Wow you think you pay insurance so that you can be covered but no all they want is your payment. Good luck with this place.

Great Insurance company. I had some roof damage and called in my claim. They came out the next day. My claim was settle with no problems at all. The entire process was good.

My name is Marco Tinoco and I been paying insurance with RHP GENERAL AGENCY over 12 years almost 15 years and if could Ill give them 0 starts the ONLY GOOD thing they know how to do is to take ur money every month the adjusters they have are the worst!!..in almost 15 years I never did a claim until last year when I had a roof leak and I call RHP to do a claim and believed me this company is not worth paying a penny todays date is 03/10/21 almost 5 months since I did my claim and Im still waiting for their phone call..please dont waste your time or money with this company RHP GENERAL AGENCY is a scam!!

Worst Insurance Company Ever! Customer service is the horrific so many different stories that I am not sure what to believe any more. Actually got hung up on by Rachelle, the claims adjuster. Would not recommend this company, got stuck with them by the finance company that never gave us a choice about homeowners.

Please don’t waste your time with this insurance agency. They are not willing to be honest when they have made a mistake. It took 3 weeks to get my refund check for cancellation. 2 checks were sent out, one I received on time, the second was sent to the wrong address but the agent never acknowledge it. I had to call 5 times to get this issue resolved.

This is a horrible insurance company! They have an agent named Bianca...she is the worst claim adjuster you can encounter...she lies and is unresponsive. If youve had issues with them post your complaint here. I was hit with baseball sized Hail, broken windows, fences, roof messed up and they denied my claim...seeking a great attorney right now.

Awful....service. They will not honor any CLAIM that you send to them, but they will take your money! DO NOT USE THIS INSURANCE COMPANY...FIND ANOTHER ONE
