Absolute Horrible experience. I went with this company due to the 4.8 star rating. Unfortunately, thats not what I received. I should have known of things to come after them being 2 hours late. Long story short. I finally finished cleaning up their mess and reinstalling my air vents by myself yesterday. I would not recommend shopping around and would not recommend to family and friends ever. On top of that, they charged me an overpriced cost for them only doing 1/4 of the work planned. Plus, I had to hire and pay an electrician to come fix what they broke. What a mess. Regarding your response...... Yeah an electrician out the next day or maybe Monday as everything in my fridge was melting and was knocked offline during a work presentation due to your equipment overloading the circuit in the house. Had you been on time things could have been different as i timed my presentation after your team should have been done. Neither here nor there at this time. Unfortunately, I cant recommend your company to anyone I know, nor give you a positive review. Your invoice for 3/4 work complete (when 1/4 work was done) is paid. Ill take the hit and move on with a different company.

Great group of guys. They came in and within two days had all my water damage from hurricane Laura gone. They use their equipment to dry out everything. I am so thankful they are able to serve lake charles and surrounding areas to help us rebuild after hurricane Laura. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
