Chris from Safe-Dry worked with meto get this spot off my new Rug to get the best value for their service. Couldnt ask for a better outcome. 5 stars!

I was quoted a price of 88 for 3 small kid bedrooms. I prepared all the rooms and was completely ready for them with everything off the floor. When the technician arrived he said we don’t qualify for this special pricing and said he would have to charge by sq footage. The price came out to 250. That is terrible business practices to mislead customers into paying a higher than average price. Don’t waste your time!

We loved Chris. My husband got a little testy with him over an issue with another Safedry employee and Chris was so calm. He didn’t get flustered at all. While my husband was voicing his displeasure Chris listened and when my husband finished he calmly stated I hear you, I am very sorry and here is what I can do for you right at this minute. He stayed at our home and cleaned the area rug until 10:30 or 11:00 pm.

Wish I could give these guys a 5 star but unfortunately I cannot. They were very friendly on the phone when scheduling their service. Unfortunately what they quoted on the phone and what the end price of the cleaning for one room ended up being over triple what I was quoted. I called to understand the jump in price and was promised to have someone reach out. After one week, no one reached out. I called back to still talk to someone about the outrageous jump in price and the same story. Still haven’t heard back as to why I was charged over $300 for a $88 quote. They get three stars because they didn’t get rid of the odor that we hired them to get rid of the first time around and they came back free of charge to makes sure it was gone. Their services was great, their miscommunication to me, their customer, about what it would truly cost and their lack of explanation is where I am very upset.

They were very friendly over the phone and puctual however i was quoted 88 dollars over the phone and ended up paying more they were trying to charge me 307 but we ended up agreeing to 115 for one room and was told that the stains were going to be removed however they werent removed and very dissapointed in the work that was performed i will not be using there services again and will not recommed them to anyone chris huston was the guy that performed the job.

Prince was AMAZING! I needed a last minute carpet clean in my apartment because my dog vomited in two places and the smell lingered. One of their trucks broke down but he made it a priority to still come out and clean it the same day. He was super nice and professional. My carpet looks and smells amazing now.
