I was originally scheduled to see Gary Cooper, the companies CEO, and speak to him about the basics of being a business owner. Before I came in, I knew the cost of this meeting could be prohibitive but I went anyway as I desperately needed to get my finances in order. After meeting me and talking with me for a couple of minutes, he realized that what I needed was much simpler then I had explained over the phone, and he relegated my questions to a staff member with the same amount of expertise but with a more cost effective approach. I left the building with zero doubts and my quick and concise meeting answered absolutely all of my questions.
