El Balcon Event Hall is very nice and there is very different good decoration . Nice location and good friendly nature staff and owner. Overall Its very great place and very beautiful.

We did a whole contract but y’all did a whole different thing!!! The food was supposed to be delivered to the tables by the employees but they just Laid it there for the people to get up and serve it themselves !!!!another thing we bought everything “juice”water”coke”ice”beer”bottles of tequila”also juice for tequila Beverages”they told us they would give it out to the people for free !!!but they sold our ice with buckets for 8$.our juice for the alcohol was sold in cups with alcohol like it was our money we bought it give it for free there’s no reason to sell our things!!!

Horrible place. It looks beautiful in appearance but then there is this funky rotten smell. Nice decorations, you can see rat excrement on the floors. Looks bad, and smells worse. Not going back there

Horrible place don’t recommend it all they want is peoples money after you sign a contract they act totally different with you they charged my uncle $25 dollars for each extension cord you plugged staff was so rude either the guest they also charged my uncle $800 for 4 tables the hall was hot during the event one of the rooms on the restroom didn’t have light they charged my uncle for each thing our dj took they didn’t wanted to work with the dj or my uncle who was the one that was in the contract they were money hungry they acted like they never seen money before don’t recommend it people don’t waste your money get informed before singing anything and read every single word so people like this won’t take advantage

Invest on profesional service.The wont let you use others services if you dont get them with them.I been dj for 14 years, and never experiences so much unprofessionalism in one night.Place its been remodalated but the structure its been here for decades, rats poop everywhere.And funky smell.Just save your time and money.

Adrian is professional, helpful with giving me information on how my decor would look with my dress, so nice to me and my parents and he runs a great business. The place itself is a great hall that provides seats and room for the dance floor. I love that there’s a separate room that’s big enough to change in when it’s time for my surprise dance. I’m grateful for him for giving me my dream event hall

Adrian an event coordinator assigned to handle my event, started off well with returning my call, gave an estimated amount for our daughters wedding decor, but when it can time to meet he was MIA! No return text or calls. Professional Courtesy is huge in our business and returning calls/text is essential, even if you decide not to render service.I’ve never experienced a person which is going to make money from an event who decides not return a customers call.

Recently came here my cousins 15 and I really liked the place. I came in from out of town a bit late and the wait staff was understanding and brought a plate out right away. Bartenders were courteous and valet was prompt. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody who lives in Houston.

This is where my daughter had her reception party after the wedding. Adequate space and the food was good (they chose Mexican). Reasonably priced when compared to other venues. Not fancy on the outside, looks better on the inside.

Love love love the venue and staff they are beyond amazing. The venue is beautiful and spacious I love it.

This is a nice location for med-large crowds. It does need renovation all around, inside and out. Restrooms should be at the top of the list. Everything else seems good for any special event!

I recommend Adrian, he was very patient and attentive with all the details and always available. Pro-Photo photographer Ernesto is a very kind person, an intern who is willing to agree on one and knew how to capture all the important moments and always with a very good attitude. Many of my guests asked me about the food because it was super delicious.
