I brought it in he said he had to take it apart to check and it would be ready in 1 hour or Monday, He said take a card and call me in 1 hour. I did and he said its ready. Customer service is very low here. I cracked the screen on my wifes iPhone 5C and went here to get it fixed. While I left my phone number, they never called back to say it was fixed and I had to call them. Then, while there was no problem with the screen brightness before, after the repair it was very dim and hard to see. As we needed the phone, we took it, but it was unusable for photos and hard for texts and emails. We then took it back a week later to get it fixed properly. I went there at 11 on Saturday, but they were not open (even though the time on the door said they open at 11). I waited for 20 minutes, but no-one turned up and I had to do other things. I returned later to drop it off to get fixed. Once again, they did not call back and I had to call back late the next day to find out the status. I then had to re-explain the problem as the previous workers did not pass on the issues to the people at the store on Sunday, and they had not worked on it. They then asked me to call back later. I then suggested that they practice some customer service and call me back when they have an update, as I had given my number several times. It has been very frustrating to have to explain the issue every time, and chase them for updates. I would avoid this store at all costs in the future.Update: my wife went in to pick up the phone on Monday, and found that the phone was now completely non-functional. Additionally, they had printed out this post and were very rude to her in front of our two young children (7 & 3). I have reviewed my original post and found it to be factual. Instead of practicing good customer service and addressing the issues raised, it appears this location chose the route of intimidation. If they had chosen to be helpful and understanding, I would have revised the original post. Instead, I am adding this update.While I am sure they fix many peoples phones with no issues, it is when things go wrong that the quality of a business and its people is shown. Unfortunately, it appears that this location has been found lacking during this encounter.We have now had to buy a new phone from Apple - from the original situation of a cracked screen.

Low quality replacement: I got my iPhone 6 repaired here and I will not be going back. I usually dont care for leaving reviews but this time I feel like I need to. I had taken my iPhone in because I had a broken screen. For starters they told me they couldnt help me because the guy that does it was out doing a mobile job for a famous athlete. The owner told me to come back the next day and gave me special pricing. Seemed like a fair price so I waited till the next day and I dropped the phone off with them. It was my first time having a screen replaced so I just looked at the glass and noticed it wasnt broken so I was happy. My satisfaction didnt last long, but I was screwed because I had lost the receipt. Its been a couple months and theres screen burn-in and theres also a gap on the side where the backlight leaks out. Im also missing a screw by the charging port and just today I went somewhere else to find a replacement to be told the replacement screen is damaged, and a screw will not stay there. I feel ripped off and will be looking for someone I can trust with my screens.

They replaced PS4 HDMI for 102$(including tax) other places were charging 125 and 150. They also did it really fast. Went there on a Saturday and got it back on Monday at 12. Highly recommend this place.

EDIT*Apparently this location isnt owned by the same man and woman. Thank god for that. After checking out the reviews left since mine, Its safe for me to assume that this store has none of the same issues as the previous owners. I personally dont require these types of services at the moment, but definitely would give them a consideration now that the deeds have swapped hands.

Had my iPhone 5s repaired with them in January of 2016. Few months later had some trouble with the screen. Took it back and was told warranty was only for 6 months. However they gave me a great price on getting a new screen on. Would recommend.

If they says they have new management that doesnt change the fact that they provide poor quality screens for almost the same price as Apple would have. Although the people seem very nice, I would not recommend this repair store. I had a crack in my screen and got my screen replaced here. My screen started to not work in certain places the same day but I couldnt go back and get it fixed right away because they closed and I had to head back to College. In that week of being EXTRA careful with my phone I somehow got a stress crack. I took it back exactly a week later to see what they could do. They told me that they couldnt get me a new screen for no cost because there was damage to the screen. This screen is almost like a liquid screen and it is very fragile compared to what apple provides. I suggest you just go to your provider or apple if you have an Iphone.

This is the only place I bring my phone to repair it!! They truly never fail me with their amazing service!

I found out P.R.S. is under new management and is 1,000% more friendly, honest, affordable, and soo far better than it ever was with the previous owner! Dont be afraid to ask the new owners about the negative reviews, they will explain what happened and they will go above and beyond whats expected!

This place now has a new owner and there services are fantastic.I don’t like to put case on my phone or iPad as it makes it bulky and rather keep those money spend on covers and protectors for replacement if needed.The prices for fixing new iPhone X and iPad are very reasonable compared to apple or to any other stores you would in mall, moreover the quality of product and excellent customer service makes this place stand above all.I would definitely recommend this place and will be back for business.

Edit - this used to be a 2 star review but since the owner took it upon himself to text me a harassing message to my home phone #, which has not been given permission to contact me on at all, demanding that I just admit I damaged my phone (I will not because I did not) I have removed a star.Charged me $113 to peal off the old glass and do a sloppy job of putting on new. The glue is visible sticking out all around the edges. He should have replaced the whole screen, lcd,and casing for that. He also took longer than estimated. Quoted for the next morning, then changed it to the day after that. I showed up after the stated time and waited for an hour before he told me it would be another 15 minutes. At which point I had to leave to pick up my child from the bus and come back. Now its not functioning properly after 24 hours, and no, I didnt drop, bump, sit on, or otherwise damage my phone. I bring it back in to have him see if maybe theres a loose connection. He will not listen to a thing I say, and instead of admitting that he did a sloppy job and it might have something have come loose he insists repeatedly that it must have been hit or dropped. Offers that he can replace the lcd for cost of parts only. Thats sort of nice. Then tells me parts will be $70! I walked out. Looked up the part from Samsung -$50. From other sources I can get it for less than $10.
