I have bought a couple of cars from LBC Auto Sales through the years and I have been pleased with the whole process. I recently purchased a vehicle from LBC where it needed a tune up. He told me to come the next day and he changed the spark plugs. I bought the car used as is he didnt have to do that but he strives to make his customers happy and fully satisfied with their purchase. I bought my vehicle cash because I did not want to deal with a car note. My car drives really well. I paid to have it put on a machine. Diagnostics only picked up minor problems which the mechanic from LBC Auto resolved . I will definitely be purchasing again in the near future.

He stayed in contact (but not overbearingly)and responded to my inquiries in a timely fashion.While the car I went into look at was purchased before I was able to (no fault on their part), the manager I worked with - Mike - helped me find another vehicle quickly that fit what I was looking for. These guys have a great selection of used cars. If youre looking for a good deal on a European car this is the place to go! Found a 2008 BMW 325i for a good price. Test drove 3 cars, a 2008 Audi A4, a Volvo, but settled on the bimmer. Engine and suspension were in good working condition. The price was great, felt I got a great deal!

They lie to get you in. Asked fron 1 to 10 he said it was a 9. It was a 5 at best. Do not drive to see these xars

You knew that before I came you had the carfax.You knowing something and not disclose it when someone is comming from more than 20 miles DONT BE THAT LYING DEALERSHIP, O YOU ALREADY ARE THAT ONE.Drove a long way for nothing. Mike and Pedro know how to sell vehicles. Friendly, direct and get things done. They have cheaper priced vehicles for sure. My initial review was much more positive, however, weve learned some previously undisclosed information about the vehicles we bought, so I had to update my review.Update 9/30/2016: Mike and Pedro did it again. Stellar services and support. We bought 2 more trucks from LBC. 2007 Denali and 2002 Sequoia. Amazing conditions, amazing deal! For both vehicles, they let us take them to a dealership to have them checked out. On both there were some fixes that needed to happen. We sat down, made the list and agreed who would take care of which. (Its a used car, so dont expect perfection - go buy new if thats what your looking for, right?). We left the trucks with Mike and he took care of all the fixes. For things like brake jobs and other fundamental fixes (that a used car needs) we paid just parts and Mike threw in the labor at no cost. So, I ask you - where else does a used car dealer work with you like this? This dealer is unique.11.18.2017 Update. On both trucks we bought we found out some disturbing information. On the GMC, turns out the transmission has been replaced/rebuilt - and the transmision fluid lines were bent/pinched to make it fit. Nearly ruined the whole transmission. This was not disclosed and LBC probably didnt do a thorough enough job to know - but the brag about a master mechanic on staff, so why didnt they know? On the Toyota Sequoia, turns out the whole right side of the vehicle had extensive body work - front and rear panels and both doors!! This type of damage is REQUIRED to be reported. While LBC might have acquired the truck before the damage - they damn well knew there had been body work but didnt say one word to us. The body work SIGNIFICANTLY reduces the value of the truck - by several thousand and probably should have been a reclaim title. Now, due to disclosures LBC really should have made - they have a master mechanic on staff, so they cant say they didnt know - we are upside down on both trucks. Neither one is worth half the amount we paid and weve had to pay 1/2 what we paid for the vehicles in repairs. Buyer beware. Of course LBC will say vehicles are as-is - but if they were fully transparent - they would disclose obvious repair and body work done on the vehicles and let the buyer decided. See pics. Left side has original pen stripe on it. Right side - nothing. Right is all body work, yet the Car Fax was clean. A dealer is obligated to update the Car Fax if they know it to be inaccurate - even if they dont know when the damage occurred. They have the experience and knowledge to disclose - but they dont. Very disappointing. Buyer beware. I welcome Mike to contact me to buy back the vehicles at the same price he sold them to me with all the flaws I now know about that werent disclosed when I bought them.

We bought a Honda CRV from them 5 days ago, but the tires were bad and had a blowout and the tire had no key to change it. Should have been informed about this or quoted lower price. No bathroom on premasis. Many cars hard to see as jammed so closely together. Not very professional. But, despite that, we got a used Honda at about cost.

Scam artist period. My sister and I came to look at a lexus and caught the owner in several lies. What prime bank lenders ask you for all your personal information before test driving a car . We went right down the street to West side lexus and got approved for an 2015 certified pre ownes is250 with 1k down. Buyer beaware for fraud when dealing with this place. If you have no repos and over 600 credit score. You can get approval from most sub prime banks. I dont write reviews but I hate con man. My sister did come. She went to westside lexus on 1-10 18 min away and got her new car... Once again I dont write reviews. But you my friend are con artist point blank.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. I’m a college student who saved for my very first car purchase and I was screwed out of my money. Mike is extremely SHIESTY.Bought 2013 Chevrolet Malibu everything seemed perfect when I first purchased the car but boy was I wrong. The day I drive off the lot my backseat pockets fall off (small cosmetic issue, no biggie) BUT Engine light was on and I was told it was due to some kind of sensor (Cool Mike had his mechanic do something and it went off) not even a day later the light is back on so I take the car to Auto Zone for a reading & i’m given a list of problems which I take to Mike and he tells me if there’s a major problem with the engine or transmission I have warranty so I’m good.The radio in the car was also broken at time of purchase, Mike said he would cover the cost to fix all I had to do was take to Chevrolet dealership to get unlocked( he kept his word ) A few weeks later I get a call from the Chevrolet dealership stating there were a few things on the car I need to get taken care of ASAP. While at the Chevrolet dealership it was brought to my attention I had a TOTAL LOSS VEHICLE, was advised to get into another vehicle if possible because at most my vehicle was worth $500 (I put down 2,500😂). The same day my mom and a I go to mike with the Carfax and he says his dealership doesn’t use Carfax so the information is false...Mike if you’re reading this I just want you to know Karma doesn’t miss a beat,I’ve went through and read quite a few reviews where you’ve screwed people over... people like myself work hard for their money and it sucks that you’ve done this BUT I want to thank you because I now know what to look out for when purchasing my next vehicle.

Definitely will not recommend not getting any cars from here . Yeah some ppl have gotten good luck but I purchased a 2013 Malibu for 5,000 cash just for the car to completely cut off when making a complete stop .. that’s including at stop signs slowing down just any little stop ! He told me upon the next morning after purchasing it was a no refund policy and I didn’t have the vehicle over 24 hours which is totally illegal . Normal wear and tear for a car with 100k miles, Id definitely recommend just make sure you know what youre buying because everything is as is with a light warranty that doesnt cover much.

I wouldn’t even give this place one star. I drove an hour from Conroe TX to look at a Cadillac. I even spoke to the man on the phone about this vehicle and he told me that it was in overall excellent condition. When I got there he was very rude and I looked at the car and it had been wrecked (he did not tell me that) the front hood on this car wouldn’t even shut. This is such a joke. He told me that if I wanted a nice Cadillac to go to the Cadillac dealership. This is a scam!!

Bought a BMW from Mike 2 months ago... Although the A/C had to be recharged recently, I have been surprised by the good overall condition of my car, the good customer service Mike has given me, and I am also extremely thankful for their credit approval process as my credit was far from perfect. Mike even hooked me up with an alignment free of charge when I went back after a month to make my first payment. Overall, this is a legit place to buy a USED car with confidence.

This is the second car I have bought from LBC Auto Sales and I honestly have to say...this is how every used car buying experience should be. Mike was upfront and honest about everything. Here are few key points from my experience that makes LBC the best used car lot out there.When I originally showed up, I had a car picked out that I saw listed on the website. Mike was honest with me and said the car wasnt in the best shape at the moment, and offered me a few other options, not pushing at all, just being helpful. The car he suggested was even priced lower than my original choice, so it wasnt even as if he was trying to sell me a more expensive vehicle. When I told him I was interested and wanted my mechanic to take a look at it, he had no problem at all. I returned with my mechanics results (tire alignment, low coolant level, nothing serious, just normal car wear and tear) Mike offered to fix those problems right there, for a fraction of the price my mechanic would have charged. He did this with the first car I had bought from him a few years back as well, and I was just as satisfied with the results this time around! Flew in from DFW to purchase an accord advertised online. Showed up. Car has significant damage on the passenger door extending into the quarter panel. Conveniently not showed in pics...or mentioned on phone call. Back to the airport I go. Pretty dishonest in representing the vehicle in my opinion. “Mike” says it’s just a scratch🙄🙄 it’s giant dent dude. I’m sure he’s gonna reply with I’m too picky. Maybe, maybe not. But point is he intentionally didn’t disclose notable damage. Steer clear. Also...his favorite line seems to be “Id you want a new car, go buy a new car”. ORRRRR...you could maybe be honest. Just a little??

Mike is a great representative and very attentive about the cars and very fair. He showed me around cars and different options and actually showed me a better car than I initially came here for. And it’s been over a month and I have no problems with the vehicle at all. STAY AWAY. I’ve never had a problem buying a car off of a used car lot until now! The owner here actually sold us a car with a bad compressor and thermostat. We’ve had the car for a week and we’re already having to replace all the hoses also because of coolant leaking. He promises all his cars are 5 star and because he has a 4.3 review average that he’s not wrong. I do understand the risk of buying from a used car lot but WOW these people really are con artists. The same day I bought the car the gas light was even already on. Even something simple like that they didn’t care. When I mentioned our situation to the owner all he did was get angry and get defensive. Of course he knew he was wrong. I would stay away as far as possible. For your sake please.

I went into the dealership in a hurry because my car had gotten totaled, I had looked up some cars & wanted to test drive the outlook, Mike helped me do this but after hearing my thoughts on the size, he showed me the equinox, which I hadn’t looked at beforehand, I loved it but they didn’t have any colors I was interested in, the next day Mike called suing that they drove and got a color that I would like! I’ve had my equinox for a month now and the service is really nice & I am very satisfied with my car!Thank you lbc and mike you are the man .

Best deal I could find. Flew in out of state to buy car. I was picked up from the airport. Allowed to test drive the car by myself. Loved it and baught it. The owner was great and everybody involved.

ALL OF THESE GOOD REVIEWS MUST BE FRIEND FRIENDS AND FAMILY BECAUSE THE DUDE I DEALT WITH WAS RUDE AND HAD A STICK UP HIS BUTT. Purchased a car from them in june. I asked specific questions about the car and took photos. I recorded the encounter on my phone to have comparisons. It rained recently and my entire drivers side floors are flooded. This isnt something that is looked over. I asked if the seals on those doors would affect the car or moisture. I was specifically told no. I tried to contact the dealer before posting reviews and informed him that I asked him and he lied to me. He told me thats on me. Then when I said I would post a review he started name calling and threatening me. He said he cant wait to laugh at me when something big happens to my car. He lied to me and was extremely unprofessional. Car dealers do not care once its off the lot. The window seals were terribly done but, at least they do the job. Seals are not expensive or hard to do....so not only was he a liar but hes a cheap liar. He even started talking to me about karma when I mentioned writing a review. I dont think he knew what karma means. Either way the ratty tiny dealership is in an abandoned flea market parking lot. The only nice person there was the gentleman that accepted my last payment and handed me my title. That guy should find a better place. Hes too good for it.

It was a wonderful experience to have bought my new pre owned car with them. Pedro, Mark, and Mike were helpful and they really took their time in finding the right car for me. The delivery of my car was one of a kind and I would have never thought my car would have so many really cool features!
