Great haircut as usual. You will pay more than you do at your average barbershop of great cuts or something like that, but your hairstylist will be significantly better. They pay much more attention to detail. Will continue to get my hair cut here.

The experience was good. They understood that I had a unexpected day off due to heavy rains.. also I wasnt able to use my phone app for a appointment..this location didnt show up. On my home computer I can set a appointment..who knows..

I scheduled my appointment on the app. To my understand is that once I scheduled it I am supposed to wait until someone is available.I got to the store 3 minutes before my assigned time. There were was 1 person who also booked online and had a wait time of 3 minutes who wasn’t at the store and another person who checked in at the store, but had a 20 minute wait time. The expectation was that I was supposed to be next since I arrived a little before my scheduled time.But instead the person who had the 20 minute wait went before me. Now, I’m not usually a stickler when it comes to this, but if they would have communicated with me about taking the other person first or asked if it was okay I would have said “yes go for it, I’ll wait.” That didn’t happen and another stylist asked me to wait another minute.... I ended up waiting almost 30-40 minutes extra. Now if I would have gotten to the store late I would understand if someone else who is there went before me, but that was not the case.The lack of communication was very disappointed and every time I’ve come to this store I would either have a good experience or okay experience and it sucks because there is no consistency.

Ive always been fortunate here to have extraordinary hairdressers take care of me, so with this awful pandemic and learning that my usual hairdresser had moved on, I had to go out on a limb and trust that Maria would live up to my high standards, well, to my surprise Maria turned out to be outstanding, she is a superb hairstylist, charming personality and down to earth good person.Thank you so much Maria 😘

This hairdresser having a All out conversation with man while attempting to cut or trim his short hair for 50 minutes at least. I could not wait and longer and left. So disappointed at this location. I recommend going somewhere else unless you want to wait for hairdressers to have Hour long conversations. That was ridiculous.

This not a barbershop is a slaughterhouse.Isabella was careless and indifferent. I will never come back here nor to any of their locations. Stay away from Isabella unless you want a bad haircut with Isabella - an easy haircut- just 1/2 all around and she messes up with uneven hair lines and shades of hair all over. How could this be posible ??-Shame on me for paying !I rather cut my own hair than coming to this location again.

Ive been here twice and the first time was excellent. There was no wait or a short wait. The second time I went there they had a full house and I was taking care of in 45 minutes. The prices are kind of high. The first haircut I got there, like I said, was great. The second haircut I got there was not so good. There is parking there that is available most all of the time. There are several places to eat in the immediate vicinity and there are places to go and have a drink in the immediate there are TVs that you can watch sports on as you get your haircut and also while you waitthere are TVs that you can watch sports on as you get your haircut and also while you wait. They have an app that you can get in line online with. I forgot my stylists name, again, but if I knew it I would recommend her. She remembered me after a month and was in tune with good conversation even regarding the issues that were conversed in my first visit. There are plenty of ways to pay, they send you emails or text messages if you opt-in and they are at a convenient location. I would go again.

Favorite hair cut place

A $20 haircut! You can’t beat that price in the Heights or most places inside the loop. Plus it was my first time, so I got the MVP treatment (wash, shampoo and a hot towel). Also, you can check-in online, so you don’t have to come in until they are ready for you. Terry did a great job cutting my hair; most times it takes a few sessions for the barber/stylist to cut my hair the way I like it. But, she got it the first time.Price: 5Service: 5Atmosphere: 5

I come here every few months or so to get my haircut. The ladies here are always nice and friendly, today Saide cut my hair and made my day.

The receptionist/stylist working the front desk greeted me with who are you?, rolled her eyes during multiple interactions and answered questions with a bad attitude. I was polite until it got out of hand. Then I left and went to Supercuts at 933 N Shepherd Dr., where the haircut was $1 cheaper and not that bad. The market is saturated enough to find alternatives. We have many options. Act like it.

Dissatisfied with the first cut. Second stylist tried to argue me into happiness instead of fixing anything. I get my haircut a dozen or so times every year without complaining 99.9% of the time. Pretty sure I know when its a bad job by now... At least I didnt have to pay for bad work

Left there about an hour ago, the service was great, and my stylist Jennifer Bays was even greater. She knows what shes doing, and shes also great company to talk to, too. She takes her time to get your hair done just right, she cares about what shes doing and how she does it. Would definitely go back there again. 10/10.

Completely botched my online check in, asked me to wait another 30 minutes. Ended up going to Floyd’s across the street, much better customer service.

Dusty was my life saver yesterday. Went to a Great Clips off 11th and Shepherd for a in and out cut. Ive never walked out of a hair cut before but yesterday was the first. That woman at Great Clips had no idea what she was doing.I went straight to Sports Clips after I left there, Dusty saved it. She did a great job and has a loyal client.

I don’t go anywhere else and this isn’t even the closest location to my house. Staff is great and is great at recommending product!

Great place to get a mens haircut! Clean, cool and great customer service. The haircut was exactly how I wanted it. Definitely recommend this establishment to any guy who likes a relaxing haircut experience. There is no better place for a guy to go in town.

Nice place but way overpriced for just a simple mans haircut. I believe it was $27 just for a basic cut no shampoo for scalp massage just the cut, and me and my husband left without using their services. If you have an excess of disposable income, it has a flat screen TVs and the kind staff and definitely will take your money. It seemed very clean I can say that :-)

This is the first time I have experienced a Sports Clip haircut. Jaylynn did a great job! The vibrating shampoo chair...WOW! The neck massage and hot face towel were off the hook too! I really enjoyed the experience and shooting the Google Business View.

My personal experience is always satisfactory. The personnel greet all customers with a warm welcome and makes us feel at home. Great team!

I have been going to this location for almost 5 years. I have always considered this location to have great customer service...until today. I walked in at 5:40 p.m. (they close at 6:00 p.m.) and the stylist working the station closest to the door gave me one of the dirtiest looks I’ve received in a long time, sighed, and sprinted to lock the door behind me. Which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. As I signed in, I asked her if I just needed to leave. She simply replied “no” but was obviously disingenuous. She stormed back over to her chair and continued to stair daggers and pout (for lack of a better term). It was obvious that I was an inconvenience, so I got up and left and will not be back. It’s unfortunate one stylist can ruin the impression all the others have man over the last 4+ years. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Last time we went half an hour before close and they lock the front door so no one can get in or out (I was trying to get back in while my husband was in there). That’s not safe. They also got annoyed with walk-ins at 4:40 (just say we are full & about to close, sorry? They don’t know...). We had checked in online though so he was seen right at 4:15.
