The owner is very rude. He hung up in my face when I inquired on option for a refund due to COVID reason which goes against what his contract stated. The when I went out there, he was confrontational and would not listen. I had to tell him to stop cutting me off several times. Then the day of the event, he went up on the price which again went against the contract. Do not do business here.

Bad experience ac is not working

I am at a 15 birthday celebration and the a/c is not working. It is the hottest days of the year, 100 degrees today, and just as hot and humid inside. But worse because there is no air movement and it is humid because of all the people inside. Everyone is taking turns going outside just to get fresh air in the 100 degree heat.I was reading the reviews and I keep reading the same thing, up to 3 years ago, where the a/c broke the day of the party. This Hall has zoned a/c. This is when there are several a/c units to cool the Hall down. There is no way that all 6 a/c units broke at the same time. This issue is and has been an on going problem and they know about it. They are taking advantage of everyone and just take your money.

The place was really hot . I would try to rate below one star if i could honestly even the restrooms are so old that the doors dont close well at all. I feel like the owner doesnt contribute to the people to fix the AC at least.

New Hope Baptist Church had a dinner and play perform by the church members title was Woman with the issue of blood very nice play the Preet Banquet Hall was very nice place for the event

I didnt have any problems with the place I rented..everything worked and I got my deposit back after my event.It was a great place for the price of the rental..We were happy with everything

If I could give it a zero I would. It is the worst hall ever. The ac broke on the day of the event. I called the owner at 4:00 pm and he sent someone at 8:00. It is June! It is hot! The ac repair guy said the hall had leaks on 3 of the 5 ac units and he could notFix the problem only add Freon to the ac and hope it would help. Either way it ruined my party, everyone was gone by 9:00 since it was 98 degrees inside. I told the owner on Monday and he tried to blame on me. He said it was because I lowered too much the temperature. Please save your money and rent somewhere else unless you want your party ruined like me. P.S. the owner (who is Hindu) made a lot of racist marks toward my race. I will not repeat what he said as it was super offensive, but trust me I was appalled to hear everything that came out of his mouth. Aguarden su dinero y no renten de este señor

The place is big and its awesome having parties there

To say it was hot is an understatement. The owner should at least fix the AC. He doesnt do his part. I do not respect someone who conducts business in this shape and form. The restrooms are old, and holes were in the ceiling.

Th a/c happens to brake down on a 15 birthday I don’t think so all around the hall there are 7 a/c units inside this hall which means if one a/c unit broke down there are another 6 to back it up but somehow all 7 broke down at the same time convenient isn’t it that this a/c unit situation does not happen when you go and see the the banquet but when it’s the day of the party and just happens to save the owners money I don’t think so and I’m a 15 year old and I know what is going on really

Worst place ever the day of my even ur was raining their were water drop coming from the restroom all over the toilet and when back to get my deposit after event they claim they had already gave it back when I was out on a business trip and till now I havent receive my money back!!!!! Worst experience ever!!!

Had my event at this business and the ac went out the day of the party! Do not book this place the owed didnt answer my calls the day of the event or wouldnt give a refund or partial refund for ruining my event. Stay away from these people.

Great place for a event or party

This place is filthy they have dead roaches in all the restrooms theres no soap all the table cloths they gave me were filled with dirt and were very dingy all the materials they gave me were all dirty the refrigerator is not clean the oven is not clean and they have different bugs everywhere theres a huge hole in the wall I guess thats how all the bugs are getting in there are stains all over the walls the chairs have brown stuff all over and they are very dirty the restrooms are disgusting and theres no paper towels so I did not recommend this place please do not come here

Hello, a month ago, an event for my daughter was held that place smells horrible, the very rude man a day before they were going to rehearse and we ran, we had already paid everything, the person with whom I made a contract is called Esmeralda Martínez or (Esmeralda Events does not have a good presentation fixes is a disaster

I paid for the room for a baptism but I canceled it because of all this pandemic but to date my money has not been returned to me as I have to choose another date for my baptism but I already baptized it without having a party now the Lord must return my money or part of my money someone to advise me thank you

The owner is very sangron to the Place nothing serves him neither a refrigerator nor anything from the kitchen at 11 the place gets super hot from k the air does not work. This place lacks a lot of maintenance, do not be fooled by cheap because it is not cheap.

Its comfortable for a small party, but the bathrooms dont have a mirror😡.
