You will not find a better wedding venue in Houston! Our day was perfect, fun, and easy! It doesnt matter what the weather is like or what your budget is, this venue makes your dream day a reality. Our coordinator, Amanda, was there every step of the way. Her organization made the day go by flawlessly so we could actually focus on the ceremony and each other. We truly cannot say enough great things about our experience. We actually miss the staff because they were so personable. There arent enough stars. This place was truly perfect (and affordable)! Did I mention they have their own large parking lot so your guests dont have to worry about parking miles away or in the street? Everything is in the same place. Convenient and fun for everyone so you can focus on what matters.

Beautiful venue with amazing staff! We enjoyed every moment of our wedding day here, from the planning, food, cocktail hour, and our coordinator everything happened perfectly! They let you try a sample menu which really helped us make a decision on our entrees and cocktail bites! Our coordinator Paige was amazing!! She was so professional and quick to reply to any question or concern we had. I still get compliments about how this was the most beautiful and fun wedding they have ever been to. I would recommend this place for all couples wanting a stress-free, beautiful wedding!

First, let me start by saying how beautiful and cost effective this venue is. You have the comfort of being indoors, and still have the beauty of the outdoors since both the chapel and reception has glass windows! Next, the staff, our coordinator, sales directory were all exceptional. At not point in the planning process were we lost in the mix, and for the big day, our coordinator not only kept us on time and events moving, but she made it so that it felt seamless and stress free! They definitely made the execution of our special day flawless!

The venue is gorgeous, and the chapel speaks for itself.A wedding coordinator is included when you book at Ashton Gardens! Paige, our wedding coordinator was absolutely amazing. She is kind, patient, professional, and organized. Not only is she on top of every little detail, but she is so pleasant to work with. It is so evident she enjoys her job and truly cared about making the day perfect for us. She was responsive to all my emails and questions leading up to the day. The process of working out our day-of itinerary, setting the details, and customizing the layout of the ballroom with her went smoothly. While the venue does have restrictions on outside vendors, Paige worked with us to accommodate our request. On the day of, she did an excellent job of setting everything up according to my labels and instructions, packing it all up at the end of the night, and making sure everything in between ran smoothly.I think the only thing that went wrong on our day was that the champagne we ordered for the bridal suite was not provided. I didnt notice until the end of the night when we got to our hotel and found that the bottle of champagne was sent home with us in our to-go bag (yes, they pack up our leftover food and cake for us!). Such a small detail, and quite honestly we were so busy during the day with hair and makeup and getting all our photos in, it didnt bother me at all.One downside of the venue is that day-of access begins at 11am. With request and approval from corporate, we were allowed 10am access. We made it work with our hair & makeup and photo schedule, but the late access time is definitely something to consider if you are wanting to get ready at the venue.We were very impressed with the level of service from the wait staff. They introduced themselves to us (B&G) and checked up on us frequently throughout dinner. They remembered our guests drinks and offered refills. During cocktail hour, they came into the chapel and served hors doeuvres to family members waiting to take family photos. I could go on and on about everything the venue offers and how they think of every detail...but Ill let you find out for yourself when you visit and plan with them.All in all, we loved our day. Paige and the staff played a huge part in making the day as special as it was.

I would love to be writing a review about my beautiful wedding. But I can’t even get them to give me pricing. I have been going back and forth with Amanda for days. I understand the end goal is to have your guest come in for a tour and look at the facility, I get it. But if you can’t give me an approximate price, I am not interested. I was given a price range, but it was between thousands of dollars. I was told to choose a package, but not given options. In my opinion, she could care less if she got my business or not. It shouldn’t be this hard to give someone your business. I know I haven’t had this issue with ANY other venue in the Houston Area.

Nice and secluded. Wouldnt even know your are less than a mile or so from freeway. Wooded. Private. Clean, pleasant staff.

First I just have to say our wedding was absolutely perfect. Tara, our coordinator did an amazing job setting up and keeping the day running smoothly. She was attentive, calming when needed, and did whatever it took to get the job done! From the very beginning the staff at Ashton Gardens North made us feel welcome and kind of like we were “at home.” They didn’t give any less on the day of the wedding. The waiters waiting on us we’re ever so polite, the director came by our table to make sure everything was as we wished, and the coordinator did everything we needed and more. If you are considering having your wedding here, do it! It has so much included in the price and it honestly made it so easy for us through the entire planning process. We were able to check several things off of our list right away because of the all inclusiveness. Amanda, the sales manager was the person who sold us. From the day we met she was just so helpful and professional. Everyone here truly loves what they do, and you can absolutely tell. They will all hold a special place in our hearts for helping our special day be as perfect as it was!

So I’ve been debating if I’m going to be 100% on this review. I hate that I have to give bad feedback because I have been obsessed with this venue for some time now. We got married at the north location and the chapel, as well as the reception area, is so beautiful! It’s every brides dream to have a beautiful wedding. What I didn’t enjoy on my wedding day was my coordinator, Shelby. I do understand that she tried her best, but nothing that was discussed in our meeting got accomplished. When I arrived to the venue, nothing was set up and I was told that I wouldbe able to look at the set up prior to the wedding starting. Because nothing was set up, the whole day was rushed. The whole ceremony/reception, Shelby asked my husband and I questions. Prior to that, at our meeting we made it clear to ask all questions to my sister. I couldn’t even enjoy the actual wedding because every 5 minutes, I was planning the next step of the day. I also don’t think there was enough wait staff. So I had to rush through a lot of stuff that was planned. Also, I didn’t get to take any cake home. I am very sad about that because I have nothing to freeze for next year. Our coordinator just seemed unprepared. But once we got the party started, it was a good time. I hate that I even let that bother me on my special day.

We got married at Ashton Gardens North - an absolute breathtaking venue!!! Honestly, we couldnt have asked for a better venue or a better wedding coordinator. Our coordinator, Tara, made the whole experience a breeze and an enjoyable one at that (which is hard to do because weddings are stressful!)!! She helped answer the many questions we had and always quick to reply. The wait staff was so friendly and our guests loved interacting with them. I recommend picking vendors off their preferred list because it makes the whole process even more seamless. I wasnt expecting to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day and night, but with Tara and the other staff at Ashton Gardens North, we could. We didnt have to lift a finger. I loved every minute of it and wish we could get married there every year; they did an amazing job and I cant sing their praises enough!!! Book and ask for Tara - best wedding decision youll make. Also, the moonlight package is a beautiful addition!

Having our wedding at Ashton Gardens was easily the best decision in terms of planning the event. Regardless of our DJ choice, our cake, floral arrangements, etc, they would have been NOTHING without Ashton Gardens. This venue is GORGEOUS, and I loved having two separate indoor spaces for our ceremony and reception; this was a huge deciding factor for our December wedding.Every step from the initial tour to our grand exit after the reception was seamless, completely enjoyable, and so easy for me. The staff take any inkling of stress out of the picture, and do everything possible to make your day absolutely perfect. Our coordinator, Paige, was a total game changer. She made the day of the wedding sooo fun, handled every single question and detail and made sure that my husband and I had nothing to worry about during the day.The staff are fabulous at Ashton Gardens, we had our drinks refilled constantly, never had less than 2 sips out before we had a refill ready in front of us. We were waited on hand and foot. My husband and I were truly treated as King and Queen for the night. We miss it, and just want to replay the evening over and over again!I CANNOT rave enough about how choosing Ashton Gardens as your wedding venue will be the BEST decision you make in your wedding plans!!!!

My wife and I got married here in October 2019. It was incredible. We probably looked at 15-20 other venues. This place was the most beautiful and the best value. The grounds, staff, bar and food were incredible. Our wedding coordinator, Paige, was out of this world! She made our day stress free. She was very nice, polite, professional and made sure we stayed on schedule. I wouldn’t change a single thing if I could do it again!

We had a perfect wedding on 2/14! Not only is Ashton Gardens North beautiful, but Paige was amazing with making sure that everything fell into place perfectly. Lovely reception area for weddings or parties. Beautiful chapel and rooms for parties. Beautiful setting in The woods with lots of parking. Catered food was delicious. Event we attended was fun with music and dancing and superb meal much better than normal catered rubber chicken and peas found at venues. Lovely background for photos.

Got married here in December 2015.My wife and I checked out a lot of other places and this one by far takes the cake. We loved the fact that it was surrounded by trees and was pretty much secluded. The staff did an amazing job with everything. The food was great and the service was awesome. I would definitely recommend having a wedding here.

The most exquisite place I have ever seen. The staff was excellent. Paige, our coordinator was the best! She stayed calm and professional the entire time. If you are looking for the fairytale wedding, these people are experts in the field. Worth every penny and some.

Beautiful chapel and reception venue in the trees with big windows and lots of light. A great place for those wanting to be surrounded by nature. Wedding coordinators attitude left a lot to be desired though.

The event planner Paige was nearly unapproachable and refused to work with me. I was Father of one of the brides and the sole financial provider of the event. The planner was unable to start the ceremony on time partially due to the other bride. One hour late the ceremony started and we were shorted that hour of open bar that was prepaid. The excuse was given after I insisted of serving wine during the hour delay was “1 glass of wine to guests who drank replaced the hour of open bar”. Anyone with any sense would realize that the first hour of open bar is always the busiest. The planner refused to extend the reception blaming the manager on duty. The manager blamed the planner thus the circle of indecision provided nothing.When the deposit was returned it was sent to one of the brides who had paid nothing into the event.This business is run poorly and Paige is not professional, responsive nor courteous when working with the person paying for the entire event.I’d recommend finding any other venue for ease of orchestrating any event. The property is pretty, and unusual, as entering youll view low end apartments and multiple commercial tractor trailer trucks.The rebuttal from the owner has more mistakes than I care to try to amend. For the 40 years that Ive been in business with loyal customers, Ive always dealt with the parties that are paying the bills, not someone else in the customers office that was offering opinions.There was no screaming at anyone and the statement about losing 15 min of the bar is totally ridiculous and inaccurate. It was also not my daughter that was late, the owner further illustrating their lack of knowledge of the entire matter.

Ashton gardens made our wedding day the absolute most beautiful and perfect day we could imagine. We came to Ashton gardens for the beauty and affordability and we were met with such professionalism and great people. Our coordinator Paige handled everything so wonderfully and she even handled our indecisiveness with such ease 😂 will recommend them to anyone who is getting married.

The venue is incredible, its a brides dream. We were very satisfied with everything until we changed our Wedding Coordinator to Paige. We begin getting conflicting information from that point. Now let me say my daughter was concerned from the start with Paige because she said her wedding was a week after my daughter. Maybe Coordinators shouldnt be doing wedding that close to their wedding. Im trying to think of an excuse.Paige disappeared for most of the night, we were continually searching for her. While there were several problems like people being told by her there was no white cake left and we took home tons. While I was disappointed with so much, I guess my main disappointment was when my daughter told me her and her new husband were going to take out some of their friends because they were allergic to fish and Paige told them she could not fix them another plate because the fish was placed on top of the chicken on every plate.Now let me say I had no problems with anyone else at the venue. The Bartender was wonderful and so is Amanda. The place is beautiful, I am writing this so that Paige can get more training so that this does not happen to anyone else. I know it is appropriate to write nice things but I have to tell the truth here because this is too much money and you cannot get a do over. I also read the other comments and it appears that any of the comments with unfavorable remarks were given excuses instead of thank you remarks for bring it to their attention. I was in Customer Service for over 36 years and I know that it is the right thing to do to encourage feedback, especially when you have such a beautiful venue, you should want a excellent staff to go along with it. I am simply letting you know so that training can take place. The wait staff was amazing, my only problem was the Coordinator. Im making it plain, I have no problems with the makeup of the place it was simply gorgeous but looks arent everything.

Staff was very attentive, everything set up & prepared as planned. My sons wedding was beautiful! Staff wore masks for COVID-19 & provided hand sanitizer. However, I was very disappointed in the condition of the grounds. Dying vines, empty pots and fountain on patio wasnt working, all missed opportunities for wedding photos. Hedges out front hadnt been trimmed and grounds around entrance look neglected. I was shocked the large glass windows in the chapel and reception hall hadnt even been cleaned! My son tried to reschedule because of the pandemic, but was told he would lose the HUGE deposit he made. A large number of guests did not attend because of the pandemic. The venue livestreamed, but I was told you couldnt hear and it was far away, up in tbe rear of the chapel.

My husband and I had our wedding at Ashton Gardens North. We cannot say enough about how incredible all of the staff at Ashton Gardens is and how hard they worked to make our special day perfect. Amanda was our coordinator and worked so hard before the wedding with me to plan everything and the day of the wedding to make sure everything went perfectly. We only had four months to plan our wedding and with Ashton Gardens and the help of Amanda, it was possible to get everything planned and have the wedding go so smoothly. We brought our decorations the night before at the rehearsal and Amanda set everything up so it was ready for the next day. Everything went perfectly! The venue is incredibly gorgeous and I cannot wait to see how the pictures come out. We did the candlelight package for our Friday Evening ceremony and everything was beautiful. Amanda made sure everything was timed perfectly. My guests keep telling me that the picture of my dad and I walking through the front doors with the light behind us is going to be incredible. All of my guests raved about the great service of the staff and how beautiful everything was. Thank you Amanda and Ashton Gardens for making our day so incredible! We could not be happier with the kindness and service we received and how everything turned out!

Absolutely gorgeous wedding venue with the most amazing, supportive staff you could find in town! We were there to cover a wedding all day and did a bridal session too. From beginning to end the staff was there to help us out with every detail and made our bride, groom and families very happy with their service, which is always a plus when you work as a wedding photographer. 100% recommended!

Let me just say that Alex the bar tender way awesome! He was very polite and joked with us which made for a lighthearted experience. He was turkey great. Second, the place is gorgeous. I was there for my cousins wedding and wish I could have my wedding there. Beautiful scenery for a beautiful moment!

CANDLELIGHT WEDDING March 2016My daughters and new sons wedding was awesome. Laura was a jewel upon our first visit and instrumental in our decision of Ashton Garden North as our venue. Amanda was just great in ensuring everything from prior to the beginning of the wedding and yes the finale was beautiful. Adam was right there and available and even the Chef was visible with a smile; the food was fantastic. YES, it was more than the bride and groom expected from beginning until the end. Guests continue to have only beautiful compliments of the entire event with Ashton Garden as wedding host with fantastic staff. We Were Truly BLESSED - No Regrets❤️

LOVED having our wedding here! Its so beautiful and was perfect for my vision. Loved that the bar, catering, linens and coordinator were already there. Erika was our coordinator and shes the best! She brought my vision to life and handled everything behind the scenes the day of. Although our food was great, we wished that the we had been able to try the food that we chose for our dinner ahead of time. They had a tasting but with just a few items from the list of possible choices. We really wished that we wouldve been able to get our hair and makeup done in the pretty bridal suite but we werent allowed to without paying more than we were willing. The guys didnt like the small size of the grooms suite either and they mentioned it several times. Overall I would definitely chose Ashton Gardens North if I had the chance to do it again!

My wedding was at the Ashton Gardens North location. Erika was our coordinator, and she was outstanding. She is so bubbly and full of joy during every encounter we had. She made the whole wedding process so much easier than I was expecting. She eased all my anxieties, and worked closely with me to ensure the wedding day would be as magical as I had envisioned it. As a whole - Ashton Gardens staff was pleasant, very kind, very attentive, and did everything we asked to make sure our day was perfect.

When my husband and I were looking for venues we had already seen about 12 before stopping at Ashton Gardens. This venue absolutely blew us away and we chose it almost immediately. Erika Berry assisted us the entire time and I must say that our big day would not have been as smooth without her. On top of the venue being beautiful and all inclusive with food, linen, etc our coordinator (Erika) was the cherry on top. She did any and everything you could think of to make our day as easy as possible. Despite the fact that some things went wrong with the wedding party at the last minute, Erika was very calm and zen! This made everyone breath easier and focus on enjoying the day. I cannot even think of a better coordinator! I dont know how much she makes to do her job but I am sure she deserves a raise!! If you think you have found your wedding venue and its not Ashton Gardens, that must mean that you have not stopped by to check them out yet. Hands down, the most beautiful venue in Houston!

Nice wedding venue. Middle of the city, but has a nice country feel. Surrounded by trees. Has a nice separate wedding chapel. Has two ballrooms, that are connected, so can be one big room for receptions or parties. Right off the hardy toll road at 1960. Hard to find in residential area.

Ive been a photographer for more than 10 years and more than 700 weddings. This venue is one of the best, if not the best venue in Houston, the staff always has a smile on their face, and the food is the best... I repeat, the best in Town. If youre looking to have a high end wedding experience, with the best food, drinks and the most courteous people in the industry, this is your place.They have their own wedding Chapel and lots of parking space to accommodate all your guests.All my clients and my staff to about this place when we work there. A 5 stars venue in our opinion.

We just had our wedding at Ashton gardens north and it was phenomenal! From first touring the venue until leaving in the limo that night, Ashton gardens and their entire staff were perfect.We were assigned Ericka Berry as our day of coordinator and we couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator. She took everything we wanted down and made sure it all happened. The day before the wedding I dropped off all our decorations thinking me and my groomsman would have to help set it up the next day and when we got there before the wedding, Ericka had set everything up exactly how we wanted it!Ericka was so helpful through the rehearsal and day of making sure everyone knew what they needed to do and when. She handled contact with all our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding so we didn’t have to stress it.She even made sure all our personal items were packed up and placed in the limo before we left so we didn’t have to take a break from dancing to pack up. (She also made sure to pack a few pieces of cake for us!)I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest Ashton gardens north and if you get the chance to work with Ericka Berry you won’t be dissapointed!

Professional wedding photographer of 33yrs. 1st time at this venue. Beautiful setting with lots of good areas for photos even mid-day. Coordinator knew what she was doing and never rushed me or tried to tell me what to do. Was very courteous and good to our bride.

We just had my daughters wedding here last weekend. It was absolutely wonderful. It is pricey but we didnt have to pay for linens or centerpieces. Amanda was our coordinator and she worked her tail off the day of the wedding. (Thanks Amanda)! The attitude is what the bride wants, the bride gets. The only problem we had was phone communication, but everything was wonderful, they made everything easy, and we could focus on the night. We highly recommend and will consider using them for our other daughter.

But choosing AGN was THE EASIEST and BEST decision of the whole wedding planning! They take care of everything right from the start! I recently had my wedding here in September of 2013. We had planned to have an early October wedding but after seeing the 50% off special for 2013 weddings we had to come check this place out.It may have been short notice after being engaged only 3 months prior, but with Ashton Gardens help, we were able to go from planning each step from the wedding to reception with little to no issues at all. There may have been some issues getting our DJ insured, but we can understand the concern.If we could rewind time, we wouldnt change a thing. Everyone was polite and professional who tended to us.Thanks Ashton Gardens!

Caitlyn Donahue was my wedding coordinator and let me tell you I dont know how this lady does this for a living. A wedding can be a very stressful day but Caitlyn kept her cool and helped everything flow as smoothly as possible. She was there whenever I needed her and told everyone where to be and when. This venue also sets up the decor FOR you so you dont have to worry about it and I had several tables with pictures on them that Caitlyn set up PERFECTLY. I couldnt believe was a good job she did. All the decor came out exactly how I had imagined it. She helped the ceremony run flawlessly and I cant thank her enough. She also maintained her kindness and patience even when I got short tempered and stressed. The venue is absolutely beautiful and everything it is talked up to be. The only downside is that you only get access to the venue 2 hours before the ceremony starts and the whole even (ceremony and reception) can only be for 4 hours. Otherwise I wouldnt change a thing! The food is delicious and they have a lot of options to keep you on the lowest budget possible if you need to. They offer everything they have but dont push the expensive extras if you dont want them. They offer several bar packages to keep it affordable!

The staff is nice and the grounds are ok. The best part about Ashton Gardens is the beautiful chapel. Floor to ceiling windows, outlined by beautiful evergreen trees. We have a wedding there soon and will update after.

Great place to have a wedding, but would like to see a little depth to the cash bar, besides $3 wine (Copperridge,) and well spirits. At this day in time consumers have a more sophisticated pallet, and the bar should reflect it.

Beautiful venue with awesome deals on sundays!

This is a great venue for a medium size wedding really nice views of wooded forrests and a decent size dance floor. There is a chapel adjacent to the reception hall. Also there is a staircase for the newly qed couple to make a grand entrance. The Parking lot is a little small but there are spaces in the grass to park. Also the reception rooms are somewhat sepearate and some of the seats dont have a good view of the ballroom for first dances etc.

Though a bit small for a reception it has a mesmerizing chapel 😊

Staff was not professional and woman assigned to be our coordinator (who claimed to have everything handled) was a pitiful excuse for a wedding coordinator and did absolutely nothing to help run the wedding. We went to A LOT of trouble to have everything itemized and laid out for her, did all the work and labeled everything that needed to be done and she did not even look at any of it. No programs were handed out, no one was directed in the right place, one of the bridesmaids had to usher everyone to the main building before the ceremony. We paid copious amounts of money for appetizers and no one recieved any appetizers at all except for the bridal party when we were taking photos. We ordered mascoto to be served and there was no mascoto all night long only white zynfindale. No one was encouraged to go to the photo booth, no one was told to look at the large seating chart poster (which we were encouraged to have printed instead place cards). There were coloring and activity books for the children at the wedding that were never given out until the mother of the bride asked about them and had to personally pass them out at the end of the wedding. The party favors for the guests were not passed out and no one even knew there were any. The list of things that were not done or poorly communicated goes on. The food they did serve was very good and the venue itself it pretty but that does not make up for the horrendous service that was there. I will never recommend this venue to anyone else unless they hire an actual professional to help the day run smoothly the way it was planned out and they actually receive everything they paid for.

The whole staff at Ashton Gardens North Houston were amazing! They made my wedding day absolutely perfect! Kemi was so kind and helpful! Our event coordinators made the day so stress free and easy!
