This venue is amazing!! My husband and I loved every moment of our wedding there! The food was GREAT (our guest still talk about it), the bridal suite was gorgeous and perfect for me and my 8 bridesmaids, and the decor was SPOT ON! Alba and her crew took care of everything decoration related and more! Anything we needed, Alba was there to lend a helping hand. She made the wedding planning process a LOT less stressful and more exciting. This is so long over due but Id recommend this venue to any and everyone! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

We celebrated our wedding at Palms Event Center and we love the service. Thanks to Alba who helped us since the first day we walk in!!! I definitely recommend Palms Event Center for the great professionalism service.

This venue has it all! A great ballroom, bridal suite, very clean facilities and a gorgeous court yard. We totally recommend them to all our clients from the south side of Houston and beyond.

Only giving this place 3 stars because from the pictures it is beautiful. However, I sent two emails, left two voicemails and did a website inquiry across a week time span and never heard anything back from anyone. Very unprofessional and not a good look for business.

We celebrated my sisters 15 on July 27, and it was an amazing experience. Aside from this being a beautiful place the attention and care that Ms.Alba had for the whole occasion was amazing! She was always making sure that things turned out the way my sister and family wanted it to. Thank you so much Alba

My daughters Quinceanera was this weekend and oh boy was this place in tip top shape. Alba made sure we had staff to help out with the table decorations to plating the food, to making sure all guests were seated and that they had refreshments at all times. Their security was on top of it making sure everyone had a great time but safety being a priority. Every penny we spent was well worth it. Keep up the Great job Alba!!

So many wonderful things to say about this venue. It’s beutiful inside it has wood Floors and a beautiful chandelier in the middle of the dance floor. It has a spacious bridal suite and a mans cave. The venue is clean the restrooms too. The outside patio is beautiful for a ceremony. It has a beutiful water fountain in the middle that lights up at night. The staff is amazing they’re very polite and make sure everyone is fed and make sure they pick up. Alba is amazing she is the coordinator. She really made sure our wedding was what we dreamed of. She made sure to make a timeline for us and contact our vendors. We didn’t worry about nothing and she also make sure we enjoyed our day. When we first went in the hall we loved it, but now I could not been happier with all the help Alba provided for us. The bartenders are so friendly and make some awesome drinks. The venue even open up for my bridal party to go and get ready there at whatever time we needed. I am so happy that we chose this venue for our wedding it couldn’t be more perfect!!!!

My cousin n law got married there this past weekend and I must say it was beautiful.

Heres why I would go back in time and pick another venue.1. They make promises and explain things 1 way but dont follow through. This happened repetitively to the point where they forced me to put a deposit under 1 condition and immediately did not follow through. If you would like to know more info I would be happy to share privately. Money and sucking every penny from you is their top priority. Look out for the owner said...2. An employee there yelled at my Spanish only speaking only grandmother and embarrassed her. She told her to get up so she could move a table over and my grandma didnt understand what she was saying so she was rudely yelled at again in English when the employee knew spanish.3. Their alcohol prices are more expensive than high end clubs. We bought frozen margaritas and keg beer - bud light for our guests and we were told by multiple people that they were charged for the free frozen margaritas... one of thos people just happened to be my own mother who actually paid for there to be free margaritas.4. Having an outside wedding? The noise from the freeway is LOUD when you go view theyll tell you they have speakers... they do but they dont overpower the background sound of cars... not to mention the beautiful billboard backdrop youll have.5. If it rains or if winds are strong the only option is to move it indoors.6. The bridal suite was dirty and the chairs were hazardous. My bridesmaids were uncomfortable having their hair and makeup done because they felt they may fall.7. Our coordinator walked around our wedding day with an attitude toward everyone except the myself, even toward my husband... again to the point where various guests have mentioned it to me... and these are guests that dont even speak to one another to put it in each others ear.Overall this location is NOT worth the price, and especially not worth the near 1700 service fee.

I came to this place for a wedding all the way from Fort worth.. it was nice the service was pretty good the only bad thing is I had to keep asking for a drink they never really offered it but other than that it was a good.

This place is awesome its nice and spacious I love their chandeliers very elegant the dance floor is a great size to have lots of people dancing at once and the outside patio is very pretty I would definitely recommend this place for special events
