We cant believe the difference! JQ rebuilt a failing wall, matched the brick and cleaned everything up so that it all looks brand new! We are so happy with the results! The guys worked tirelessly in grueling heat to complete in a timely manner. Were so appreciative of their work and will definitely hire them again.

An extremely unprofessional and unreliable company. Its been almost a month since their contractor came to quote my job, and I still have no quote. I have called multiple times requesting it and keep being told I will have it by end of day. I have even spoke with the contractor multiple times directly who keeps apologizing for forgetting and then says I will have it soon, and only then after 4 follow up call from myself did I finally get a quote. If a business cares this little about getting new business than I hate to see how terrible they must treat current clients. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

My mothers house is 46 years old and is constructed with the old style soft brick. The mortar had fallen out in multiple places around the home, there were large cracks in some places and one of the arches for the front porch was unstable and moved when lightly pushed. I was afraid of the cost given the extensive number of places in need of attention. J.Q. Brick Repair was reasonably priced, professional, courteous and did a fabulous job. You cant even tell a repair has been made. It looks original. The mortar matches perfectly and everything is stable again. Great job! I highly recommend them!

He even made an extra repair to a different part of the house free of charge. He followed up to ensure we were happy with the work. Our home was built in 1920 and Rigo was able to find brick to match the existing brick in the home. Great overall experience, would highly recommend for residential brick work.

The two guys spent 3 days rebuilding an arch way for us. Absolutely stunning the work they did. The mortar matched perfectly and they cleaned up everything when they were done. This companys truck died while at a neighbors house. His battery was so dead he didnt think the cables were connected properly on my truck even though he connected them. The next thing I know hes removed the jumper cables on his truck and began to try shorting the cables together. I immediately pulled the cable off my truck and started yelling at your employee who got a big grin on his face. Unbelievable.

I work in property management for commercial real estate. I have to rely on the work of my vendors to keep the properties looking good. I called J Q Brick repair and Restoration to help with a column coming down in a drive-thru. Not only did they move me up on the schedule due to the danger of the situation, they did a job so well, you cant even tell that it was broken in the first place. Rigo was the technician that helped me, and he was very polite and professional. I have nothing but good things to say about this company.

Probably the worst company we have ever requested service from. We got a new roof and needed someone to grout our chimney for us. They grouted the chimney and after a huge storm, water was still getting in from the chimney. Then they found a few holes and fixed it. It managed to last through a few small storms, but when tropical storm harvey came, it leaked like crazy and now we have to wait 4 more days to get it fixed. Definently never asking them to fix anything again.

Your truck was just on the freeway driving like they are intoxicated. When he almost hit me and I honked they flicked me off. Hope this guy doesnt cause a wreck. 59 near 90

I have used JQ before. So, I did not hesitate to contact them for a new brick job at my house. I called 4 times before I was able to make contact with a human being. None of my calls were ever returned. When a tech, Alex Guiteirrez finally came to the job site, he spent the correct amount of time looking over the job. After he left, he stated that I could expect a quote in the next day or so. Days and days went by and, predictably, no quote and no answer to phone calls. Finally after about 2 weeks, Alex answered his phone and promised a quote within an hour. No surprise, no quote. I gave up after this. Sad.. And, very rude to be treated with such disregard after being a repeat customer. CAN NOT RECOMMEND.

Very unhappy with the service from JQ brick repair. Did not follow through to commitments to meet on two occasions. The tech who was supposed to meet with me, Alex, was very rude. Worked with many masons here in Houston and JQ Brick was by far the worst to work with. Would recommend working with ANY other brick company in Houston over them.
