Lopez carpet did an amazing job stretching and cleaning my carpet. I was able to schedule within the same week. The technician (Jose) was punctual and professional. I am really happy with their services!

I have used Lopez many times for carpet cleaning and housekeeping services. What made me decide to write this review, is that I most recently used their services to have carpet cleaned for the rental home we were moving out of after living there for 8 years. The carpet looked amazing. After 8 years with a 2 1/2 year old and a mom who wasted coffee in a couple of places, I was a little concerned. But Lopez worked their magic and as a result we are receiving our sizable deposit back. The owner was also amazed at the condition of the carpet and how great of a job they did on the shampoo. I’m very pleased and will definitely continue to hire Lopez for carpet, painting and housekeeping services for my new home, if and when needed.

I have never used this place for carpet cleaning, however my apartment complex does. They constantly park in other peoples reserved parking spaces instead of parking in the space designated for the apartment they are cleaning. Even worse, they keep using peoples personal hose pipes for their business use WITHOUT ASKING, despite multiple complaints to management. Its not even like my hose is sitting out in public, they just open my gate and waltz into my yard, remove my sprayer head and put it on the floor, and drag the hose into their van/apt they are cleaning. How is that acceptable? Of course when you ask the guy what he is doing, he has no clue what you are saying because evidently they dont speak a lick of englishLopez Carpets. STOP USING PEOPLES PROPERTY WITHOUT PERMISSION. Can I just roll up to your guys place and use a carpet cleaner for free without asking? Probably not right? Same thing goes for other peoples stuff.If you had of knocked on my door and asked me, I probably would have let you. I have been home every single time you have done it, and not once did you have the decency to just ask me. And not once did I get an apology form the person
