Ms Beh is super sweet as well as always on time. We take wedding dresses to her and recommend all our bride visit her to get their dresses cleaned before and after the wedding, and they always come out great. Her prices prices are very fair.

Everyone working here is so sweet and helpful, and despite giving them hard materials to work with they still charged me the same price for alterations. Not only that but after trying on an altered pantsuit and finding that it still didnt quite fit right, they took it back for additional changes with no extra charge. I cant stress enough what a wonderful place this is.

They are very rude! They have rude comments to say about you like “you need to stop eating, you are to fat for this dress” when ever I went I was trying on a dress so they could make it shorter and they were criticizing how i looked in dress calling me fat . When i went to go pick up my dress they even told me I dont have time for you im bussy .. like they have poor costumer service and that lady is very rude the one with the white shirt in the pic ! Never again im coming back!

Been going here for 2 years and usually pretty decent service. I dropped off two suits for alteration and a dress for dry clean a week ago, when I asked the price the girl working said she doesnt know because its her sisters shop and she isnt here right now. I decided to just go ahead and leave my clothes thinking they would be honest and trustworthy. When I came to pick up my clothes today they said it was $93. When we asked why its 93 they said $40. For each suit which is way overpriced, and 4 for the dryclean. So we corrected them and said $84 not $93. But that is still way overpriced. The owner got an attitude and said I dont play around d and those are my prices. I have never been charged this much here before and have been for several alterations. This experience gave me the feeling that this business owner is dishonest and doesnt appreciate repeat clientele. After this situation I will not be coming here anymore. Marcellos at the galleria would have been cheaper and I could have had it done in two days instead of waiting a week. I dont have time for bad business. Hope it was worth losing two clients that spend about 800 a year on dry cleaning and alterations.
