They do a good job managing IT stuff for the small company I work for.

If I could rate a zero, I would. Kept getting an error message upon login through a sonic wall and need a resolution to the issue. Emailed for support and only response is one sentence back about what the error message means..... um yeah.... but we need solutions when we ask questions.... isnt that what we pay for? Over 96 hours later we get a snarky response with solutions. 96 hours of work time lost. Poor customer service. I hope the firm finds a new provider. Would not recommend this place.

This company was incredibly helpful! They were attentive to my needs and I highly recommend using this company for your IT problems!! Alex was the most genuine, helpful individual!!! BJ was great too. They were a life savor when we had technical difficulties within my company and they solved them promptly.

We were skeptical of changing companies because we had our last IT guy for so long. But when we got hit with ransomware and had to pay lots of fees, it was time to switch. We talked to a bunch of outsourcing groups and were most comfortable with CITOC.They not only fixed our ransomware situation, they got us on the right track to make sure it never happens again. In addition we love having their people do our technology roadmaps and budgeting. We’ve never experienced IT at this level and will never go back.

Small company - very messy and dirty. I didnt want to sit on the couch. The office rooms was crammed with old equipment and there was a raggedy old couch when I first walked in. They offered me a seat and I politely stood instead. The walls in the conference room had smudges.The overall impression was poor.
