I was not able to connect to the internet from my hotel room. Erik identify the connection issue and he was able to connect to the net from his place of business. However, I still had the connection issue once I returned to my hotel room. As of today, things are fine from any other location. Erik is a personable professional. Very good customer service. Very professional. Spent nearly $200 just for battery replacement. Problem still persisted. Had to order a new adapter myself and that fixed the issue. Really upset about the money I paid on a misdiagnosis. Aside from that, this business offers exceptional customer service.
