Computers are great when they work. They save you time.However, when computers having problems - and from time to time all computers have problems - they steal your time when you try to fix them yourself. Save the time and go to people whose profession it is to fix computers. Primary Computer did just that for us for about 30 years.They are just great, reliable, available and reasonable. We had 1 computer in 2006 when Dale started helping with our computers. Since then Primary Computer Service delivered 8 desktop computers and 4 laptops, and they have been exceptionally reliable. In addition, he has installed 14 surveillance cameras and a burglar alarm system, keeping our business safe. Whenever we have a computer issue, he is very responsive to solve it quickly. I have used Dale at Primary Computer Services for more than 17 years, and I have never been disappointed.When the computer suffers something I dont understand, Dale can fix it over the phone. Once I had a virus give me a black screen -- not blue, but black, which means there was nothing there -- and Dale was able not only to fix the problem but was able to recover all of my data.He is the person I trust when getting a new computer, new software and malware. And I have never had a problem with his fixes. He has even assisted with my cell phone.Dale is honest and doesnt try to blow smoke up my skirt.
