I found this gem of a place when I was told by another business that the replacement for my daughters touch screen cost more than the actual laptop. I called on Friday, was told to bring in the computer on a Monday with a price given and recieved it by that Thursday all fixed for a very reasonable price. I cant remember the last time I was this pleased with a business. Oh and Darin was excellent.

Great place to have all types of Computer repairs and work done, Excellent, Especially Tony Coronado and his brother Christopher.. they are both wise and knowledgeable., they have one guy there they call him Tiny but, HE is more like Yoda!! He says he watched the rise and fall of Atari Computer Corp and Compaq Computers.. says the golden age of computers is finally over..

Darin is very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, with quick response to my questions and repair my laptop efficiently, he is a nice guy and also repair and build some music instruments, highly recommended.

I was really confused when my HP laptop hinge gave way. On to best buy, and i was told i’ll need to practically get a new one. Then came the trip to Houston computer repair, and they literally transformed the laptop into a new one. Honestly, they’re the best. I wish I could give more than five stars.

Darin saved my life! When my dad’s puppy decided to destroy my laptop charger, he worked some engineering magic to put it back together for me. He got me in same day and had it done within an hour. Highly recommend!

Worst customer service ever been to. I doubt the posts are real. The individual who open the door was very rude with an attitude and said, u dont have an appointment today and closed the door back.

After my computer crashed, I was able to bring it in immediately and had the computer repaired and backed up within a few hours. Good communication and setting expectations well. Highly recommended and will definitely go back with any computer problems in the future.

Very impressed with this service. They did a repair on my laptop hinge for 1/6 the price of what Micro Center was going to charge me! Darin was extremely helpful and personable, and he really knows what hes doing. He was also very accommodating to my schedule and stayed a little later than his usual business hours so I could pick up my laptop once I got off work, which was very kind. The hinge on my laptop is fixed (and he even took care of the one on the other side just in case!). I will definitely be going back to these guys if I end up with tech trouble in the future.

Never an issue, work is always good

This place is amazing. My mac books battery had swelled up to the point I thought my mac would never work again. Darrin was able to remove the battery and find a new one. My charging cord was fried, but Darrin went the extra mile and made sure that I had a working charging cable - Apple certified, of course.When my mac was ready I went to go pick it up and Darrin explained everything he had done to it. It looked brand new!And I learned about cycling new batteries!I LOVE this place.

A guy named Daren installed my cpu cooler and gave me a lot of info to optimize my pc. Great customer service and work done. Fair pricing as well. Will be going back to this place if I ever have issues with my pc. He even worked on a sunday to get my issue resolved.

I called the phone number listed on their website and spoke with Darin. I asked if he could look over my computer as I was having some issues with it. He suggested a specific time, since they are staying safe and asking customers to make appointments. I met him that afternoon and discussed the issues with him. He said he would look at the computer and get back to me. Later that afternoon he located the problem, fixed it and I had my computer the next morning. Oh and the price was more than fair. These guys know what they are doing...if you need your computer worked on, go see them.

I had a very good experience with Houston Computer Repair Experts! Brought my laptop in, which had some really bad software issues, and it was able to be repaired. Darin was very professional and knowledgeable of my machine. The price for the repair was fair as well. Now my machine is practically running like new. Great guys to do business with. Discussed my problem at length on the phone before I went in, so I didnt have to travel just to find out if they could help. They work on Lenovo laptops. Were very courteous and helpful, insisted on using genuine parts, no cheap knock-off equipment etc. Price was very fair and turn around was quick. From my personal experience, they are completely unprofessional. The manager calls the customers nicknames, and also burps... He does seem knowledgeable, it’s a shame he lacks social skills. The unprofessionalism of this establishment was the most annoying thing, it even escalated to a loud verbal discussion due to his nickname-calling provoking me. Nevertheless I supressed my comments until the work they had performed demonstrated to be useless, like if I had never been there. Save your cash and go to Geeck Squad(Like the manager of HCRE suggested). I went there twice, once for an overheating issue which still occurs, and another time for another computer having battery problems... the worst part is, the battery I had to wait to arrive from China ended up defective and provides 0% battery to my computer, I believe I have a warranty on it of 1 year(problably not) but I don’t see myself paying them anymore cash. So if my review matters to you, I suggest that you save your cash for Geeck Squad like my man Darin suggested.- Little GuyPS. I have proof to all of this, you can have it removed but I’ll just make it again with the proof because I PAID TO GET RESULTS BUT DIDN’T GET ANY, they could not fix my hardware issues on my computer neither replace my laptops battery. You can try to get my review removed( Do you remove all bad reviews to keep a fake reputation?)
