Once again, Momentum Mini comes through. I needed an annual state inspection with some routine maintenance on my 2011 clubman, so they fixed me up with no delays and professional expertise. I waited in the clean, stocked and well maintained waiting area. Great job!

First of all I want to say that Carlos was great!!!Excellent customer service. The issue with my sunroof is not resolved, obviously the test drive after completing the sunroof repair was not on a bumpy road because it still rattles when I am driving on a bumpy road surface. This is the third time the vehicle has been into service for this issue, and I am tired of bringing it in for the same issue and not being repaired properly. So, the one star is for the repair, Carlos gets a five star.

I had to have my car tow here due to it was the closest mini cooper facility, of course the service department was closed by the time the tow truck got to me so my car had to set there over the weekend for an flat ( blown out ) tire. Had to pay $ 75.00 to replace it through the warranty even though both Corp and the dealership that I brought the car from and tire from both said that they would have waved the fee do to best practices and to keep the customer happy over something small and in the future that customer could turn around and remember what you did for them and make a bigger purchases or repair with you down the road.... but that each facility has the right to charge for their time even for warranty work. So in the future I will NOT ever go back here cause even though they were some what polite on how I was treated in the beginning they werent willing to wave the fee at all, I feel this is just poor business practice and not how to treat a fellow mini cooper customer.

I drive 91 miles to service my car here. Service providers in my area are nonexistent. Those who try cause more issues.I trust no other service provider with my mini other than these mechanics. They tell you whats wrong everytime & I make the judgment to repair my 🚗car.MINI MAGIC is what they perform on my car.Sufiyan is my go to service provider. Excellence, professionalism, his communication and explanation of my cars issues based on the mechanics finding is perfectly simple for a laymans understanding.Thanks! Entire Service Team, you make me feel welcome form beginning to end.

I was devastated to learn that my service rep had retired to pursue her real estate dreams. However, Anjel and his team quickly reminded me of Minis excellence and that I was in capable hands! I am very happy to report that although my Minis repairs were out of my budget. Momentum had options that got me back motoring!!

I had a right turn signal side marker not working. I had an appointment and it still took me 3.5 hours to get it changed and it cost me $100+! Not happy about those two things!

Left front tire lugs werent tighten. Very bad.

This, my second Momentum MiniCooper, is receiving the same outstanding service I had for the first ten years with my first. Their MiniCooper Service Department has superlative service managers, knowledgeable and eager to help; and the service department has a superior manager and group of technicians. I wouldn’t dream of putting my precious car in the hands of any other company.
