My experience at Carmotive was amazing! The guys there take care of you like family. I went in because my engine was making loud knocking noise and I knew I needed an engine. They fixed my truck at a very reasonable price and continue to give me top of the line service every time I go in. They are very informative and very helpful, not like any of the other shops Ive been to where they want only your money. They strive for great customer service and they do a wonderful job providing it! I will recommend this shop to anyone for their automotive needs!

I had the same issue with alignment. Took my car in because they quoted me $59.99. That was a reasonable price for me. After i left the shop i went back to get the alignment report sheet. Guess what? Broken printer. Faiz told me that he usually takes a picture with his phone but forgot to and that everything was in the green. No big deal. I said thanks and left because i trusted the alignment got done. I realized that my crooked steering wheel was still crooked. Like nothing changed at all! There wasnt even a slight difference which makes me think that the alignment never got done! I looked the the receipt and it says front wheel alignment. Not even all 4 tires! That was never explained to me.Broken printer. Alignment never got done. No proof of before or after specs. Front wheel alignment only.Im not the first person with this problem.

They get you in and out. They also do a very good job and the pricing is really good. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to a friend.

My go to place for anything wrong with my car, they try to work with you most of the time and their prices are reasonable just make sure they dont overcharge you on parts cause sometimes you can find them cheaper elsewhere, and if u can you can get them to install it for just the labor fee.

These people did an inspection on my car and the guy banged up my driver door. My fault for leaving with out inspecting my car but when going back to tell them something about it. Dont want to take responsibility. Employee should have been more careful and should be held responsible. Will never go back and wouldnt recommend it to nobody.

Awesome customer service. I use to go to the dealership to get my car serviced and would pay 2-3 times the amount i pay at KARFIX awesome place. Very informative employees and before working on my car they even pointed out the problem i was having and what i can do to resolve this problem.5 star service.

I went in to get a car alignment done and when i was trying to explain the reason why I need the aspecs of alignment, i was rudely interrupted and told that my business was not need it. I strongly believe that the person in charge needs to go to a business communication class where he can learn some listening skills. Horrible customer service experience, I would never recommend this place to any of my friends.

The service at Karfix is great! Faiz is so professional and helpful. They give top service at a fast pace. The atmosphere is very nice and comfortable. They took care of my car repair quickly and efficiently! I recommend them to family and friends.

I visited for a simple oil change. Mechanics over-filled the oil. I pointed it out to them and they begrudgingly redid the oil change. It came back over-filled again. I asked the mechanic(I forget his name) how many quarts my engine uses he said 4.5. I said no, it uses 3.9. I took the car home and drained out 1 quart of oil to get it back to spec. Either they are not trained or are damaging cars purposely there. Never going back.

An honest mechanic is hard to come by, but these guys know their stuff.

There I met Mose Cano, I soon learn that his name fit him ; because he is honest. He fix my car for me. Im back because I ttrust him to do what he say he will do and not over charge me. I would and will come to him for every thing

I started going to Kar Fix about a year ago for my basic car maintenance and issues. Ive gotten better pricing than those larger nationwide franchise shops (NTB, Midas, etc..) One of the jobs I got done, I saved a couple of hundred bucks over NTB.They do an exceptional job and I have started to recommend them to anyone who asks me if I know a mechanic. Do yourself a favor and go here for your car issues, you will be taken care of in a professional/friendly manner. They even throw in small perks at times such as a free car wash/vacuuming.

I went in for a simple oil change. One of the mechanics damaged my oil plug and replaced it with a random part. I went to another shop where they showed me how they managed to replace it and held it together with silicone bonding. I contacted the manager of KarFix and he was very combative, confrontational, and rude he told me to basically Go F myself and hung up. I asked him if they were a part of the BBB and he got even more angry.

I reccommed this place, staff is very kind. Went for a tune up and they beat another qoute. Best place to feel at home.

Great prices and FAST quality service. Usually it takes me 1 or 2 hours to get an oil change but here Im in and out in less than 30 minutes every time.

Not a good shop to go to. Told me i would have lifetime warranty if i let them get an alternator for me and put it on from o reilly. Come a year later they acting like they dont see it in their sysyem but they see something else i had done the same day. At this point i dont want them touching my car ever again.

Came to Kar Fix for the first time today. Faiz greeted me soon as I walked in. I told him the issues I was having with my car and he knew right away what the problem was. He did a great job of explaining the issue to me, he told me exactly what was going on and what would need to be done. The one thing I loved about Faiz was that fact that he did not try to push me to purchase additional services like other car shops do.Overall I had an amazing experience at Kar Fix. Their customer service was exceptional. Price was the cheapest compared to other shops in the area as I called other places and asked how much it would cost for rotor replacement. Faiz was a big help and the reason why I will continue to come to Kar Fix. I highly recommend going to Kar Fix for any car issues.

BUYER BEWARE: This place had put a Groupon so I went to try it out. First of all it is very dated and not kept well at all. I could over look all this as I am using a discounted Groupon to get an oil change and a 2 wheel alignment for $45. I left the vehicle with the owner and told him Ill be back in a few hours to pickup. Upon pickup he could not produce an alignment spec sheet (common item when you get an alignment) and said you shouldve told me before so I wouldve taken a picture of the computer screen -- my printer is broken.Further on the car continued to leak oil on my driveway as they didnt tighten the bold right and had overfilled the oil. A few months into it the alignment is still bad and now my tires are showing uneven wear.Watch out for this place as they thrive on Groupon type of deals to bring in customers and then cut corners.
