Truly tragic a company that seemingly has an endless budget to recruit sales reps, whom might I add are always young and inexperienced. These guys didnt even do a simple check to see if were current customers before coming and trying to sell us the same services. The customer care helpline is almost always backed up and unavailable. Phone service is spotty at best! The broadband T1 connection failed a number of times, thanks to our IT guy and his persistence with the Cbeyond all center it was resolved quickly, but the cost we pay for the service a few times is one to many in our eyes.

Finally leaving this joke of a business!!! Please leave them, and dont ever join them. Overcharged $5000, and wouldnt return, customer service worst in the world, and service itself takes 2 weeks to be repaired.They wouldnt even honor their own contract! We were suppose to get 4 T1s and 7 phone lines at 700 a month, nope it was $2500, and they said oh we dont have a contract in our systems proving that... I had to send them their own copy, and they STILL didnt honor it

Im the owner of Zarinkelk Engineering Services, Inc. and theres very little I could say to help Cbeyond with there rating. The Analog phone and fax services are horrible we have 4 lines plus one fax 5 all together. Line one is our main line and it has gone out countless amounts of times. The T1 service has dropped connectivity numerous times at peek business hours. Truly a disappointment! Stay away from these guys if you value your own business.

We have had this company for our business lines, and were terribly unhappy with them. When you try to reach someone in customer service, it takes AT LEAST 30 minutes for someone to pick up, just so that they can tell you that they dont know anything or have any information to tell you. NOW, we are in the process of switching back to AT&T, and knowing this they are being difficult!!!! They have charged us for another month, and they are VERY aware that we are leaving, so they trying to keep the numbers as long as possible so that they can keep our money. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! FYI: They were bought out and will be changing names, but I wouldnt expect and better service!

I work with Northwest Petroleum via Cobait and CBeyond so far has been the worst technical support I have ever seen.The servers for NWP went out and we reached out to CBeyond SEVERAL times but never got a hold of someone or just got the generic an engineer will call you back.NWP has had CBeyond since their conception but we managed to convince them to switch away from these thieves.

Check out ( double-u double-u double-u DOT cbeyond.pissedconsumer.c o m ) before using this company. Talk about a looooong laundry list. I had a buddy that got involved and cant WAIT till his contract is up. Also I hear that their employees are the ones that come on here and put the positive posts to outweigh the bad. pathetic.
