I was told by two DA offices in 2 counties in Texas to also report the violation of their clients bond and I did this and the woman who answered seemed irritatedthat I called and was rude. Whether I am a client or not, I am a person of the public who is able to recommend their services to others or not. Some good customer service skills and manners would have been appreciated.

It goes without saying that this is the type of place you hope you never need. But from the things I’ve heard and observe close hand, it’s a pretty good choice! The staff was friendly And are willing to help out when you’re in a pinch and you truly need the help.Stick to the law and be a good boy or girl and you won’t need their help and that goes without saying!

I have been using this company to help friends and family in need for years now. Recently I helped a friend who was released AFTER I had paid but before they posted the bond. They could have not refunded my money, but they chose to do so. Good, honest bond company. -B

This has been a horrible experience with this company. I was told conflicting stories when I called after work at 430pm they said the bond was posted at 2pm and then I get a call from my spouse in jail and he says that the guards/workers are telling him there has been no bond posted or it was revoked at 10pm. Needless to say when I finally got the story straight from the gal that I was speaking to she replied that he lines were so long during the day at the courthouse that the bail bonds person didnt stay and wait in line bc it was getting close to shift change. This is completely unacceptable. The bond was posted over 12hours after he was put in jail. They defeated the point of having someone there with him at court to make this process go faster. Booked in jail at 10:45am and the bond was not posted until 12:15 am (that night). Unacceptable to lie to your clients.
