Appointment at 9 am got door right away done unloading 9:50 tight to get around

Sunday delivery so there wasnt a lot of traffic in here. I was pretty much in and out, thanks to a pallatized load, they are usually floor loads. People here are super sweet which makes makes the only negative about this place, the tight backing quarters, bearable.

I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment time. I checked in and the lady told me she would call me when she had a door available. I got a call for a door 30 minutes later. Only took them an hour and a half to unload me, which is not too bad. The lady was nice. Some of the doors can be tight for backing, but they really arent as bad as some people make them out to be. Ive seen way worse.

If you get one of the last few doors (20-22), you’ll have to blindside because of the box trucks parked at the end of the property. Expensive lumpers, but the people are nice enough.

People were very polite little tight back in in but overall I was unloaded quickly

Lady was rude got there over an hour before my appointment yet had to wait till after my appointment to get a door. Some what tight but managed good very fast to unload and get papers. They dont waste time once you are backed in the door the ramp is already going in the trailer. 3 stars because of the rude employee. Everyone else was awesome

I arrived at 7 am for a 7 am appt. When I turned into the parking lot, I saw a gaurd towards the end flashing a flash light so I drove down to him. He had me park next to him at the gate and walk my bills to the office. They were expecting me and gave me door 22 right away and ubloaded me very quickly. They ask for phone number and will text you a link for the lumper. In and out in 30 mins! If there is no gaurd, I would just park against the gate before you get to dock 1, dont drive all the way down, it will be very difficult to turn around if trucks are in the docks and you will be forced to blindside. You also need to leave once you are unloaded or they will come out and ask if you are holding up a dock.

I must say, my experience wasnt the best at all. Not parking near by, you can park on the street but then youre blocking a wearhouse docking bays. I called and was told I can come 15 minutes before I appointment time and thats what I did. Tell me why I was told... I said you can arrive not your truck, so I need you to back on out my gate and find a place to park and bring me the paperwork.When I brought the paperwork back in after having to double park my door was ready on a sticky not with the lumper fee. I was told what to do with a attitude the entire time, from being told to sign here, whats your company name, bring me my check. People on talk to drivers this way because they know we want to get unloaded and not be held up on purpose or turned away.Ms. Rhonda (front desk clerk), thank you for a bad experience. Heres a little advice.... It doesnt hurt you to say youre welcome, when someone says thank you. Hope next time your having a better day.

Had an 8am appointment I got here at 7:30am, got a dock at 11am its 2:30 pm They just started unloading.... $260 lumper fee paid upfront 😡turn right next block past the entrance if you get here early. You can probably park on that street overnight

Security lady is nice to deal with if you are polite fast off load door 21 no problems in and out 45 minutes lumper fee a little high.

People/Employees are very nice fast to unload,..

Had a pretty good experience there, my first time delivering to them. The lady was professional and polite, got me a door as soon as I arrived, backed in and paid the lumper over the phone, paperwork brought to me in my truck and was out of there in a matter of 38 minutes!!!!

I was helping one of my best friends knock out some preventative maintenance on 4 of their box trucks. My opinion is strictly on what I saw and what I saw was a well run oiled machine. Everything is clean and has a place. General operation at docks was a flowing one. Very impressive

Not a bad place. Arrived one hour early and was put in a dock. Its a little tight to back in but over all they were quick to unload.

Currently getting unloaded and the staff was very polite. The docking was kind of easy since I as docked in the back of he lot where there is more room to move in order to back into a docking bay. The guard had a surgical mask on and the Secretary was wearing gloves and you have to stand away from her when checking in. This Virus has this city in a complete state of panic its unreal, Ive never seen people so scared out of their minds like I have here at this place. My Lumper fee was $250, Once you check in the Secretary will give you a door number and a price for your unloading fee which you can give them while you are being unloaded. Up front towards the gate..... The doors are extremely tight to back into especially with a long nose truck like my KW so be careful if you get a low numbered dock number.

Arrived at 0910 for a 1000 appointment. Got a door immediately and started unloading right away. Had a full load delivered and was out the gate right at 1000. Nice people. Can be tight in there and theres no overnight parking but Id be glad to deliver here any time.

Rude security guard, rude R&S girl, and no places to park at except on the side of the street. Not trucks allowed before 7am

I had 10:45 appt... checked in at 10, finished by 10:45.. (only 6 pallets tho) The lady at receiving is NICE!! Just park outside gate and walk up... or shell make you go back out & do it right!!!

Ok initially, this place is rough around the edges. Do not come early cause theres nowhere to park and theyll send you on a wild goose chase to come back. The guard is nice but check in lady was abrupt and comes off as rude but shes just stern with the whole CoVid thing. Wear your mask properly and dont walk in to check in, stand in front of the door and shell see you and come out. Secondly, the docking isnt terrible if you set up right. Door 21 and 22 is a blind side. Door 20, just shorten your tandems and you should be fine. They unloaded soon as i docked and gave me lumper fee up front. Hope this helps. Oh and there is no restroom for drivers.

Worst place to come ever nowhere to park rude staff won’t never come back here

I had no issues. Lady was nice and professional. They have no over night parking. This place really tests your backing skills! 19,20,21 is a tight squeeze. Blind side backing for these doors.

If its raining and cold you have to wait outside with no cover. Staff not very courteous. You have to watch what you say their. If the old black woman takes offense to what you say she will make up lies about you.

Nice ppl, appt 8am out by 9..$200 lumper fee n bring your own check. Backing aint that bad like they say..no overnight!!

Pretty fast unloading, lumper fee..Otherwise it’s a tight place for parking, especially doors 20,21, 22, you may need to park from blind side.No parking available, no overbite parking, so come close to your appointment time or you gonna be stuck

I would give zero stars if I could. Front desk clerk should find a new job if she is that unhappy to be around drivers. Backing is extremely tight.

Anyone who give this place a good review is obviously someone who work there.I will never go back there again.Need the fire marshall to see this place.

If I could give zero stars, I would. No restroom for drivers, very tiny yard, unfriendly staff, long time for unloading, 250 usd fee for 1 hour delay at the appointment delivery, even it was announced by phone. Ill never come back again.

Not a bad receiver. Make sure you take the right turn just past the GoodWill donation center. Youll park on left where the guard tells you to park. Nice people in the office. Lumper fee can be high but not at NYC or Boston levels. No on site parking - its downtown Houston.

All in all. It was okay. His deal don’t come early no where for you to park also driver when see sign that say prefco stop park pull to side and walk to office if you pull all the way in she will make you back up I’m not sure what these other crazy drivers talking about you want have blind side I mean look at on google earth one way in and one way out Got

Yeah, some of the doors can be a bit difficult, but everyone here was easy to deal with. Read up on other reviews about the parking, etc. You really dont want to be too early.

Nice people,and come.in at your appt. Time!!!u drivers got that.,for u ones always in a hurry and come in early..then complain,, cause u gotta wait and no parking,..tight dock and no parking,got unloaded and out in a very timely manner

Good friendly people for the most. No overnight parking, limited parking so show up close to your appt. time. Some pretty tight backing for dock doors so be prepared to possibly blind side. Also call and check you may be able to get in early.

The worst worst worst warehouse ever in the history of mankind. This place will disappoint you This place will rip off all your hopes up I mean Guys please don’t even bother to come 2 minutes early.... avoid at any cost........👍

The guard wouldnt let me check in until after 7am. my appt was 7am.

This place is just past the Goodwill building. If you go to the location where this map says its located, youll have to circle around a labyrinth of retarded frontage roads, just to get back to the correct location. TURN RIGHT JUST PAST GOODWILL. LOOK FOR ADDRESS ON LITTLE SIGN ON THE RIGHT. After you make the right turn, destination is at the end of the small commercial complex.

The lot could be expanded to better suit larger full sized Semi Trucks especially around doors 1 - 12.

Get ready to blind side back, if you get door 21 or 22. Door 20 u might be ok. If all the cars are not parked next to the portable building. They get you unloaded pretty quick. No overnight parking. And DONT BE LATE!!!! THEY WILL CHARGE U LATE FEES.

Dont know why they require an appointment because they unload you whenever they feel like it. Been here twice for 1pm appointments and I still get unloaded 4 or 5 hours later after trucks that were here after me. Terrible!!!

Not to bad Ive been to many worse places to load and unload.pretty quick taking care of you. Lady at desk is all business no smiles from her.
