Ive been meaning to write a review on this place for a while. Over all I would not recommend it to most people. I first met with them about 3-4 years ago to purchase my C7. Walking in, its a beautiful facility, but the service from the get-go was off-putting. I wasnt asked if I needed assistance, I had to find someone and ask for help. When I inquired about test driving, the guy said hes not going to lower the price, assuming I can not afford it. His general attitude was that I was wasting his time. I shrugged it off as best as I could since I knew what I wanted walking in.After I put in my downpayment, their demeanors changed immediately and was treated very differently. The owner (I assume) came out to meet me and thank me.Now I have a C8, purchased elsewhere. I brought it in to add aftermarket sport cats. First issue, they dont call me until the end of the day to pick up my car giving me little time to get it before they close. After they had said it would be ready after lunch. Second when I get it the next day, they tried to keep my original parts. I had to go back to get them. Then, I have a check engine light a couple days later. I take it back, turns out they didnt know they had to add the O2 spacers which were included in the parts I gave them. Obviously they had the parts and chose to keep them instead of installing them or asking me about them.And lastly, after picking it up AGAIN a day later, my car now had over 20 more miles on it.I will never bring or buy anything to these guys again.

I bought a 2005 corvette, took it to Parkway Chevrolet to get a pre-purchase inspection. Got another tech inspection and found out somebody screwed a power amp into the bulkhead behind the passenger seat. The screws went right into the gas tank. (Cant believe Parkway missed that). Corvette World gave me the best price on remove and replace the right gas tank. They did a through inspection and recommended appropriate repairs (radiator bracket broken) and maint. (torque tube coupler and bearings). Dillon (at the service desk) was very knowledgeable and tolerated me calling everyday to ask for status updates on the repairs.

We came thru & drop the vet off for a few adjustments. Service was quick. We didnt have any problems....ThankU!!

Wouldn’t ever do business with these clowns at any cost. They’re arrogant, conceded, and down right rude! Fortunately this town has plenty of options and I was able to get a fair price for my vehicle. Avoid sales manager Matt at all costs. You sir are a RUDE!

Spending 75,000 on a vehicle without ever seeing it seems insane. Had my c7 z06 shipped from texas to upstate NY. But Matt Willoughby was great to work with, prompt responses, lots of pictures. Easy transaction. Car came in looking showroom new. Highly recommend checking these guys out!

6/8/21 Went in for a radio repair on my c7 corvette. I told them i had a rat get into my car when the freeze happen. I ask them to give me an estimate to repair my radio and look for any signs of damage cause by the rat. They came back with $3000.00 bucks to look for signs of damage. That cost didnt include the radio repair! Which they never gave me. I couldnt get there fast enough to get my car from these thieves. I drove right over to Franks Corvettes, pulled up handed them my key and they had me fixed the next day. Dont waist your time or money with Corvette World go to Franks

I was told my car was ready but when they pulled it out of the showroom for me there was a leak under the car exactly where there was when I brought it in a month ago . I arrived to pick up my car at 10 am but didnt leave until after 3 PM because of things I kept finding wrong. I drove it about a mile from the dealers on my way home and a check engine light came on which was also on when I brought it in so I had to go back and get that done.

I just bought a 2005 Corvette from Corvette World Houston. I purchased the car without ever seeing it in person and only viewing it via FaceTime. Russell was amazing from beginning to end. If you need someone you can trust and has his customers needs in mind, buy your next Vette with him. Peter the finance manager also helped things run quickly and efficiently. Great place to find your corvette. Don’t go to a Mercedes dealer that has a corvette trade in for sale. They will know nothing about the car. Go to guys who know them. Staff was Very knowledgeable on product line throughout the year models and their options. They will not negotiate off price shown, but pricing is set at a good value. Do yourself a favor and do your research on what you are interested in. At CW, You get what you pay for. Had excellent buying experience.

A+! I bought a 2014 Stingray convertible a year ago and it rode like glass! Sold it 5 months later and then came in a year later to buy a 2015 Stingray Coupe! It is hands down the nicest car I’ve ever had in the my life! Peter and the rest of the sales guys were of great help. They are fun to work with and it really feels like you are right at home when you walk into their shop. They certainly will have my business for many more years to come and I will be telling all my friends and family!

Was not overly impressed. I contacted them about purchasing my very low mileage car. Based on what they were asking for inventory cars, I thought they might be decent buyers, but theyre offering no more then auction money

Went here for Check engine light fix and back up camera replacement. Fair service charges. After pick up, realised the diffuser had some minor damage. Notifed the shop, they replaced it with another diffuser from a low mile car of theirs. 5 stars because they care about their reputation

Was asked to qualify for a bank loan before I could test drive a vette I was looking at. Is this normal? Haven’t ever been asked to do this anywhere before . Purchased a 2015 Stingray from Bayway later that month. And I was allowed to test drive the car before I called my bank to purchase. Very dissatisfied with this dealership .

My husband and I were in the market for a Corvette and we stopped into Corvette World Houston one Friday afternoon. We came in to see why we should buy here versus a dealership and we instantly saw why. We were very impressed by their setup and how they ran things. It was no haggle pricing and no sales pressure whatsoever. We were able to look around as long as we wanted with no rush and when we did have a question, Russell was there to answer it. We took a test drive that day and we came back to purchase our car a few days later. Russell and Matt took great care of us while we looked, drove, and asked questions and Peter was the finance guy that had us sign on the dotted line. All were outstanding and very helpful. We got practically a brand new car at great savings because it had a few miles on it. We got our dream car and couldnt be happier. I love Corvette World Houston. I went for an oil change after work. I was one of the last two before closing. The staff did not seem annoyed or impatient. I was offered a cold drink and the service manager was very polite. For a bonus I got to walk around the showroom and look at all the beautiful Corvettes and paraphernalia with the stingray emblem. I was in Corvette Heaven!!!

Great experience getting a Corsa exhaust and Z06 spoiler installed on my new C7 with 200mi on the odo. These guys know these cars, and they understand that Corvette guys are particular with their cars, even if we all know they arent the most exotic thing on the planet. Its still a lot to me, and they get that. Chad and Terry in Parts were both super cool, got to chat with them a bit while I waited. Next time I need something, Ill come back without question. Be excellent to each other, and party on, dudes.

Ive almost never trusted a maintenance/car dealership/related entity in my life but I wholeheartedly trust this one. Ive even told them, look you guys have a basic monopoly in the Houston area for corvettes, you can charge much, much higher prices and I would be forced to pay because I cant go anywhere else. Chad, the guy you will probably deal with, agreed, to then tell me yea, but we dont believe in screwing people over and just do whats fair and honest. Awesome. My car had a lot of work done here and Chad was even kind enough to give me his cell phone number, talk to me for over an hour when he was off work about the mechanics of the engine, etc, and was just in general a really cool guy to deal with who was extremely knowledgeable to boot. The only downside is they are very busy. They dont charge the price they could while still maintaining full capacity and as a result they are usually about 70 cars deep in terms of performance modifications, etc. Work with Chad on when a good time to slot you in would be and just be patient with it, they do the best work you could ask for and are happy to talk at length with what your aims/desires are. Be polite, it will pay dividends over the life of your corvette ownership. For me, I got a free T-shirt and a smile knowing I wasnt that guy who thinks his corvette is more important than everyone else. Be grateful that this place exists.

The last time I visited was four years ago and this place was filled with assorted models of Corvette eye candy & standing room only! This visit was not near as impressive for a Saturday. However, if your thing is C7, then youre in luck. They dominate the inventory now! A couple of classics in the front parking lot but overall, inventory (other than C7) was low.

Just dropping off a friend to pick up his Vette....had some work done on it.

Went in to have a K&N air cleaner installed on my 12 Grand Sport and it took awhile because the correct clips for the K&N were missing. No big deal! they made it work until I got the clips. The next day I noticed a major pond of oil on my garage floor... never had a leak since Ive had it.... after awhile of driving it worried sick about my car my son comes to look at it and finds the oil filter was loose... loose enough to spin it with one finger... I will never take nor buy anything to/from them. They are no doubt con artist.....

Beware! I bought a Z06 from here that began having engine problems the first month I had it. It is also failing the emissions portions of the state inspection. I took it to the service department there on a Saturday and dropped it off. I was told someone would look at it on Monday. I called on Tuesday and was told someone would look at it on Wednesday and here we are two weeks later and no word from them. Stay away from here

I called about the 2007 C6 corvette and ask the salesman I was speaking with could they meet on the price range, but before I could finish my question he yells “NO”. He was very rude and the only reason I was asking for them to meet with price is because it was overpriced by $5,000 according to KBB. He didn’t waste any time hanging up on my face. I wouldn’t say do not do business here because one bad salesman do not make the company. I wish I could’ve gotten the corvette at a fair price

I was reading about how rude the staff is at Corvette World and I totally can relate to that. Not saying that all the guys are but the one I talked to was. I would not put my Corvette in their hands. Maybe they have good mechanics and it might be a good place to get your Vette serviced, I dont know. I had my first appointment with them today in the morning. I spoke 10 seconds with the guys and the next second I was out looking for a better place. Beware.

I have been bringing my Corvette to Corvette World of Houston for years for service, and it’s very upsetting to see how far down hill this place has gone over the years. Unfortunately my most recent trip to CWH will be my last. The service department left my car in worse shape than when I dropped it off, and when I pointed out the bad work that was done the service manager Terry told me to leave and that I was not welcome back. When speaking with other Corvette owners in the area, it turns out that this has been a very regular occurrence with this manager and many Corvette owners are leaving this place in search for a more reliable shop to take care of them. After many changes in management in the recent past, and after losing all of their experienced staff and replacing them with inexperienced mechanics, I no longer feel safe leaving my car with the service department at CWH.

Corvette WorldI had sever things done to my 2005 C6 corvette. Started with new shocks they installed the very quick and at a great price. Then after talking to Philip we decided to go with new cam heads and a lot of work done to the motor they did a great job and it was just what I was looking for. We had a couple of issues due to weather and parts arriving on time that was not there fault but the parts manager Philip did a great job getting the parts to the shop on time and the mechanic did a great job and did not have very much time to get it complete but did a hell of a job getting it all back together. Got it tuned and dynode it and down the road I was going. With a bad ass car thanks to all that worked on my car great job. Thanks David

All I can say for my corvette maintenance service, very poor communication and very and I mean very rude answers. Will be contacting Nash on this matter. Arrogant employees I have never walked in to a corvette dealer and be treated very poorly.

Bought our 2015 Stingray from Matt at Corvette World. The car was as advertised, and we were in and out of the dealership in less than 45 minutes. Vehicle was missing the trunk mat, and Matt got us a new one. Enjoyed the sale.

I called CW of Houston about the brake flush special listed on their website. I was told that the special expired in June and the offer had not been taken down. I was told that their price for brake flush is $139.95 which is $30 higher than what their website advertises as full price. When I stated that GMs price for a brake flush is $109.95 the apathetic service advisor told me yeah, understood, but we only work on Corvettes. Terrible customer service, false advertising and refusing to honor what your own website says will not bring in customers.

These guys know their business, as having awesome on site Vette’s for sale and greatest mechanics. Owner and staff are well respected.

Beware! I would not buy a corvette, use their service or buy any parts from Corvette World. Shady business practices. They do not stand behind their word or products. I am a long time multi corvette owner and I will never use Corvette World again. I own a 2017 Grand Sport and after repeated issues with the rear wheels getting stress cracks, they talked me into buying the Z06 wheels. I purchased them on March 1, 2018 and was sold by JT. I explained my situation and he said that their ZO6 wheels would be warrantied against stress cracks. I ended up buying all 4 wheels. Fast forward to two weeks ago, when I am in discount tire to get 2 new back tires. They pull the wheels off, which are in meant condition and each back wheel has 4-5 stress cracks. I call up Corvette World and they said I would have to purchase two more wheels and they would refund me once they saw the wheels and spoke with their supplier. I spoke with Dillon at Corvette World who inspected the crack wheels and he said that he didn’t see any damage and it looked like stress cracks. After just 5 months and very little use both wheels cracked in multiple places. I waited two weeks for them to get with their supplier for them to say on September 19, 2018 that they would not reimburse me for the two additional wheels I was forced to purchase. This is not the type of business you want to take your corvette to or buy from.

Wooo! Disregard first posting. Fat figured the button. My wife and I came in from San Antonio overy the weekend. We stopped by CW and had a great experience. We both felt like kids in a candy store. We felt no pressure from the sales man who answered a lot of our questions regarding the vettes for sale. The parts depth crew were friendly and extremely helpful! We purchased some items for our baby and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely go back if were ever back in Houston.

So to start off, the sales team did a good job, no pressure at all and gave me more for my trade than other places. My bad review comes from the hidden things Ive found after. I went to them to get a low milage non modified c6 z06. Ive owned for a few months now and installed headers, this car had stock manifolds on but you could tell aftermarket mods had already been done, rear o2 sensors were cut and wires hidden. I never race or even really get on the car much and alreadd had to replace the clutch, the mechanic shows me that bolts are missing from damaged pressure plate and damaged flywheel. Car has 34xxx miles and by the looks of this clutch its like its been to the track once per week since first owner. Dont let them fool you that the car is stock and mint condition.

We drove early from Texas City with cash in hand ready to purchase a vehicle we saw online. We stood out there for 30 minutes NO ONE CAME TO HELP US. We went in the same things. We went out again another 10 minutes and no help... So we left very disappointed.

Tried to purchase a used corvette. Not only was the general Manger not happy to sell his corvettes. He pointed out that my car had several issues and offered the lowest value possible. When ask to work a deal he stated I told you Im going inside come get me. Very unhappy will tell everyone I know in the Houston area to never go to this location due to the general mangers attitude.

Dont waste your time with the Sales Manager, Matt Willoughby, he has a terrible obnoxious attitude. I had been communicating with him via email about a car, I ask what he would take for the car, he would not answer me, just kept asking what I would pay. I told him what I would pay for the car and this is a copy of the email response I got: Ok obviously you are not serious about buying this car. Sorry I wasted your time.I responded to his email with this: I am serious, I gave you the price I will pay. This deal will be on my terms not yours if you want to sell it. I have not heard anything back from the Sales Manager.The car has been listed on CarGurus for a long time:NegotiationSelling slowly138 days at this dealership182 days on CarGurusVery unacceptable attitude with a potential customer/cash buyer. I would not do business with this place if they were giving away the cars. I intend to let everyone I know of this arrogant/obnoxious attitude and how bad the potential sales negotiation/interaction was.
