Bubbly offers a very professional set up and crew. My associate was on time, friendly and worked quickly to clean my car. I will admit it had been a while since I have had my car washed so I opted for a mobile detailer to come so it would not be rushed through and I opted for the Bubbly pro for $159.00. Overall, everything looked great and was pleased with the outcome. Once the technician left, I took a little bit closer look and noticed there were some obvious and large amount of dirt still on the car. The bottom side of the rims were still coated in break dust and portions of the car still had a dirty haze on them. If these kinds of corners are cut, I wonder what else was skipped or rushed while I was inside. I expected more for a $159 service.

I called for an estimate for a mobile detail. Left a message and did not hear back. So on to the next place.

They rescheduled me twice. On the third time, no one ever showed or called me. I called multiple times and no one ever picked up the phone. Finally after texting and requesting a refund they responded.

I made an appointment in the middle of the day. They canceled it after 10 pm at night due to a scheduling issue on their side. They didnt automatically refund my money. They didnt answer the phone number provided nor did the voicemail greeting identify itself as Bubbly. I had to rut around on their website until I found a place to live chat with someone. They charged my card for the service moments after I booked the appointment, but wont refund for 3 to 5 business days. Not a good first impression and doubt theyll get a chance for a second one.

Great experience. Gustavo was on time, polite and punctual. He paid close attention to the small details and the car looks brand new. I will continue using and recommending Bubbly!

Rodrigo and crew are very professional! Their operation is very well organized and efficient. I have used the service three times and I am very happy with the results. We have two small kids and just don’t have time to wash and detail the cars. Bubbly offers convenience and value.

Wonderful experience. My car was covered with bird poop and was shocking to look at, i booked a car wash and detailing right away. Rodrigo arrived promptly and did a fantastic job. Never has my car shined so beautifully.

Rodrigo had my car spotless & he smelt delightful. He responded to me within 5 minutes and had my car looking the best it ever looked.

They did a mostly good job but I had some concerns about the leather cleaning. I was never able to get a response to my email or to get them to pick up the phone

The owner was the one who did the cleaning on my navigator. I paid $200 for a full detail and none of it was done. I do not recommend this service at all. He did not clean the back of the windows interior or exterior. He did not open up the back door to clean the carpets or seats. There was dirt in between where he had to of cleaned. The front of Navigator was smeared with chemicals used to clean. I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone. I called and texted him to get the problem fixed and he never returned my call or text messages. I also reported him to the BBB. Not a good company....
