Excellent costumer service. I brought in my computer to have a new graphics card installed for the purpose of playing a computer game. The new card they installed wasnt up to par, so they offered to replace it with a better one, no extra charge. Then, they told me if the computer still wasnt up to par, theyd install some extra RAM. Great, friendly, timely.

I brought my laptop to Texas IT Nerds for a solid state hard drive upgrade and ram upgrade. I also had a broken speaker on the right side, James completed the repair and the upgrade within 24 hours. Im cautious of who i trust my personal data with,but these guys really impress great job keep up the outstanding work.

They dont even work there anymore. The suite number doesnt belong to them and I drove all the way there expecting to have my PC fixed. Thanks for not updating your location.

Dont trust them or will ever book them again.Irresponsible,unreliable.Came to work on security cameras,the very next day only 8 of 20 cameras worked☹.Tried contacting them for 3 months and guy just dissapeared,they dont care about their costumers

If he ever offers you to make a website for you dont trust him he will keep asking you for money and dissapear on you and has the nerve to say payment was not fully completed,of course not he didnt finish off the job to get paid completely.Unreliable i would not recommend he will take your money and leave

Thier customer service was amazing I felt like I knew this guy for many years, as he worked on my laptop he made sure I understood what he was doing I really like that because I knew what I was paying for and why. As we talked he recommended a great security for my home to help me feel more protected seeing how I travel a lot and Im not home,I told him I didnt like whnei was out of town and didnt know what was going on at home he offered to install cámaras and showed me how they looked on his phone as he already had them at his place of business and home. Now when Im on the road thanks to Texas IT nerds I can check on my home and feel safe

I wrote good review months ago when this company cared about its costumers,dont book them they will take your money and not finish the work and dissapear yet they expect you to finish paying off the unfinished work.He then tries to use his knowledge on stuff he has worked on for you and tries to use your own information against you.Be careful,when you do book him,you have been warned.I will put restraining order on him if he keeps harrasing me
