Wanted to say I love this customer! sweet staff, unloaded me quickly before appointment, bathroom, decent parking on the street and reasonable unloading fees

In and out in about 2 hours. if you are delivering they will charge a lumper fee. so if the broker hasnt paid the lumper fee upfront for your load, be prepared to pay the lumper fee. they only accept efs/tcheck/comdata checks

Park on the street when closed. Restrooms need attention also drivers need to clean up after themselves. Enough room to back into doors office staff seems nice and courteous.

Was here 1 hour early, only had 1/2 of a load,25,000 thousand pounds, and still took them 3 more hours to unload me (Really)

Pretty quick and helpful service to many different types of stores. The staff are mostly understandable, and quick to give a hand with loading product. During the winter storm in 2021 though the restrooms were not open to the public because of covid which is understandable, but the wait for product was a few hours, and most all businesses were closed in the area due to water issues and power troubles. Maybe in the future if the restrooms aren’t open to paying guests maybe there could be a portable restroom available.

It use to be rough now that they hired friendly people its better. I go 3 times a week in and out without a fuss. Its more about the drivers not being considerate of other drivers. Thats what makes it hard to get in a door.

Nice people but express code or money orders only. Thats ridiculous smh

Most efficiently run McLane Ive ever been to. Been here a couple times now. Truck entrance on Winding Bayou Trce in bend. Be prepared for lumper fee but its reasonable compared to other place Ive been (NO CASH). I show up about 1hr before appointment and out near or before. Lots of trucks parking on street. Some spots are marked no parking others arent.

I was kinda skeptical when I read the reviews about this place. Come to find out this is easy money, in and out without any major delays. I don’t do friendly nor do I care about attitudes. And no they didn’t smile and or baked me a cake but I got my stuff unloaded.

By appointment only. Warehouse is open from midnight to noon. Reefer appt from12 to 5.30 am and dry van 6 to 11.30. No overnight parking, lots of parking on yhe street. Industrial zone. Once unloaded wait in your truck for receiving to call you. Even with the green light ON at the dock.

Fast unload. Every time I go in there. Cant even take a nape. By the time you do they are done

1200 am appointment time. In a door at 1230 am out at 130 am ladies inside are sweethearts.

This place is the best McLane l ever been to they will give you a door as soon as two hours be4 your appointment and you will be done with you on or be4 2hrs this is awesome and a parking area along the street

Roomy facility . Limited parking on street they have no truck parking signs half way down the street get past those and I didnt have an issue. They open at midnight I was put in a door immediately at midnight even though I had a 1 am apt time. Unload started within 6 minutes of docking. Nice people :)

U gotta check ur trlr once u get unloaded because they will leave trash in it. Unless u know where 2 dump it w/o getting a fine. Like cardboard.

Really good place for deliver I check in an hour before my appointment out in less than 2 hours full trailer plenty of space to back into the dock and also you can park on the street if you get here before your appointment also all kinds of food restaurants within a walking distance this is the best Mclane DC I have been to. Delivery times are from midnight to midday only

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHECK IN BEFORE MIDNIGHT. You will be turned away. The staff is super nice and friendly but they CANNOT check you in before midnight. Usually pretty fast when unloading. Street parking outside the gate.

Not good people they allow damaged products to be shipped to your store and they are always late and always with a different excuse. when they are the ones in the wrong your just bringing it to their attention so they lie to you.They have very poor quaility of service I have pictures of how they just throw the product around I told them that we pay them for a quality product and for them to do a good job when they bring it into our store. Which they never do a good job anymore. anyone that wants to see the quality of work they do contact me I will gladly show pictures. That I wish I could post here.

Place is really slow and lazy.Lady at the front desk is very rude and pathetic.Appointment was at 6 am got here at4.45am got a door but still waiting to get unloaded.Be prepared to wait andwaste your time here.Also make sure you have food and enough refer fuelas well because you will need it.

Had a 2 am appointment. Backed in the door at 1:55 am. Was called and told paperwork was ready at 2:26 am. Had a full load also. Very nice place. Well lit and plenty of room. Fastest I have ever been unloaded since everything I haul is food and has to be counted. Awesome place other than I didn’t get my nap in. Lol!

My Apintement is at 6:00am check is 5:00 am it’s 9:00 am they haven’t started to unloaded

First of all, I m giving this star for really bad customer service experience with the woman from receiving,Julie,who was really rude,having attitude and unprofessional. The other lady,Audrey was really sweet and she was nice to me when I checked in. Overnight parking will be outside of the facility in case if you come earlier. Receiving will start from 12 pm.

Apointment was at 5 am got here at 4am and empty at 5, 1 hours for fully loaded trailer. Great job. 👍

Long waiting

Delivery appointment at 4:30 am. Out at 8 am. You can park overnight here right on a street. Shipping and receiving hours 12:00 am to 12:00 pm. Will not pay detention up to 4 hours.

Delivered here today. Julie was probably the most rude, condescending, and disrespectful person I have dealt with as a truck driver. When I arrived, she looked and talked to me like I was garbage. When given a door, she talked to me like I was a slow toddler. Upon leaving, I asked very politely where I should exit as there was a cone in front of the gate by refrigeration. (Wasnt sure if it was meant to block gate or act as median due to placement). You would have thought Id asked the same question 50 times. Appalling attitude, nasty to other drivers as well. Accused a driver that had just walked in, of being late and berated him. When she took his paper work, all she said was Oh, forget it. Its not the one I thought. This lady needs a job where she does NOT interact with people. Unbelievably rude.

The girl at the office is very friendly and professional, they unload you very fast.. just show up an hour or two before your appointment and you should be good

Perfect experience.Partial drop.Was running a bit late. About 30-40 minutes out of appointment time.Got a door right away upon arrival.15 minutes later receiving called me back to get a signed bills.Most likely its just good luck, but... it is, what it is...

Truckers!!! Nice place to deliver. Fast in and out. 2 hrs. You can check in 2 hrs before appt. Parking allowed on street. Walmart and Home Depot are in walking distance

Receiving team is efficient

Very efficient when it comes to getting you in and out. If you come when they first start receiving, they dont take very long.And although they dont have parking on the premises, you can park on the street outside of the place w/o worrying about getting a ticket.

Had a 7am appointment arrives at 2:20am they were able to find me a spot before my appointment and had me out the door almost 2 hours before my appointment time 👍👍👍👍

Get deliveries to a fast food restaurant. Food is periodically damaged in boxes. Deliveries are frequently late. The last delivery we had was a day and a half late, came in what looked like a rental Penske truck, with only one man unloading the entire truck. He was so slow and lathargic and on his phone, that it took him 4 hours to unload what should have been 45 min. 4 cases of product were completely destroyed but he did not care.We are not the only customers affected.We have already contacted McLane to get reimbursed which they usually do and will update soon.

They were too quick and efficient to get my trailer unloaded. Plenty of room to be able to move on my truck

There very considerable when it comes to truck space. I was out of time when I made it there no problem atleast 50 spots to park inside.....

They are very slow getting to you after you have backed into the dock. So dont count on being unloaded at your appointment time. Some of the clerks in receiving are rude some arent. But they have plenty of room to get backed into a dock.

Every time i come here. I wait over 4 and half hours to be unloaded. I come here multiple times a week. Most times are more than 5 hours long. The woman in receiving likes to sit there and flirt with the workers when they should be unloading our trucks. Ill be in a door 2 hours before they start to unload me. And once i get green light it takes them 2 to 3 hours to count the stuff.i never leave reviews. I know how they are so i park on street night before so i dont have to start my clock. If i started my clovk, i would be screwed. I get screwed out of my next load cause they take so long.

Was able to park on the street overnight for my 7am appt checked in at 6:40am was empty @ 8:30am with a small lumper fee 50$ no cash accepted must be comcheck or efs Etc.. also lots of room to back up

This place gets crazy busy. But the unloaders here are ballers. Got me unloaded in a hour.

Working 24 hr i think, not 5 am. My appt was at 5 am and they took it. Also there are parkings on the street.

Worst food company i have ever used. Maines, MBM, Sysco, all better. Customer service is awful. Transperation is awful. They are constantly late with deliveries. If any company is looking for a food service provider, look elsewhere.

U can park overnight on street outside of receiver

Overnight parking out in the street. Checked in an hour early and I was out two hours later. I only had a partial load that was a straight pull off. That might have something to do with it.

Worse place to come,since 5am here and 2 hours 41 minutes and counting,only dock door opend 0 pallets of my freaking trailer. Never come bk here.thats for sure

Saturday morning delivery straight to it in and out. If you deliver on Saturday everyone no matter what time your appointment is at 1am they get everyone that morning. Street parking is okay.

Doesnt matter what city or state your in, they take their sweet a ss time unloading you and even longer to give you your paperwork, I will never understand the purpose of an appointment if they dont honor it, might as well make it first come first serve, it probably be faster...thanks for making me late to my other drops McLane
