Clean buses, great drivers good service

I 5 stared them for their Professional service Ive traveled with them twice and about to book my third trip with them!! 🙂👍👍

Love there services and there staff are very helpful and courteous especially the lady Mrs. Huerta in Katy,Texas. Very polite and considerate with their passengers.

Worse ever I live an hour away but my grandma insisted she use this bus well we missed the bus and we had no kind of refund back not even a change of bus..which I have never heard of because most bus companies will change the ticket to another time or date.. plus when I bought the ticket the lady who attended was the worse ever she was very rude not helpful at all..and they change their policy every single time I called.

When we discovered this mybus line we tried and very answered the departure and arrival of course I understood customs time but here nothing greetings 5pm from Houston we arrived 8-10 in the morning matehuala tky keep up your outstanding service. Arrive mybus. Galveston Island TX

This time only one star, pz we are still here waiting for them to let us at least get on the bus, its 3:52 in the afternoon and they dont even let us get on and wait, when the bus is supposed to leave for Houston at 3 : 30 ....Were barely leaving Rioverde, its 4:12, WHEN IT IS ASSUMED THAT IT COMES OUT AT 3:30 ... 😡

They need to improve their service since we changed buses twice, the first was in cerritos since the bus was failing and the second was before reaching the border. Another thing they say is direct but they make stops at different places, so they should report and not say that they are direct, as regards the service, the drivers are very friendly and attentive.

Of ALL who have traveled ..... I stay with MY BUS. !!!!! Excellent service! The others are a lot of trouble. Some do not work well COLD air and are old. Others make me transfer up to 3 times. With MY BUS .... I have solved ALL the problems. Widely recommended!

One of her employees is very rude, in August they sent my mother and my daughter from Rioverde to Houston in a bus in a terrible state, on the way they had rain and they all got wet and not only they if not all the passengers
