers, yet neglected to call the main number first and leave a message at both numbers. He also refused to come back during the 2-6 hr window period as originally stated.

First time delivery of washer and dryer resulted in damage to my property and the washer. Still trying to process the claim three weeks later. Dryer was defective and still awaiting a new one to be delivered. Have placed many calls to this company, never had one returned. Will not be buying appliances from Home Depot again and will not under any circumstances use this company for delivery.

The worst service ever recieved from any Delivery company. Purchased a stove from Home depot and was suppose to be installed on 9/03/15, no one ever followed up. we Called three times to the center, spoke to a dispatcher who promised that someone will call us back never did, Called fourth time to find out the center was closed. Never got installed until 9/09/15.

Cannot give negative numbers, but this is a piss poor distribution center, i am not sure why Home Depot is using them....Home Depot will lose business for using substandard delivery centers!!!!
