We just had a quince here for my sister this past Saturday & I don’t recommend this hall, not only that this place decorates good and exactly how you want it, but they don’t make everything how we want and don’t include everything in the contract and just making up excuses. The food wasn’t good at all, they fooled us by making the food delicious on the day to try out the food for the event, the restrooms wasn’t even clean cause it smelled like urine, there was no toilet paper in any of the restrooms and had to use paper towels, we were suppose to get the photo booth but they came up with an excuse saying it was gonna be ready at 9:30, 9:30 passed and the next excuse they said was that it was out of service, also I wanted to get someone else for the margaritas and they didn’t give me the guy I wanted cause supposedly he wasn’t answering and the margarita guy was the one who recommended this hall to me. Sandra has a lack of communication, she’s not a professional, she doesn’t keep her word of what’s on the package, also if we had any complaints or concerns we had to tell one of the waitresses cause Sandra was nowhere in sight, the photographer that she works with was also not professional on his work, and also took pictures with his phone while doing home shoots, and it was a different photographer too, the one we originally had gotten first, sent another photographer after having a misunderstanding but he was being rude and disrespectful. Everything else was good, the Dj was good, the cake was delicious and the fruit as well, the waitresses did a really good job, but the rest, was just not doing their work right, not including everything that we paid for ! So therefore, I don’t recommend this hall, they’ll make everything satisfying way before the event but day of event they’ll fool you. Now Sandra nor the original photographer wants to answer the phone calls .

Such a nice friendly place, the owner is nice and patient . I will be having my quince soon here and I am excited ! I for sure recommend !

Whoever thought of a better idea than a party hall near a dumpster and apt complex? I give my congrats to the owner in their desperation to fill the empty lot. Back of this hall is all tagged up now and a senior daycare center is going in right next to it soon lolAnyways- there was a party going on here and a whole bunch of teens got busted for one thing or another. Cue a very entertaining show of 5 police cars in the lot and people shouting out injustice as the cars are filled and others dip before the popo finish passing out party favors.I posted a pic of the scene but the blinding stadium LEDs the owner decided to put in retract from it’s glory.

This place is too loud every weekend. The cops dont do anything, and kids run wild in the parking lot, spray painting and smoking behind the building. Plus, they are next to some government housing thats been known for theft and held at gun point. Dont come here. The landlord of the party hall doesnt care about any of these things.

Everything that could have gone wrong has gone wrong. Mrs. Sandra is not a professional and does not comply with the signed contract, she did not give me the daisies that we agreed upon.
