Wait to see a very knowledgeable strong and kind lady doing a job that some think that only a man can do thats very impressive one of the reasons why I keep going back as well as they are very knowledgeable about tires and all the bells and whistles that go with that I appreciate that camaraderie and I do recommend checking them out if you have it can be a little pricey but the entire experience is working.

Somehow I left here spending $100 to mount 4 tires, install sensors from my old tires, and balance. Once the tires were all mounted, I was then told I needed different lug nuts for the new wheels and it was closing time. At that point it wasnt their problem and they just wanted to get paid regardless if the correct lugs were used. Arent yall the tire professionals to catch such a thing before the install is complete... Dont let these people chingale you. Avoid at all costs

Pandemic time!Had a slow leak I decided to go and get a new tire for my Honda Accord 2002 which was purchased two weeks ago I paid 75$ for one new tire and got my oil changed for 50$ which came out to be 125$ $135 and then change after taxes

It was ok. I got quoted $35 over the phone and was told $40 when I got there. I mean I was planning on giving the entire $40 anyhow for a tip, so... I like others wasnt given the courtesy of inspecting before it was put on, but fingers crossed everything holds out until I go to my dealership and buy a new tire

Do not even enter their shop stay away from the crooks.

The worst tire shop ever.i have fj cruiser and they charged me $200 just for installation for a ladder and i was told it would be done by the same day, it took 2 days . . Too expensive too lazy. The lady in shop 2 is greedy and she knows NOTHING all they want is money . BAD PLACE . i wont go there again .

They having business hours until 7pm yet Im sitting right here are 6:45pm and the men that are here are stating that they are no longer servicing. This just happened at both locations. Give your money to people who actually care. Not this place

Terrible service. They said $15 tire replacement and balance on the phone but they charged $27 PLUS GAVE ME MY OLD TIRE as I walked out. I suggest everyone to make your business elsewhere.

I go to this shop for all my cars from work truck to personal suv....but this time they put a trailer tier on my truck and it pop on me the next morning for work i brought it back and they wanted to charge me full price for a use tier.....I had the receipt and they told me I cant even get a discount so ..I didnt want to leave my truck on the side of the road so I just payed 45 for a use tier...when I ask for a manager and had the receipt they told me they dont understand English...

I was pleasantly surprised by the degree to which the customer service here. I havent been to too many tire shops so perhaps my experience is limited, but so far, the ones Ive encountered were not the most service-oriented places to put it mildly. Ive gotten overcharged, neglected, even disrespected in the past, so going in I always felt as though I had to just hold my nose and get the job done.My experiences here, though, countervailed that which I had previously experienced, and I now know not to draw hast generalizations. The guys here were friendly and uprfront about the prices. I got all 4 tires changed, they did it fast and there were no upcharges. I was happy with my experience here.

Stay away please people!!!!!Horrible service: horrible customer service. Horrible used tires. I came in, they told me 80$ on 2 tires very good quality and itll take 30 min max. I said ok no problem. They put in first tire I waited about an hour, I asked them whats the hold up they said oh 4-5 min the second tire is on the way. 30 min later still nothing I had to go to work. They ended up charging me 15$ just to put my original tire back on. An hour later the almost new tire they sold me had a bubble in it. They wont help me they wont honor they word. Everytime I called they would hang up in my face. Stay away!!!!!!!! Go anywhere else!! Please for your sake stay away from this place!!NOT ONE WORD OF ENGLISH so if you dont speak Spanish there is no reason to go

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Worst experience, even though we have been there before. They claim to strive to provide great customer service but they forgot about that when lying about their expected time to fix a wheel. Dropped off the truck at 8am on Saturday and said it would be done by 6pm. At 5:30pm they call to say that it would not be ready due to the paint still being fresh and not dried and they would not be responsable if the wheel messed up. Not happy but ok cool because we needed it fixed. We weren’t just going to spend $130 for nothing! They said they would not have it ready until Monday even though they open on Sunday’s. Monday comes around and we call, no answer! I call from another number and of course answer on the first time. “Hey my boyfriend just called but you don’t answer and he wants to know what’s going on with the GMC wheels?”, her response “I’m busy! I’m busy! I’m busy! They’re not ready.” “Well you could of answered and told him that” “We’re busy! We’re busy answering phone calls and taking care of customers!” “Well aren’t we paying customers too? When will it be ready?” “In 45 minutes!” “Ok! That’s all you had to tell him, Thank you!”. Mind you guys this was a phone call made at 3:30pm! I get off work at 5:45pm and drive straight to the shop. I walk in and as soon as I said “I’m the one that called you about the GMC truck.” Her eyes rolled back. “It’s not ready, can you give me 45 minutes” “Sure!”. Go outside to wait. And I see them rolling his tire into a truck and drive off. I asked the guy working there if that was the tire. And he said “yes”. I was already upset but was being nice and that topped it off! I immediately asked, “Why?! Why are y’all taking it?”. “I don’t know ask her inside.” Of course I asked her. She was like, “I told you it wasn’t ready!” “I called you at 3:30pm and you said 45 minutes! Why are y’all barely putting that wheel on a truck and sending it off?!” “I didn’t tell you a time!” “Wow, are you really lying to me in my face?!”. She walked away from me. I drive to the location on Fondren thinking that the wheel was there but they were no help and did not give me any managers info. I decided to go back and wait for my boyfriend to get there. The wheel gets to the shop at around 7pm. And for the time they had it, let me tell you that the job they did on it was a half assed job. We asked to have it balanced and to look at scale to ensure it was at zero. They guy refused and claimed that it was balanced. I was like, “look you said you would do it when you made the deal. We’re not asking for much as we are paying you!” This was important as we made 3 trips to tire shop were we originally bought the wheels since they would shake. The guy kept telling me, “I don’t respond to you out of respect!” “Wait a minute! Out of respect, first of all when have I disrespected you? Because I ask for you to provide a service that we are paying you for and you said you would do it?”. They put the wheel to get balanced and of course, was not balanced. They took off every single weight on the wheel to put small silver ones that now didn’t match the color on the wheel.. We left to go get money as they put the wheel on because their “machine was not working”. How convenient. Of course we took our time as they made us wait 3 days for his wheel. She was already blowing our phone up. We declined every call just like she did ours. Yes, we were being petty. My boyfriend looks at wheels and requested to get it fixed or we won’t pay. She starts to scream for them to take the wheels off and jack the truck up. They requested that we pay or we can’t take the truck. And that if we wanted them to redo the work we would need to repay. Like no! They didn’t even do a good job! They blocked the truck off and left. We filed a police report and they still wanted to not give us a receipt the next day. “Justin” the owner didn’t even care to see their poor job. The fact of the matter is that if you charge for work, the paying customer expects a good job.

Scam shop. 1)They change from my credit card more then from my bill .I come back and request refund a different amounts. She refund but she not happy .2) A man fix my wheel told me 6 month quaranty .I ask him write down on recipe when I make a payment. He said, he give to me different recipe when I come back to pickup my wheel .when I come back to pickup my wheel, he not doing whatever he told me . And he want want to sign on the old recipe for quaranty . Because the owner not here .

I visited the this tire shop Yesterday. the lady Joycelyn is very nice but needs to take side of the customer more often. I must say one of the staff (without the goatee and less tall) is rude, and with literally a deceitful business mentality. I went in for used tires and explained to the gentleman that I need two of the exact same tire to be of the front of my car, and I mentioned by word, same brand and same thread of the same year. I also told him that whatever tire he wants to put on my car, I would have to see it first before he starts installation, to which he agrees. 20 min pass by and he brings out ONE Continental Tire in good shape, I ask him about the other tire, he says that it is on a higher shelf, and he was just showing me the tire model to see if I like it so he doesnt have to take down the other matching tire from the shelf if I did not like it. I gave this man the benefit of the doubt, and told him if the other tire matches exactly, you can put them on. An hour passes by and my first tire rolls out from the back with a Pirelli brand on the side. That wasnt even the start of the problem, as I went to the back to speak with the gentleman since they have the installation area separate, and saw him patching another Pirelli tire that had two holes in it, and was completely of a different thread family and year than the one he installed on the other side. I explained to him again that I do not care about holes or brand of the tire as long as both tires match exactly, they can be Chinese for all I care. He then starts to literally raise his voice saying that it is a good tire, and he took care of me (Yea Right),and that they are both the same brand. So I went and spoke to the lady, which surprisingly took his side, and saying that he did his job since both tires are Pirelli meaning they are the same, and that if I dont want the tires hes not even done installing, she would take them back and I would have to pay for installation fees, and get my old tires back, which I did.Its like somebody saying a Nissan Sentra is the same as a Nissan Aramda because they are both Nissans. I ended paying the 50$ and getting my old tires put back.1- Your worker lied to my face and showed me a tire that he said he was going to install with an exact matching set, I told him to not put anything on the car without my approval. He never mentioned the other tires.2- He did not do his job right, as I had to retake the car for wheel balancing when I left there, and his job entitled putting two identical tires anyway.3- He lost or did not return my front tire valves, I guess he did not care for a dissatisfied customer. they now are missing and I have to purchase a new set.

They are incredibly rude. No customer service from the manager. When he took the spare tire out, he didnt even bother to put it back in its niche but just threw it in the trunk.I was asked to come into the work hazard area by another employee and the manger came to yell at me for being there without knowing the full story and then didnt apologize.When it was time to check out, he took the money without a thank you or a smile or any courtesy.Im never going here again. Save yourself the attitude and take your money somewhere else.

The absolute worst it takes forever to get your car back and then they dont do the work right or do it at all. Like peoples cars are their livelihood I have children that ride in my car and when you trust somebody to do something you want it done. Its very unprofessional to hang up in a customers face on the phone, despite the reviews I still trusted for the work to be done, then I asked for my money and was told no with an attitude not right at all. God sees all and knows all.

I bought new tires and a month was exploded halfway through a freewey and they told me that the tire was still running to get out of the freewey did not cover my warranty.

Do not go there charged me $ 400 to fix my car and gave him other faults that now I have to fix. DONT go there I took my car there for repairs, they charged me $ 400.00 and gave me my car back with more problems now I have to spend more $.
